About you:

You have AT LEAST 2 years experience in an Inventory role at a cannabis dispensary (please do not apply if you do not have this experience)
- 2 years experience using Metrc and Leaf Logix in an Inventory role
- You’re 21 or older
- You’re willing to work a full-time schedule and have flexible availability. We are open weekends and most holidays
- You have an aspirational attitude with a fun and positive personality while still being professional and eager to succeed
- You’re passionate about cannabis and excited to educate our guests about it’s many positive effects
- You’re able to meet the physical demands of the position including standing/moving throughout the duration of shifts and lifting packages up to 50 pounds.

Full Job Description
As an Inventory Supervisor your responsibilities will include ensuring inventory product is received, handled, stored, protected, prepared, tracked and reported upon in accordance with all regulations and all company policies.*The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all cannabis inventory procedures. Requires the monitoring of sales and market research to help identify product/sales trends and wholesale purchase planning. Must ensure that all efforts are made to reduce and prevent product loss, creating processes and protocols to help with loss prevention or daily transaction discrepancies.**Requirements:
- MUST have at least 2 years experience in an Inventory role at a cannabis dispensary AND experience with Leaf Logix and Metrc.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize
- Mathematical aptitude, ensuring strong attention to details and data
- Excellent customer service both in-person and virtually
- Proficient with Excel and all MS Office applications
- Review and analyze internal sales trend and market research
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and reasoning abilities
- Ability to work long hours and maintain a high level of energy to help motivate and lead teammates.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holiday shifts)
