The responsibilities of the Cannabis Delivery Driver include safely navigating to designated addresses, verifying customer identity, and completing transactions. You should also be able to answer customers’ questions and concerns regarding their delivery, while also remaining discreet and professional.
To be successful as a Cannabis Delivery Driver-Budtender, you should be able to follow company policy and be aware of compliance issues. Ultimately, an outstanding Cannabis Delivery Driver-Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that customers are satisfied.

We’re hiring Security Guards at multiple locations in Missouri, including Saint Louis, Farmington, Belton, and Kirksville.
In addition to protecting company personnel and assets, Security Guards serve as our directors of first impressions by checking customers into the store and orientating them to our flow and process. - Monitoring and controlling access at building

- Performing other duties as assigned.
To successfully fill this role, you’ll need:
- Two or more years of experience working in a security or first responder role
- Have the ability to monitor multiple screens and situations simultaneously, and be certified in CPR, First Aid and use of AED.
- Possess state security and guard credentials and meet all requirements for carrying a loaded firearm in full compliance with state regulations.
- Pass required background checks and affiliation processes; and, requirements for State Cannabis Agent affiliation.
- Prior law enforcement, or military experience is preferred.

Patient Care Advocates are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures that customer needs are heard and met; and, that all sales are compliant with state regulations. This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in point-of-sale and inventory tracking systems. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
As a Bloc PCA you'll ensure the consistent delivery of an exceptional customer experience for our patients and assist customers in product selection based on defined treatment plans and product availability. You'll fulfill customer requests and look for opportunities to introduce new and alternative products. You'll ensure patients are accurately tracked in the patient system, educate customers on product attributes and usage; and, perform sales transactions in compliance with all regulations governing the sale of cannabis products in the State of Missouri. Patient Advocate - Budtender
We are looking to employ a Patient Advocate to assist patients in selecting suitable cannabis products. The responsibilities of the Patient Advocate include greeting and welcoming patients, informing the manager of patient complaints and operational issues, and sharing firsthand experiences of cannabis products to address patient concerns. You will be trained to answer patients’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
To be successful as a Patient Advocate, you should keep abreast of the latest developments in cannabis laws to maintain legal compliance. Ultimately, and outstanding Patient Advocate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and patient service skills by ensuring that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
Patient Advocate Responsibilities:
- Advising patients on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Keeping abreast of new cannabis products on the market as well as the latest industry trends through trade shows and research.
- Processing patients' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensuring that the dispensary is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Educating patients on the safe use of their selected cannabis products.
- Correctly weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products as required.
- Checking patients' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age.
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
Patient Advocate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience not required/ location will train
- Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional patient service skills.
- Maintain HIPPA compliance.
- Applicants must be 21 years or older.
- Applicants must pass a Federal and State of Missouri criminal background check including fingerprinting.
