About the Role:
The Account Advisor represents Central Coast Agriculture in the market and is a key member of the
Central Coast Agriculture family. This individual is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented and a customer-focused mindset. The Account Advisor’s primary responsibilities are to visit and build strong relationships with the customer through effective consultative sales conversations, and ultimately, increase sales revenue. Face-to-face consultative selling built on trusting relationships drives maximum value to our customer as well as to the CCA organization.
What You'll Do
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust.
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs.
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account.
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better
achieve objectives.
- Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base
business.
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose,
and selling opportunities.
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives based on each customer business growth plan.
- Visit accounts regularly, capture visit notes, and build visit plans considering
previous visit outcomes.
- Maintain deep knowledge of CCA products and correctly present and position
them in each account.
- Propose selling solutions to each customer and win the sale using consultative
selling skills.
- Manage customer issue resolution and seek additional opportunities to support
the customer’s needs.
- Adapt the selling approach based on each customer’s buying styles and individual
business needs.
- Be knowledgeable and experienced in all accounts staying current with what
competitors are offering and how CCA products are positioned relative to the
competition.
- Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information in the REPSLY
CRM application.
- Participate in sales meetings, on-site training, and brand passion events as
required.
- Achieve internal CCA objectives as prioritized by management.
- Maintain professionalism and live CCA’s core values at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or inherent to the position.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Able to maintain a valid and current driver’s license.
- 3+ years customer facing sales experience.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite and/or Google’s G suite.
- Must be 21 years of age (or older) at the time of hire.
- Proficiency of the English language, verbal and written format.

The Role:
The Sr. Project Manager (PM) position leads the successful completion of cross-functional projects within the CCA ePMO in a wide array of projects including agricultural, construction, research & development, manufacturing, as well as hybrid endeavors. The Sr. PM is responsible for moving projects through a stage gates process, developing project plans, managing execution, organizing, meeting facilitation, project escalation, and stage gate preparation.
The Sr. PM works on reporting projects, programs, and portfolios, and will be accountable for up-to-date reporting used in executive roll-ups and summaries.
What You'll Do
· Lead CCA project teams in project planning, preparation, execution, and updates
· Create long- and short-term plans, including milestones targets, driving deadlines and managing resource allocation
· Be responsible for monitoring and control of multiple (small to large) projects
· Assist stakeholders and teams with on-going progress updates, reporting on risks, issues, scope, and escalation management
· Assis with the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
· Work collaboratively with project teams communicating strategic directives, projects alignment, and balancing functional priorities in concert with corporate ones
· Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options to further project
· Ensure cross-functional teams collaborate effectively, with a unified sense of urgency

What You'll Need to Have

About the Role
Under the general direction of the Director, People, the HR Business Partner will serve as the day-to-day resource in all functional areas of Human Resources (HR). This role is responsible for being the main HR point of contact for employees inquires, aligning business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees.

What You'll Do
- Conducts regular meetings with respective business units.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Participates in the coordination of employee events.
- Manages initial handling of employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management - coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Identifies training needs for business units.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Responds to general HR inquiries.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Have
- HR Certification is desired (SHRM or HRCI).
- Minimum 5 years of working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, with Federal and California employment laws.
- Minimum 3 years of experience assisting with the analysis of complex employee relations issues.
- Associate degree in Business, or equivalent experience, required.
- Advanced level of Spanish language skills, verbal and written format, is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

About the Role:
The Accounting Manager is accountable for the accounting operations of the company and ensuring
that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. This includes preparing and
reviewing day-to- day financial transactions, preparing and assisting in the financial statements, and
leading the month-end close. This position will have contact with all levels of the organization and
external vendors and auditors. Oversee other financial staff, including general ledger accountants,
accounts receivable accountant, and fixed assets.

About the Role:
The primary function of the Seedling Production Supervisor is to work with the Nursery Manager and Nursery Director to administer the seedling germination program, as laid out by the Nursery Director.
This role will work closely with the Nursery Manager, Seed Production Manager, Breeding Director and Nursery Director to both improve operations in the short term, but also to assist in the development of long-term strategy related to the seedling germination program.
What You'll Do
- Interface with vendors related to the sourcing and integration of commercial automated seed sowing equipment
- Assist in the planning and execution phases for all of the annual seed sowing cycles
- Inventory management for the company’s seed catalogue
- Organize the labor needs and scheduling for all production sowing cycles
- Coordinate upgrades and improvements to the seed germination infrastructure
- Setup/maintenance of the automated seed sowing line
- Management/maintenance of the seedling crop which includes plant health, fertigation, data collection/processing/management, nutrient management and equipment maintenance
- Work with the Nursery Director and Director of Engineering to help identify emerging greenhouse technology and follow up throughout the bid/proposal and procurement process
- Work with the Nursery Manager, Seed Production Supervisor, Seed Production Manager and Nursery Director to help drive process improvement and eliminate waste as part of the broader corporate continuous improvement initiatives
- Cleaning and sanitation of work areas.
- Quality Control of the seedling crops
- Participate in the IPM program and work with the Plant Health Coordinator, IPM Supervisor and Seed Production Supervisor to discuss strategies for improving and maintaining overall plant health
- Assist in evaluating current greenhouse cultivation methodologies/equipment and suggest changes to processes or upgrades to hardware/equipment when applicable
- Train and lead entry level employees on department SOPs and industry best practices
Qualifications:

