Our Bright-leaf division is growing! We are now hiring a Packaging Associate! This position will be responsible for weighing and packaging cannabis flower, processing material into pre rolls, packaging vape cartridges, shatter, and various topical products and you will report to the Packaging Manager. This position starts at a flat rate of $13.00/hr and working hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Fast paced, quality and accuracy-oriented work environment
- Must be able to perform similar tasks for long periods of time
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and operating industry equipment following specific instructions
- Performing tasks following SOP guidelines and instructions
- Employee must be attentive, responsive, and active to company email, communication apps, and HR software installed via smartphone
- Trimming responsibilities include removing buds from stems, checking product for quality assurance, operating trimmer, etc.
- Packaging responsibilities include weighing and packaging cannabis flower, processing material into pre rolls, packaging vape cartridges, shatter, and various topical products.
- When trimming and packaging cannabis, employees must be able to identify useable and unusable material.
Job Requirments

- Employee must be able to work well as a team day in and day out, but also must be able to work on their own if necessary.

Pharmacy Medical Provider required to oversee all operations of medical cannabis pharmacy. Duties to include:
(a) ensure that pharmacy agents at the medical cannabis pharmacy appropriately interpret and distribute recommendations in a suitable container appropriately labeled for subsequent administration or use by a patient;
(b) ensure that medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices are distributed safely and accurately with correct dosage parameters as recommended;
(c) ensure that medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices are distributed with information and instruction as necessary for proper utilization;
(d) ensure that pharmacy agents communicate to the patient, at their request, information concerning any medical cannabis or medical cannabis device distributed to the patient;
(e) ensure that a reasonable effort is made to obtain, protect, record, and maintain patient records;
(f) education and training of medical cannabis pharmacy personnel;
(g) establishment of polices for procurement of medical cannabis, medical cannabis devices, and educational material sold at the facility;
(h) distribution and disposal of medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices from the medical cannabis pharmacy;
(i) appropriate storage of all medical cannabis and medical cannabis devices;
(j) maintenance of records of all transactions of the medical cannabis pharmacy necessary to maintain accurate control and accountability for all materials required by applicable state laws;
(k) establishment and maintenance of effective controls against theft or diversion of medical cannabis or medical cannabis devices and records for such products;
(l) legal operation of the medical cannabis pharmacy including meeting all inspection and other requirements of all state laws governing the medical cannabis pharmacies;
(m) implementation of an ongoing quality assurance program that monitors performance of the personnel at the medical cannabis pharmacy;
(n) ensure that the point of sale (POS) is in working order;
(o) ensure that all relevant information is submitted to the state芒脗鈧傗劉s ICS and EVS in a timely manner; and
(p) ensure that all medical cannabis pharmacy personnel have appropriate licensure and registration.

We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our growing lab team. The Chemist will work closely with Lab Manager/Director to execute sample analysis for their cannabis clients using laboratory equipment which includes Gas and Liquid Chromatography instruments (LC-MS and GC-MS). The ideal candidate will have heavy experience in HPLC and related machinery, bringing established technique and processes to the table.
This position must work under the current ISO 17025 standards, and will be responsible for all work performed in support of their assigned assay.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine analysis of samples using analytical procedures for which training has occurred.
- Familiarity with routine and non-routine equipment maintenance of analytical and laboratory instruments.
- Participate in OOS & CAPA reports, as assigned.
- Must be able to obtain traceable, reproducible, and reliable results with limited supervision.
- Successful completion of proficiency testing samples and initial demonstration of capability to demonstrate competence as required for certifications or customer requests.
- Participate in the revision of existing procedures and the drafting of new procedures under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager.
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- B.S. Degree with at least three years of analytical laboratory experience is required.
- Must have experience with HPLC analytical techniques in addition to: GCMS, LCMS, & ICMPS.
- Proficient with current computer systems including Microsoft office.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Hands on experience with in organic extraction, analytical chemistry techniques, extensive potency testing and product development.
- ISO 17025 experience.
- Prior experience within the cannabis industry is a plus; not required.

Role Overview

Role Requirements

The Role
Pharmacy Agents engage in one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they enter the pharmacy retail area until they check out and exit the facility. Responsibilities
脗路 Help patients in the retail location in accordance with Justice Grown芒脗鈧傗劉s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
脗路 Follow established policies for sales and patient service to ensure patient satisfaction.
脗路 Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store.
脗路 Help patients make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently and suggesting dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients.

- Correct cash handling and discount application;

Qualifications
