Food and Beverage Floor Supervisor
Location: Chips and Palace Casino Lakewood

Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and write English proficiently. Holds a current Class 12 Mixologist Permit and Washington State Food Handlers Card. Minimum of two years hands on working knowledge of restaurant food and beverage service standards, POS operations, cash handling, and employee supervision. Casino or Card Room experience is preferred but not necessary. The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Job Description: The Food and Beverage Floor Supervisor is responsible for supporting and overseeing the service staff while on shift.
Job Responsibilities:
路 Maintains excellent customer service standards by leading and supporting service staff effectively.
路 Assists staff in all service areas including, guest greeting, food and drink expediting, general cleaning, stocking, correcting POS errors, resolving general questions and issues.
路 Maintains and ensures all service staff are following the rules and regulations of the Washington State Health Department and the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
路 Ensures all service staff are following proper policies and procedures set fort by the department and property.
路 Communicates issues and concerns directly to the Food and Beverage Manager in a timely manner.
路 Monitors employees starting shifts and ending shifts at the proper scheduled time.
路 Maintains an organized and clean work environment.
路 Checks employee side work for accuracy and completion.
路 Completes service staff check outs.
路 Receives and stocks orders from vendors when necessary.
路 Works as an effective part of a productive property management team.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Position may require the mandatory attendance of property, corporate or department meetings.
路 Position may require additional presence at special property events and promotions.
路 Position may require covering shifts in the case of employee illness, emergency, or employee tardiness.
路 Position may require issuance of disciplinary action to employees under the supervision and approval of the Food and Beverage Manager or General Manager.

The Account Manager鈥檚 role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, making sure they are happy, always in stock, or never have any issues with their orders. We are a small, but fast growing start-up, so in addition to your core Account Manager responsibilities, you will be helping our sales team and marketing team with other special projects, as well as working with the founders of the company to improve our entire customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for your key clients, answering their questions and identifying new business opportunities for them
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - must be passionate and a people person!
- Become familiar with our products/services and recognize opportunities to ethically cross-sell and up-sell your key customers. We never want to sell someone something they don鈥檛 need!
- Stay on top of our sales and production teams, ensuring orders are on track and clearly communicating the progress to customers
- Prepare and organize order details, custom quotes, or projects according to customer needs

Required Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or similarly relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence decision makers at all levels of an organization
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Excellent listening, negotiation and problem solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in composing concise, accurate and helpful emails
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
