Position Summary:
The Charlotte’s Web creative in-house agency in Boulder, CO is looking for a talented integrated creative with a background in art direction for our Integrated Creative Manager, Art (agency equivalent Mid to Senior Level Art Director) position. This person should be an experienced creative across a range of mediums in order to fulfill the Charlotte’s Web brand and suite of brands’ (CBD Medic, CBD Clinic, Harmony Hemp) purpose driven mission.
As the Integrated Creative Manager, Art, this person will be responsible for concept development of campaigns, ads, brand look and feel, and overall art direction-based tasks and projects. This role will report to the Integrated Creative Lead, Art and the Director of Integrated Marketing (Head of Creative). You’ll work with alongside copywriters, designers, developers, and brand managers across multiple channels to help bring briefs to life.
NOTE: Position long term will be based out of our Headquarters in Boulder, CO. As of now this can be remote during the current pandemic situation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and execute the visual brand guidelines (design/ look and feel) across mediums for consistency and help evolve across brand portfolio
- Create and execute breakthrough creative content and campaigns
- Drive awareness, traffic and conversion to ecommerce and retail channels through breakthrough creative
- Collaborate cross functionally to solve and complete briefs
- Responsible for overall brand identity creation, consistency and art direction for portfolio of brands and content
- Develop creative content through the pre and post-production process across different mediums
- Create high-volume and quality ideas to meet the fast-paced cannabis industry
- Push the boundaries of creativity, and what CPG, cannabis and health and wellness marketing and advertising can be
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field a plus
- 3 years+ experience in a creatively led agency/studio or in-house agency
- CPG, Health and Wellness and Hemp/Cannabis related experience is preferred but not mandatory

This role will be responsible for creating and overseeing the development and execution of creative strategy, campaigns and content execution across multiple channels – Digital, social, retail and online video. This person will also need experience in managing and enhancing the creative output of our nimble team of integrated creatives to create buzzworthy work and results driven content.
As the lead creative with an art direction background, this position will be also responsible for the design and overall art direction of the Charlotte’s Web portfolio of brands. This person will need to have a strong understanding of design and art direction across various mediums – Like branding, e-com, social, photography, typography, email, packaging, print and video. In order to create or give direction to graphic designers, photographers, videographers/editors, UX designers, retouchers, art directors, etc.
This role will report to the Director of Integrated Marketing (Head of Creative) to support in leading and creating content across brands.

About the Role
Under the direction of the Vice President of National Sales, the National Account Manager, Designate will work to improve the company market position through increased sales of assigned National Accounts. To help ensure success, participation in our 90 program is essential. Our 90 day National Account Manager Designate program will focus learning to best prepare you for future sales leadership roles, including: building a base understanding of our go-to-market structure, market development of our products; our customers, our dynamic selling environment, our cross functional teams, and getting you ready to lead your own team.
