Full Job Description
New England Cannabis Corporation (NECC) is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled METRC CONSULTANT to provide implementation and training on the Metrc Tracking Seed to Sale software system for our cannabis cultivation and product manufacturing establishment located in Holliston, MA.
Metrc Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implementation and integration of Metrc software for cultivation and manufacturing operations as well as business accounting systems;
- Training/instruction on the use of Metrc with management and team members;
- Maximizing efficiency and accuracy within the Metrc software system;
- Continued on-going support availability;
- Ensuring that all services and training comply with all rules, laws, regulations and industry standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), the Town of Holliston and the Company
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 21 years of age.
- References acknowledging Metrc skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Consent to background checks.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.

Facility Custodian (Part Time- Full Time)
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- 2+ years of professional commercial cleaning experience.
- Responsible, reliable and capable of professionally cleaning a large facility.
- Works well independently or in a team environment.
- Has high standards for cleanliness and quality of work.
- Engaging individual with a strong work ethic that takes initiative.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vacuum, sanitize and wax floors, corridors, and stairs.
- Empty waste baskets, collect and dispose of garbage and recycling.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean glass, dust, and surfaces throughout facility.
- Clean and sanitize all areas needed throughout facility.
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
- Restock cleaning and paper supplies as needed.
- Strictly adhere to SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
- Comply with all rules, laws, regulations and industry standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), the Town of Holliston and the Company.
- Communication and interaction with management.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Please note this position will start part time and likely turn into full time once we require daily cleaning after a few months of fully operating.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Consent to background checks.
- Ability to work flexible schedules.
- Have reliable transportation.

- Creative, knowledgeable and passionate about cooking with cannabis.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Works well independently and in a team environment with ability to instruct/teach Chef Assistants.
- 2+ years of professional baking experience preferred
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strictly adhere to SOP’s (standard operating procedures).
- Create high quality, carefully dosed cannabis infused edibles at commercial quantities.
- Supervise and lead the Chef Assistants and allocate responsibilities to each.
- Follow culinary, food handler & cleanliness standards.
- Documentation and record keeping of recipes and related items.
- Maintain fresh and frozen ingredients and have an organized fridge and freezer; foods labeled with names, dates, and expirations.
- Comply with all rules, laws, regulations and industry standards set forth by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Cannabis Control Commission (CCC), the Town of Holliston and the Company.
- Communication and interaction with management.
- Any additional tasks assigned by management.

- ServSafe certified within the first 30 days of employment.
