As Cultivation Lead you will be part of a focused and motivated Leadership Team, assisting your assigned Cultivation Supervisor with all activities and operations of the assigned Cultivation area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping the Cultivation leadership team meet safety, quality and production expectations
Duties included, but are not limited to: Watering plants, Applying Foliar Applications for pest and mold maintenance (IPM), Manicuring plants, Cleaning of the grow areas, Propagating cannabis (Cloning)
Assign, maintain, control and support the daily workflow of the assigned area(s)

Summary
The Lab Technician is required to have the ability to apply a strong technical and scientific foundation to deliver high quality scientific results in a laboratory environment and in a safe and effective manner. - Prepare material for extraction

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities.
- Liaise with managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues of assigned shift
- Supervise and evaluate performance of Packaging personnel (Leads and Techs)
- Assist Packaging Manager to determine necessary resources (staffing, equipment, raw materials etc.)
- Request maintenance work, suggest purchasing of equipment etc. for assigned shift
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Processes
- Support, train, mentor and foster open, timely and honest communication with team members
- Partner with Human Resources Manager on all employee, HR-related issues and concerns
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Enforce and follow through on all quality assurance initiative
- Report to upper management, Production Packaging Manager
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Experience, Education and Skills
- Proven experience as production packaging supervisor, or as a lead with at least 3 years’ experience
- Deep knowledge of production packaging management
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations, cGMP and Good Documentation Processes
- Knowledge of probationary and annual performance assessment concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (Adilas a plus)
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Excellent leaderships skills complimented with integrity and credibility
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- BSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Summary: Delivery Driver - The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to pre-determined patients and/or Dispensary locations throughout the state of Florida, reviewing, verifying and securing all orders and money till prior to delivery, loading and unloading vehicles. Exceptional customer service skills are required. This position reports to the Manager of Logistics and Delivery and works in partnership with the Security Team to ensure consistent and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Verify and secure all orders and money till prior to transferring to designated delivery vehicle
- Pack and load products on to vehicles according to company specifications and requirements
- Deliver orders to patients following a set and established route
- Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher
- Review deliveries with patients to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each patient
- Receive cash payments from patients for each delivery
- Responsible for operating Company vehicle in a safe manner and maintaining a clean driving record within Company guidelines
- Attendance at team meetings and training when required

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Must be 21 years of age
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and SMS for drivers is preferred

- Driver must have proof of personal auto insurance, up-to-date and active

Job Summary
Security Officer - The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of the GrowHealthy facility in Lake Wales as well as the occasional delivery of our product to either our distribution centers or dispensaries. There is 1 Day Shift Position Open. The hours are Monday-Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:00 pm and Thursday 6:00 am to 12:00 pm (42-hour work week). This position reports directly to the Lake Wales Site Security Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Control access to all areas of the facility
- Observe and report suspicious activity
- Maintain fire watch and assist first responders
- Respond to emergency situations on property
- Deny and prevent entry to any person(s) not authorized to enter the site
- Perform hourly patrols of the property regardless of weather

Summary
The QC Technician will work under direction of the Director of Quality Assurance and/or Department Lead to develop, implement, manage, and continually improve the GrowHealthy quality and product programs. Inspects in-process and/or finished products for conformance to quality assurance standards for both extraction and dry products

Assist in monthly GMP/Sanitation/Security inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Perform quality checks on incoming materials
Assist with document control and change management as necessary
Assist in investigating consumer complaints by determining root cause, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures, responding to complaints in the required timeframe, and analyzing complaint trends.
Initiate and conduct Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) investigations.
Maintain all quality compliance records.

