WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Maintain constant awareness and monitoring of mobile CCTV systems, Transport staff and Transport vehicles.
- Conduct regular interval communication with Transport vehicles and staff to ensure safe operations.
- Ensure all Transport paperwork is accurate and complete per CCC and NETA regulations.
- Maintain safe and secure environment for customers, staff and visitors
- Work independently and as a team with other Transportation Dispatchers and NETA leadership and staff
- Maintains confidentiality with regard to information, proprietary and other internal matters at all times
- Leads by example, utilizing discretion and good judgement at all times
- Address, resolve and report electronic or physical equipment to the Transportation Supervisor or designee
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities or suspicious behavior
- Informs staff of policies and procedures

- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work in close coordination with the Inventory Management
- Utilize the inventory management system to transfer, track and adjust inventory, including inventory audits
- Responsible for inventory, recordkeeping, auditing, and quality control of all products
- Coordinates product tracking and ensuring proper inventory levels at each dispensary location
- Acquires and documents samples for testing, and performs remediation for failed product testing
- Coordinates with the Transportation Team for accurate product transfer to dispensaries

Facilitating and coordinating inventory levels between the Marijuana Infused Products (MIP) Lab, Harvest and Vault
- Responsible for accurately counting, weighing, creating labels, labeling, and recording all medical product
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity
- Create and maintain an organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for both existing and new products.
- Ensures that all MIP products are packaged and inventoried accurately; and that all flower product is labeled correctly
- Receive and confirm all returned medical products from dispensaries
- Will handle all LL movements, conversions, and Lab samples for the MIP Lab and Kitchen
- Daily reporting, data entry and analysis of lab results
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that supports the Vault

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Oversee Inventory tracking for all Cultivation, Production, and Research and Development needs.
- Oversee functions of product integrity
- Responsible for inventory logistics and management within the production and cultivation facilities
- Collaborate with Systems and IT departments to help create tools and efficiencies

- Responsible for partnering with local and state departments for Compliance
- Responsible for identifying supply chain workflows for new and existing product lines
- Partner with Production and Cultivation Managers to ensure physical and digital workflows are in sync and compliant

- General oversight of lab sampling and tracking protocol
- Ensure cultivation and production output quantity goals are met on a weekly basis

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual inventories for cultivation, production, manufacturing, and warehouse sites, addressing and correcting discrepancies, while collaborating with the Inventory Supervisor and Department leads on how to prevent repeat occurrences
- Point of Contact for Research and Development needs that involve medicated materials.
- Responsible for departmental performance goals, development/coaching, and planning
- Responsible for managing the test processes and rollout of any new product, providing relevant training documentation and ensuring all components are compliant with local and state requirements.
