JOB FUNCTION
Position Summary: The Inventory Supervisor reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis inventory regarding Green Meadow policy and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.

- Communicating with internal Wholesale Director to receive invoices, test results, and necessary information to prep for a delivery.
- Receiving inventory in METRC and Leaf Logix (Point of Sale software).
- Secure storage of product and organization/cleanliness of the vault.
- Inventory audits; being able to find discrepancies and solving them.
- Solving Leaf Logix and METRC integration errors.
- Work with Production and Compliance Management on:
- Regular inventory product audits
- Inventory levels and packaging planning
- Unwavering compliance with state/local regulations, security protocols, access protocols, and company policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, and facilitate with the intake and outtake of product with sales/account personnel
- Researching Inventory Variances.
- Record Keeping—Daily, Monthly, and Yearly Inventory Counts.
- Maintaining compliance of vault and inventory.
- Maintaining waste and proper disposal.
- Quality control of inventory.
- Maintain knowledge of all system/policy changes in METRC and LeafLogix
- Maintain knowledge of Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission Regulations

The Inventory Supervisor oversees the inventory specialists, their daily tasks, training, and oversees all inventory tasks and inventory activities to ensure the completion of any daily tasks necessary for the operation of the retail store.
Responsibilities include intake of deliveries and process invoices through our POS systems, monitoring inventory flow and record retention, performing regular inventory counts, follow and implementing DCC regulations/compliance, rectifying miscalculations, and replenishing low stock inventory on the sales floor.
Reports to: Sr. Inventory Manager, Depot Manager
Responsibilities
- Check in regularly with Sr. Inventory Manager, Depot Management, Retail Leads, and slack to maintain open communication on retail inventory operations
- Scheduling, daily task lists, team meetings, and training for inventory specialists
- Maintain inventory compliance in accordance with the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) and METRC
- Receive products during deliveries and ensure state requirements are met
- Process invoices into POS systems
- Efficiently label and tag received products, audit, and access METRC tags
- Ensure segregation and proper disposal of outdated, damaged, deteriorated, misbranded, or adulterated cannabis products
- Follow inventory reconciliation procedures and perform regular cycle counts
- Maintain record retention for all invoices, manifests, COAs, return and waste logs and monthly inventory reconciliation
- Replenish low stock inventory on sales floor, assist sales associates with merchandising
- Report to management of any out-of-stock inventory
- Light facilities maintenance which may include sweeping, wiping down breakroom, etc.
