We are seeking a METRC Data Entry Clerk to join our ever-expanding team! The ideal candidate is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. Previous METRC experience is a plus!
Must be 21 years of age to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Transfer data from paper formats into a database system
- Input and audit data provided directly from customers
- Update existing database
- Retrieve data from the database as requested
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills: 60 wpm
- Strong computer skills
- Needs to be proficient in word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Ability to think analytically

The Opportunity
The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Responsibilities
- Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and
information on products or services as well as customer complaints.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s
knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries,
complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

POSITION
We are expanding our manufacturing operations and seeking to add an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Post Process Extraction Technician to the team. The Post Process Extraction Tech will operate the extraction and pre-processing equipment on a daily basis, requiring strict adherence to all safety and compliance procedures, including GMP, state and local laws, and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment
- Promote a safe, consumer-focused, and collaborative working culture
- Daily operational and safety checks within the extraction room. Prepare raw materials for extraction
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.
- Record data in all necessary software platforms
- Good communication skills, verbal and written, with co-workers and management
- Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift
- Contribute toward a desirable workplace culture
- Capable of working with hazardous chemicals and able to identify and report unsafe equipment, conditions and practices so that they may be corrected prior to an incident.Flexibility and the ability to shift work schedule according to production needs.
- Intake of newly arrived frozen cannabis
- Tracking of cannabis freezer inventory
- Working under the instruction of the process and post-process department leads to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing line
- Other duties as assigned.
SKILLS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent - BS Science Degree Preferred
- Previous safety and compliance experience
- Thorough understanding of proper and safe handling of hazardous materials
- Inventory management and Inventory tracking systems experience a plus
- Prior METRC experience a plus
- Prior management experience a plus
- Must be 21+ years old to apply

- Use gauges, calculators, scales, grinders, and various electronic items
- Advanced Math Skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Computer competency with Google Apps, and phone apps as well.
