We are searching for an additional Chef to help us with our Sunday Cooking with Cannabis Classes and our Infused Dinner Parties which can be any day. We are also looking for additional help this 420 season from a couple reliable/experienced servers to help our chefs during our group classes and dinners. Position Summary
The Confectionary Chef is responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations producing products infused with cannabinoids. This position will work closely with the kitchen staff and manufacturing to ensure workflow meets the necessary specifications.

Kitchen Manager
MoonTower LLC is hiring a Kitchen Manager for our Globe, AZ location. We are looking to launch a new edible line and are seeking an experienced Chef. We would like this chef to work with us to design an infused menu of both sweet and savory products. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for all production of infused edible products. The Kitchen Manager will manage a team of chefs to carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking and operating large production machinery. This role will produce edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by AZDHS.
Responsibilities:
- Plans menu, production, assigns production to kitchen staff
- Orders supplies and keeps an accurate inventory of all raw materials
- Weighs cannabis oil for all production batches
- Trains and directs kitchen staff and general labor