Job Summary: Delivery Driver - The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to pre-determined patients and/or Dispensary locations throughout the state of Florida, reviewing, verifying and securing all orders and money till prior to delivery, loading and unloading vehicles. Exceptional customer service skills are required. This position reports to the Manager of Logistics and Delivery and works in partnership with the Security Team to ensure consistent and timely deliveries.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods
- Verify and secure all orders and money till prior to transferring to designated delivery vehicle
- Pack and load products on to vehicles according to company specifications and requirements
- Deliver orders to patients following a set and established route
- Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher
- Review deliveries with patients to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each patient
- Receive cash payments from patients for each delivery
- Responsible for operating Company vehicle in a safe manner and maintaining a clean driving record within Company guidelines
- Attendance at team meetings and training when required
- Requires full and open availability in order to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, early AM/late PM shifts Panhandle location run, etc.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and SMS for drivers is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Delivery Driver is required
- Clean driving and motor vehicle record; Valid Florida Driver's License
- Driver must have proof of personal auto insurance, up-to-date and active
- Must pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Office of Medical Marijuana Use Level 2 Background Screening

- Ensure that all growing department staff attend at least one 5 Minute Huddle per day that pertains to their role.
- Act as coach and mentor to motivate continuous improvement utilizing the CPS model.
- Moisture Management:
- Training, Utilization and Team Development
- Ensure that all personnel have been trained in moisture management and certified utilizing the approved program.
- Ensure that all growing staff understand and follow the correct time of day and conditions in which to irrigate the crops to avoid disease or fungal infections.
- System Operation and Maintenance Monitoring
- Ensure that systems are working properly on a daily basis.
- Ensure that any maintenance issues are reported via the approved communication tool.
- Assist with irrigation in emergencies
- Nutrition Management:
- Supervise internal soil testing laboratory and methods.
- Coordinate the use of outside laboratories.
- Ensure tests are conducted at the frequency directed by the Horticulture team.
- Collect the results of the tests and review them with the growing team to ensure proper action is taken to move the plant’s nutrition back into the center line.
- Supervise applications of fertilizer
- Direct the selection, rate and frequency of fertilizer applications to ensure plant nutrition remains within the center line.
- System operation and maintenance monitoring
- Where applicable, ensure that fertilizer injection systems are properly calibrated.
- Review prill count and calibration reports for the soil mixing lines.
- Review the recipes of the soil mixing systems annually and suggest changes to the Director of Operations, the Production Manager and the Technical Director of Horticulture for approval.
- Ensure that any maintenance requirements for fermentation systems are reported via the approved communication tool and monitor for updates or completion of requests.
- Chemical applications and integrated pest management (IPM):
- Team training and development
- Obtain and maintain a private pesticide applicator's license in the state of operation and ensure that designated growing department personnel do the same within ninety days of hire.
- Ensure that employees are properly trained to operate systems or equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- System management
- Oversee the maintenance of the Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system to ensure that it includes Cultural, Physical, Biological and Chemical control strategies.
- Oversee the selection of, rate, frequency and application method of all pesticides and biological control agents to ensure pest levels are maintained in order to produce quality plants in a cost-effective manner.
- Notify the Director of Operations and accompany state, federal or MPS-ABC officials when conducting inspections or audits.
- Ensure that herbicides are applied in and around the growing area to prevent weed growth.

SALES ASSOCIATE
Welcome each client into Harborside creating an environment where clients feel truly cared for, valued and respected. Conduct new client orientation and registration. Assess the needs of each client, provide appropriate product knowledge and accurately record all transactions in the POS. Maintaining an efficient and upbeat work pace. - Perform opening and closing duties

- Escalate client issues to Supervisors when appropriate

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including the following areas of production: inventory management, plant breeding, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs

Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand on concrete floor for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening
- Must be able to work in a cultivation environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and moderate to loud noise levels
- Skills / Knowledge
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Degree in Biology, Horticulture, or Applied Science desirable, but not necessary
- Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of container systems with soil and hydro, as well as an understanding of temperature and humidity manipulation, a plus
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as organic plant treatment options, a plus
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of a large-scale grow facility
- Experience in marijuana cultivation preferred, but not required
