- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches, and prepare to transplant new crops
- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Assist in inspections when necessary, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability to uphold the Company’s standard for quality
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems

- Ensure facility sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with standard operating procedures Maintain quality control for the scope of work produced/ Manage the physical inventory storage in compliance with MRA storage requirements
- Measuring, packaging, and labeling products as directed
- Coordinating packaging procedures in relation to facility compliance
- Preparing packaging rooms, materials, and tools
- Collecting samples and performing tests to ensure quality
- Ensure all waste procedures are followed to the MRA requirements
- Ensure all floor products are audited weekly for compliance, source tags / Metrc tags are correct
- Inventory room / office and vault are always kept neat and organized
- Ensure scales are calibrated daily and maintained. Must train and follow scale SOP
- Reporting on low inventory supplies
- Maintaining a sanitary work environment
- Safely transport products from workspace to storage area

- Abide by high personal hygiene standards
- Apply pesticides in a safe and effective manner, wearing appropriate PPE, and only after ample training and instruction from the Head of Cultivation
- Check and record accurate data daily, including but not limited to pesticide applications, issues found when scouting plants, and any other items required by management
- Observe and immediately address issues with plants, equipment, or environments
- Break down and set up plant production areas after harvest, including: sweep all work areas, sanitize crop benches, and prepare to transplant new crops
- Implement a mother plant maintenance program with oversight from the Head of Cultivation
- Assist in inspections when necessary, whether initiated internally or through a governing entity, using inventory and compliance audits
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness with regard to plant health and traceability to uphold the Company’s standard for quality
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity through coordinated workflow and efficient systems
- Maintain organization and sanitary conditions within the cultivation facility
- Assist with post-harvest duties as needed
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial agriculture, landscaping, or commercial marihuana cultivation preferred
- Energetic team player, willing to take direction and learn new skills
- Basic strain and plant structure knowledge preferred

Cultivation Technician
Job Summary:
Candidate will work closely with the cultivation team to ensure the health and consistency of care for each cannabis plant on a commercial scale.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will assume all normal responsibilities of a grower including, but not limited to:
- Preparing rooms to be populated with plants
- Mixing Nutrients
- Watering plants
- Monitoring climate
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of tools and grow areas
- Pruning
- Installing trellis nets
- Monitoring light intensity
- Tagging/tracking plants
- Maintain log of PH, PPM, IPM, and any other condition as required by the head grower.
- Report any “red-flags” to head grower immediately
- Cloning plants
- “Pheno hunting.” Tracking and selecting phenotypes based on quality, yield, and vigor.
- Identifying suspected deficiencies, toxicities, and or infestations
- Adjust nutrient feeds and conditions as needed to mitigate any deficiencies or toxicities, as directed by the head grower.
- Ensure proper measurement, consistency, and record of nutrient feeds.
- Record data for strain specific needs.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- High school diploma
- 3+ years’ experience in a large-scale cannabis or horticultural operation
- Knowledge of plant strains, plant structure, and plant health
- Eager to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of relevant regulations is a plus
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
