In this role, you will help generate, qualify, nurture and manage inbound and outbound leads at DOPE Marketing
DOPE Marketing prides itself on communication. You will go through 2 weeks of onboarding and training to show you exactly how our business;
- Generates new leads
- Communicates with clients
- Documents the entire lead process to attribute marketing dollars and generate a better result from our internal marketing campaigns
You will be trained on Hubspot, Zapier, Monday.com, Slack, and the Google Suite. This is an entry-level position, but any experience in the tools mentioned, marketing experience, or account management experience is a plus.
What will a normal day look like in this position?
- Monitoring all communication channels in the business; Facebook, Instagram, HubSpot, Google and LinkedIn
- Managing the DOPE Marketing internal marketing calendar
- Building landing pages in HubSpot
- Setting up automations via Zapier (a tool that you will be trained on)
- Organizing leads in HubSpot
- Creating and managing reports for specific marketing campaigns
- Directing customer support tickets to the correct team

DOPE Marketing is looking for a versatile design manager to oversee our growing in-house design team. We currently have 8 designers that create postcards and other items for our clients. Our in-house software DOPE360 - www.DOPE360.com - allows businesses to automatically send postcards based off different triggers in their business. Each new client of DOPE360 needs postcards designed for the different triggers in their business. That's where you come in!
We are looking for a Design Manager to lead the design team as we continue to scale our users and get more design requests for postcards and other print items in the system.
Our main clients are in Home Service; Roofing, HVAC, Solar, Cleaning, etc. Our team has dozens of templates per vertical that new clients choose from. Once a client picks their design templates, the account manager helps the client fill out a creative brief to start the design process. We currently use Hubspot, Slack, and Monday.com for managing the design process.
The ideal candidate for this position has 3+ years of design experience in a fast-paced environment. We want the design manager to lead from the front and be able to collaborate with the design team while making sure quality is checked and designs are up to brands standard prior to submitting final proofs to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Design Team, Copywriting team, and Account managers to deliver client designs.
- Communicate clearly creative ideas and recommendations, while understanding the needs of the client and the client's brand.
- Final check on all proofs prior to submitting to client
- Ensure the quality of the creative is executed at a high level across all areas of the team.
- Maintain continuity from brand to brand in association with their equity guides as it relates to their tone, style, and offers.
- Ability to carry out creative that is best-in-class while aligning with up-to-date marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- 5 + years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or similar
- 1 + years of experience as an art or creative director
- Fluent in basic design principles (typography, composition, scale, color theory, etc.) and a deep understanding of how those principles work together.
- Ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee the art department by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and working with the design team.

In the position of DOPE videographer, you will shadow our CEO, Dave Carroll, daily and document the growth of DOPE Marketing.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is skilled at juggling multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is game for anything.
What you'll do at DOPE:
- Produce, shoot and edit a mix of daily video content that vary in length and scope (everything from short breaking video clips, podcast-style interviews, and live broadcasts to 2-3 minute videos that can be produced in a couple of days to longer-form videos that could take a couple of weeks)
- Produce videos specific to a variety of social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Film, edit and produce the DOPE Marketing podcast.
- Travel with the DOPE Marketing team to document tradeshows, public speaking events, and any other team travel throughout the year.
- Identify audience trends and produce videos that grow the audience of DOPE Marketing on all platforms.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Degree in journalism, photojournalism, video production, or related field
- Minimum of 1-year video journalism or related creative-industry experience
- Ability to create compelling videos under deadline pressure and prioritize tasks appropriately
- Strong video editing skills
- Knowledge of photography and the ability to capture publish-ready imagery
- Experience with lighting setups in both studio and field settings
- Ability to collaborate on projects with the team
- Ability to frame and focus video story structure
- Understand how to produce videos to engage social media audiences across numerous platforms ranging from YouTube to TikTok
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more and carry camera equipment for extended periods