- 5-10 year’s experience in a commercial greenhouse environment
- Demonstrated experience with team leadership and basic personnel management

About The Role:
As a Process Development Research Associate, you will play an Engineer/Scientist-assistant
role. You will be the assistant in cannabis biomass handling, extraction, and refinement for the
R&D team. Your role will include supporting New Product Development projects along with
researching activities to better understand process parameters to improve efficiency of existing
operations involving Cannabis plant materials, in-process materials, and finished products. In

The primary function of the Seed Production Manager is to execute the strategy for seed production laid out by the Nursery Director. The SPM coordinates labor, materials, and process as well as monitors breeding and production cycles to ensure high-quality seed products. About the Role:
The Director of Packing and Warehouse Operations will work collaboratively with multiple departments within Operations in order to ensure that all activities related to the fully compliant harvesting, freezing, packaging and storage of raw biomass are performed to precise standard operating procedures (SOPs). Specifically, the Director will be responsible for managing and coordinating these activities in coordination with both the Cultivation Director, Manufacturing Director and Track & Trace personnel in order to ensure that biomass is processed and stored according to ISO standards for warehouse management. This means that you already have a basic understanding of the ISO certification standards. Additionally, a successful candidate will bring to this position a deep understanding of lean and continuous improvement principles, to include root cause analysis, 6S Audits, waste reduction and lean inventory management. Finally, the Director will need to be an innovative thinker when it comes to integration of automation and inventory management technologies, as well as enterprise resource management systems. This position reports directly to the VP of Agriculture Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the process for continually improving and integrating technologies associated with the processing and storing of raw plant biomass in a temperature controlled, cryogenic environment.
- Be responsible for ensuring that packing and warehousing operations are fully integrated and highly communicative with the other directorates and departments. This includes participation in the planning and preparation of farming operations to ensure seamless and legally compliant movement of raw materials between the Cultivation, Manufacturing and Warehouse directorates.
- Lead your team in becoming experts at the laws and rules associated with the receipt, processing, transportation and storing of raw plant biomass in a regulated environment.
- Work with the VP of Agriculture Operations to build/develop a team of managers and supervisors that will both understand and execute the strategy for your organization.

About The Role:
As a Senior Molecular Geneticist, you will play a highly collaborative role within a scientifically diverse R&D team. You will be the subject matter expert in Cannabis genomics, marker association studies, and marker assay design. - This Scientist role will be the technical expert in flavor and aroma chemistry and science for the R&D team. About The Role:
As the Quality Control Manager, you will lead the translation of our quality goals into daily practice. You will be the connective tissue between SOP creators, operators across various operations departments and our compliance team. SOPs and their implementation are a key responsibility of yours. Driving our quality framework with consultants, internal stakeholders, and certifying bodies are part of the strategic aspects of this role. You’ll also be involved in creating training materials and internal certification programs.
What You’ll Do:
· Manage and evolve the CCA quality management program and certifications
· Create, review, approve and ensure proper implementation and completeness of Operations documentation, including SOPs, documentation practices, and revisions
· Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Research, and HR teams to implement training and internal certification programs and L&D infrastructure
· Be the POC for internal and external quality audits
· Approve documents that justify in-process controls and in-process specifications
· Approve various specifications, including raw materials, components, ingredients, finished product, labels

· Perform internal and supplier audits.

· Conduct material reviews and make product disposition decisions
· Conduct investigations as needed and make a material disposition decision for use cases including:
o Any raw material, ingredient, in process, or finished product specifications are not met
o A batch deviates from the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR)
o There is an unexpected production event that could lead to adulteration or mislabeling
o Calibration or failure of an instrument occurs that could affect batch quality
o Product is returned by a customer or consumer

What You’ll Need to Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent combined experience and education

About The Role:
As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing equipment, goods and services and managing vendors. You will oversee a team to reliably manage cost-effective supply chain strategies to deliver the materials, equipment, supplies and service to the manufacturing and business operations of Central Coast Agriculture. Cultivation Track & Trace Tech
The Cultivation Track and Trace Tech will work with all managers in the Cultivation/Breeding departments to ensure proper tagging and logging of plants, plant tissue, seed stock and harvested cannabis are maintained to the standards of CCA, Cal-Cannabis, Bureau of Cannabis Control, California Department of Food and Agriculture or any other regulatory body. This includes general organization, safety, cleanliness, and the inventory of BOM required to stay operational regarding the day-to-day operations of Seed breeding and Cultivation when related to Track and Trace compliance issues. Incumbent will help in the cultivation process through the year and help with expansion during the off season. The Track and Trace Tech will work with the Cultivation and Nursery departments to assist all planting and harvesting logistics in relation to the Track and Trace system as well as compliance matters; both cannabis specific and general safety practices/standards as required by OSHA in agricultural matters.

