Position Overview
Budtenders will assist the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Our Budtenders are responsible for helping customers, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences.
Job Functions
- Provide exceptional customer service and offer positive resolutions to challenges from customers
- Greet and educate customers on various cannabis products and consumption methods
- Answer phones and accurately operate computer systems
- Generate sales through customer interaction, product assistance, and suggestive selling
- Educate new clientele on the different effects of cannabis
- Prevent asset loss through proper floor awareness
- Execute attention to detail by performing counter transactions without errors or shortages
- Adhere to store visual directives, maintenance standards, and cleanliness standards
- Consistently exemplify a teamwork attitude with management and coworkers to improve personal and store performance
- Communicate effectively with management and coworkers concerning business issues and opportunities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, and follow all safety standards to ensure a safe work and shopping environment
- Support the Store Management team in driving and maximizing store sales, controlling and minimizing shrink to achieve store goals
- Assist other staff members or managers with daily tasks, cleaning, restocking, packaging, labeling, etc.
- Prepare, store, label, and distribute cannabis in a safe, accurate, and timely manner in accordance with policies and procedures and state law.

The Licensing administrative assistant will work in tandem with our legal team and is responsible to manage city and state cannabis license applications. The position will work closely with multiple departments including construction, operations, legal and compliance to ensure license applications are submitted accurately and timely.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with internal and external team members to ensure license applications and renewals are submitted on time.
- Draft SOPs based on the unique operations of each license.
- Review applications for completeness/accuracy.
- Update premises diagrams to reflect current business operations.
- Communicate with officials to address license deficiencies.
- Prepare, organize and archive all required documents.
- Maintain license database and track expiring licenses.
- Maintain a calendar of upcoming initiatives and renewals for the team.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 years of cannabis compliance or legal experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of BCC, CDFA and CDPH regulations.
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe, Google Suite and project management software.

POSITION
We have created a new Supply Chain Manager role to manage help manage supply chain and logistics operations within the company. This is a highly visible role across a team and reports to the Senior Director of Manufacturing (oversees a team of ~162 employees and reports to the Founder of the iconic Stiiizy brand and Board Member of the Shryne Group holding company).
S/he plays a major role in the product management process across all key aspects of the ‘seed to sale’ supply chain including warehouses for packaging and components (containers/ cartridges), and finished products (flower/ pods/ extracts/ products on hold waiting for certificate of analysis).
This role helps champion the development of strategies to improve product flow efficiencies, ensure quality standards, product safety, and measure key productivity metrics as a lean and agile group built to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
· Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. inventory management procedures, returns management)
· Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
· Help foster trusting relationships within the core manufacturing teams and with key business partners across the broad-based manufacturing ecosystem
· Drive the demand/supply forecast process, planning, and scheduling for all components and necessary raw materials
· Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions

POSITION
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. POSITION
The Compliance Specialist will be responsible to ensure that all compliance regulations and quality control standards are being met. This is a full-time hourly position and it is based out of our headquarter location in Los Angeles, CA. The Cannabis Delivery Driver will be tasked to make deliveries throughout Southern California. They will work in close proximity with the distribution team and deliver as needed. Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

- Accepting payments for delivered items.

POSITION
The Cannabis Compliance Analyst is a dynamic position responsible to ensure that all cannabis compliance regulations and quality control standards are being met. By working closely with the operations teams, you will have a direct impact on the day to day and long-term success of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain SOP’s for cannabis operations including retail, cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing
- Thrive as the subject matter expert on BCC, CDPH and CDFA regulations
- Conduct compliance training for the Company’s employees
- Research and provide guidance on city, county and state cannabis requirements
- Perform audits and investigation ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Create compliance KPIs and Metrics and hold the team accountable to them
- Ensure corrective actions are adequate and are timely implemented for all identified compliance deficiencies
- Lead Metrc and inventory audits
- Communicate with regulatory authorities to answer inquiries or request information
- Assist with operations teams and develop efficient and effective solutions
- Collaborate with compliance director and legal counsel on license applications or renewals
· Monitor pending legislative and regulatory change
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21
- Must be able to work at least 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends when necessary
- High School diploma required, College degree in operations management preferred
- 2+ years’ compliance-related experience in a highly regulated industry
- Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
- Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures
- Experience with quality management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on training and education
- Knowledge of different cannabis products preferred
- Experience in writing and training team members on the implementation of SOP’s
- Knowledge of Metrc, ERP systems, and cannabis track & trace software preferred
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
- Team-player mentality
- Comfortable in a Start-Up atmosphere

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Part-Time Sales Associate (Brand Ambassador) conducts in-store product demonstrations at select locations, Special Event Marketing, and serve as primary educators of the products; must acquire a strong familiarity with the company's products, mission and values in order to communicate them to customers. Be informed of market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products (actual product usage is not required).
S/he is the face of the brand to our retail customers and responsible for promoting a best in class customer experience at all times. As a Sales Associate Brand Ambassador, you will actively engage with a diverse and often large group of people, leveraging your inclusive professional style to showcase cannabis knowledge in a personal, engaging, enthusiastic, and relevant manner to ensure each customer has a compelling WOW experience.
REQUIREMENTS & COMPENSATION
· Exceptional communication skills
· Punctual and highly detail oriented
· Experience in customer service and/or hospitality strongly preferred
· Able to learn, retain and convey information about the company products
· Outgoing, attentive, and comfortable engaging in conversation with customers and clients
· Confidence and the ability to connect with a diverse spectrum of clients and customers
· Should be familiar with popular social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Snapchat, etc.)
· Budtender/cannabis experience is preferred but not required
· Available to work evenings or weekend as needed
· Able to stand comfortably for 2-4 hr shifts
· May need to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
