Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the General Manager oversees the operation of the Dispensary and is responsible for all day-to-day activities.
Job Responsibilities: Improves store sales, profitability, and image through extraordinary customer service, protection of store assets, and supervising team members.
Customer Experience
- Monitors and analyzes the customer service provided by team members. Offers feedback and coaching.
- Greets customers and offers assistance with products and services.
- Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and One Plant service traits.
- Resolves customer complaints and helps respond to customers' special needs.
Operations
- Supervises operation of the store and team members, opening/closing/changing shifts, task delegation and scheduling team members
- Supervises the control of the store money including register counts, safe deposits, change orders and oversees all aspects of bookkeeping including ledger, invoices, cash reports and time records.
- Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
- Supervises receiving, stocking, pricing, returning, and transferring of merchandise.
- Ensures that store/grounds are clean and presentable; manages repair and maintenance; responds to emergencies.
- Supervises operations of assigned location including strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintains knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software (e.g. registers, Cova, etc.). Ensures response to all systems problems by contacting information technology support and seeking solutions.
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers and partners.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned, including assisting team members as needed.

- Assigns daily operational responsibilities and tasks and sets expectations for store team members and floor managers.

- Receives exposure to analysis of financial and performance data for the store.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Harvest Supervisor that will oversee the Harvest team and be responsible for ensuring they operate efficiently, while maintaining compliance and producing high quality product ready for sale or processing. The Supervisor is expected to support the Harvest Manager in overseeing all harvesting tasks in a large-scale cannabis production farm.
The successful candidate will be a people leader, have a passion for driving results and a strong sense of integrity; must possess a high level of professionalism while simultaneously creating a fun work environment and embodying the culture of One Plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and support Team Leads and Harvest employees in a fast-paced environment.
Implement action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operations, activities, and production plans.
Ensure the team adheres to all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations, and laws.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a strong work ethic and reliability.
Keeping equipment and production infrastructure well maintained
Managing inventory of facility consumables and harvest materials
Check the quality of employees wet trimming and harvesting procedures
Coach, train, and develop the harvest team to meet required production numbers
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
3+ years of experience in supervisory roles in a production setting.
Demonstrated ability of leading teams and driving operational execution.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Conflict resolution skills.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
Must be at least 21 years of age.
MUST BE Available weekends
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The Harvest Supervisor must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend. Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lbs . Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time. Exposure to high/low temperatures.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a full-time Trimmer who will work to efficiently trim cannabis plants, while creating minimal waste, resulting in a high-quality product that is complaint and ready for sale or processing. Cannabis bud trimmers must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. You must also be able to accurately weigh the trimmed buds, as well as identify various marijuana strains. Additionally, due to the tedious nature of the job, cannabis bud trimmers must be able to sit and focus for long periods of time.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Trim Lead that oversee trimmers and will be responsible for ensuring the trimmers operate efficiently, while maintaining compliance and producing high quality product ready for sale or processing. You will be responsible for ensuring your team of Cannabis bud trimmers are precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant, and they are maintaining a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating their product. In addition, you will be responsible for properly weighing out product and supplying the trimmers.

POSITION SUMMARY
One Plant is seeking a Chemist to join our Lab team in Indiantown, FL. The Chemist will be responsible for testing equipment as well as assisting in the extraction process of medicinal cannabis. The chemist will test samples for identification, purity, and contaminants. The Harvester Lead will support the Harvest Manager in overseeing all Trimming/Storage tasks in a large-scale cannabis production farm. This will be accomplished by ensuring the following roles and responsibilities are executed, with the underlying commitment to our core values and supporting our team.
The Harvest Lead will work overseeing day-to-day operations of the Harvester employees, quality control, and assist with driving operational execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency, organization, and extreme attention to detail; is resourceful and able to work independently and within a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up Employees' workstations & necessary items to keep production pace going.
Keeps work environment clean at all times & ensure PPE gear readily available.
Ensure the team adheres to all cannabis state-specific rules, regulations, and laws.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong initiative, along with a strong work ethic and reliability
Managing inventory of harvest crew, product/materials
Ensuring all applicable data is recorded for each shift
Check the quality of employee's harvest and hanging procedures
Work with Harvest Manager to coach, train, and develop the harvest team to meet required production numbers
Be flexible to work various shifts and available for overtime
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis
Experience in conflict resolution within a diverse group of employees
Demonstrated ability of leading teams and driving operational execution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in using MS Office applications
Knowledge of BiotrackTHC System preferred
Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Health Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening
At least 21 years of age.
Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale
Must possess basic mathematical skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The Harvest Lead must be able to speak, hear, see, read, write, type, dial, reach, and bend. Must be able to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50 lbs. Use of scissors and trimmers. Requires the ability to stand and walk long distances for extended periods of time. Exposure to high/low temperatures. Ability to work while wearing PPE gear.