About The Role:
The Cultivation Supervisor position will help lead the Cultivation team in areas related to the cultivation and processing of cannabis for CCA. Incumbent will be held accountable for plant health, soil health and overall cleanliness and appearance of all CCA associated properties. What You'll Do
· Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of CCA activities with the VP of cultivation and Cultivation Manager to assess and complete projects related to all Central Coast Agricultural farming.
· Inspect the plants regularly and identify horticultural tasks that need to be performed. Prioritize horticultural tasks, develop work schedules, and coordinate their implementation with senior staff.
· Track soil and plant health through tissue and soil tests, works closely with vendors and their agronomists on long term soil viability plans.

· Track hours of CCA staff as well as any temporary staff assigned to cultivation and work directly with payroll and HR departments regarding staffing needs and payroll tracking.
· Train and supervise staff in the proficient operation of push mowers, riding mowers, string trimmers, backpack sprayers, garden utility vehicles, tractors, pickup/dump trucks, chainsaws, chippers and other power equipment in accordance with CCA safety protocols and regulatory standards.
· Provide hands-on assistance with the completion of work tasks, when needed.
· Evaluate cultivation needs and supplies inventory. Work with purchasing department on inventory replenishment of BOM needs.
· Monitor gardens and plant collections for pests and diseases. Report pest and disease problems to IPM coordinator.

The Farm Facilities Coordinator will apply multiple years of knowledge to agricultural problems concerned with power and machinery, structures, and processing of agricultural products.

About The Role:
As a Buyer / Planner, you will manage expenditures for materials and services that are part of the company’s purchasing programs. You are responsible for source selection and procurement functions for indirect and production materials, services, fixed assets and tooling. These products and services are to be secured at competitive cost, quality and delivery. As a member of the procurement team, you’ll develop and share best practices with your peers and internal partners.
What You'll Do
· In line with product specifications, identify appropriate vendors to supply CCA according to best practices, SOPs, and identified priorities

- Build, review and edit sales, vendor and other commercial agreements.
- Assist in management and maintenance of company's standard contract templates, and management of the company's internal contract management tools and software.
- Provide legal support in the areas of contract drafting and negotiations, legal and policy compliance review, contract administration and process management, and other legal matters that arise.
- Manage and meet aggressive internal MBOs, and help balance priorities..
- Experience in collaborating with multiple partners and internal teams such as legal, risk, and compliance to tackle business problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct involvement with M&A planning, execution, and outcomes, implementation of product and business development, intellectual property matters in order to meet expansion expectations organically and through acquisition.
- Perform moderately complex to complex legal, compliance and transactional research and analysis, and relative to such research and analysis, make recommendations as to the degree of risk to CCA, and communicate or escalate significant risks and issues, with recommendations for action, to Legal Senior Management.
- Draft, formulate and implement corporate legal policy concerning a variety of issues.
- Display credibility with business leaders, legislative bodies, supervisory authorities and government agencies on behalf of CCA and the greater industry.

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: *

About The Role:
As the Bulk Oil Technician, you will be in charge of Bulk Oil inventory in all of its aspects including inventory and quality. You’ll track and publish inventory by regularly weighing and reconciliation as well as grading and quality management. You’ll organize physical storage and ensure that batches are clearly identified. You’ll serve as the point of contact for all questions of Bulk Oil inventory across the operations and finance departments.
What You'll Do
· Oversee the Bulk Oil Inventory, while adhering to strict regulatory compliance in health & safety, best manufacturing practices, including maintenance and sterilization of equipment, and laboratory conduct regarding processing of raw materials
· Receive and weigh incoming bulk oil from third-party processors
· Receive and weigh newly produced oil from internal processing
· Reconcile current stock of oil on a regular basis
· Report and maintain database of weights
· Organize physical inventory
· Grade oil and capture oil qualities on an ongoing basis
· Adhere to applicable SOPs
· Drive process improvements continuously
· Maintain an organized inventory within storage containers
· Maintain accurate database with reconciliation data
· Serve as the POC for all Bulk Oil inventory related inquiries

About The Role:
As the Engineering Director, you will drive efficiencies in our operations processes, overseeing the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects related to process improvement and automation in the R/D, Nursery, Cultivation, and Manufacturing departments. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Cultivation Track and Trace Tech will work with all managers in the Cultivation/Breeding departments to ensure proper tagging and logging of plants, plant tissue, seed stock and harvested cannabis are maintained to the standards of CCA, Cal-Cannabis, Bureau of Cannabis Control, California Department of Food and Agriculture or any other regulatory body. This includes general organization, safety, cleanliness, and the inventory of BOM required to stay operational regarding the day-to-day operations of Seed breeding and Cultivation when related to Track and Trace compliance issues. Incumbent will help in the cultivation process through the year and help with expansion during the off season. The Track and Trace Tech will work with the Cultivation and Nursery departments to assist all planting and harvesting logistics in relation to the Track and Trace system as well as compliance matters; both cannabis specific and general safety practices/standards as required by OSHA in agricultural matters.
