Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture, Entomology, Plant Science, or Related Field preferred but not required
- Experience using biological controls effectively

The Cultivation Assistant will work as part of a team to help maintain a full-cycle indoor Cannabis Production Facility. This person will assist the Cultivation Director in daily operations related to growing, harvesting, and processing cannabis through the post-harvest process.
Duties
- Assist Cultivation Director as required
- Use Metrc and MS Office proficiently
- Responsible for Inventory Management and Analytics
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.
- Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, and challenging work environment in an innovative and pioneering atmosphere.
- Contribute and improve upon already-existing operations and processes to improve work-flow, efficiency, and provide constructive feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Be able to qualify to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis industry.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- General knowledge of cannabis
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. (A positive test for cannabis will not exclude any candidate)
- Must have superior organizational and software skills
- Preferred knowledge of container systems with soil and hydro, as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
- Preferred knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of Horticulture equipment and irrigation systems.
- Capable of performing routine tasks and able to make equipment repairs or notify proper
- Ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Able to follow directions and ask questions as needed.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
- Standing/sittingfor extended periods of time.
- Walking long distances and traveling up flights of stairs.

Job Summary:
As a Post Harvest Tech, you will be responsible for the physical harvest and associated plant transfer to the drying rooms, as well as trimming, quality control and packaging of final product. You will be responsible for batch inventory and any associated reconciliation, you will also ensure all inventory is up to standards set in place by Nature's Remedy.

The Cultivation team member will work as part of a team to help maintain a full-cycle indoor Cannabis Production Facility. This person will assist in daily operations related to growing, harvesting, and processing cannabis through the post-harvest process.
Duties
- Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inspect crops, inventory management, and some post-harvest duties.
- Continue to develop an extensive knowledge base of successful Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
- Implement our existing, robust cultivation SOPs, and nutrient regiments.
- Operate heavy and light horticultural equipment and machinery.
- Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers and Head Growers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.
- Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed using designated software.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.
- Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, and challenging work environment in an innovative and pioneering atmosphere.

Qualifications

- May or may not have prior knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation, as well as pH, PPM, and EC counts.

- Preferred knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.

Harvesting
- Support Staff is responsible for assisting management in harvesting batches on assigned harvest days.
- This includes, but is not limited to: chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalk, weighing and recording plant and waste weights, transporting plants to Trim Rooms, keeping plants organized by strain, license and batch ID.
Trimming/Manicuring
- Support Staff is responsible for trimming and manicuring buds.
- This includes,butis not limited to: removing all fan leaves, trimming buds, collecting trim and buds to be processed, and ensuring individual trim and bud containers labeled and organized.
Pre-Roll Cone Production
- Support Staff assists management in processing cannabis into pre-rolled cones.
- This includes, but is not limited to: grinding up product, operating a cone machine, packing Cannabis in to cones by hand, and labeling processed cones.
Cannabis Packaging
- Support Staff is to assist management in packaging processed cannabis into appropriate containers.
- This includes, but is not limited to: weighing out cannabis in designated increments, removing any stem if necessary, labeling and counting processed containers, preparing batches for delivery
Facility Cleaning/Maintenance
- Support Staff assist management in keeping the facility cleaned and maintained.
- This includes, but is not limited to: zone recovery, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
Other
- Regular attendance is expected and is considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
The Production Compliance Officer will assist in implementing and auditing compliance programs and initiatives in Nature's Remedy's cultivation and product manufacture facility in Lakeville, MA. The Production Compliance Officer will conduct daily and periodic internal audits and inspections to ensure corporate initiatives and activities abide state and local cannabis and safe workplace regulations. The Production Compliance Officer will be responsible for drafting and filing internal audit and incident reports for delivery to the Director of Compliance. The Production Compliance Officer will report to the Director of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and periodic operational, inventory, security, sanitation, and safe workplace audits and spot checks in cannabis cultivation and product manufacture facility.
- Draft and file audit and incident reports for submission to the Director of Compliance.
- Report employee, agent, visitor, or vendor policy violations to managers and Director of Compliance
- Coordinate with state and local regulatory bodies for facilities inspections, equipment inspections, and scale calibrations.
- Provide first-level incident response and reporting.
- Understand Massachusetts regulations pertaining to the cultivation and manufacture of Cannabis
- Assist in revision and development of operational and compliance production and manufacture SOPs.
- Coordinate with HR for required licensure and responsible vendor training for employees in the cultivation and manufacture facility.
- Ensure the correct use of safety devices and protective equipment as required and report any hazards, accidents or injuries as required by company policy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal Adult Use or Medical cannabis cultivation or product manufacture.
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance, cultivation/extraction management, inventory auditing, loss prevention, risk management, or similar position
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with safe workplace standards in industrial settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Detail oriented with an eye for process streamlining
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in cannabis is a plus

Summary:

The Vault Coordinator is responsible for of all inventory, both cannabis and non-cannabis related consumables within the production facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor and maintain vault inventory, ensuring data is entered and accurate.
- Coordinate and record test sample creation and delivery to appropriate testing labs
- Maintain and record all cannabis inventory transfers, both physically and via tracking software. Including all inter-departmental transfers of WIP or finished goods.
- Create, communication and manage transportation manifests via Metrc to delivery locations. Ensure manifest notification are delivered to dispensaries 24 prior to scheduled delivery time.
- Assist with pulling together wholesale deliveries, manifests, and receipt of payment.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and notify the appropriate parties.
- Assist with detailed inventory audits.
- Adhere to policies to ensure organization, sanitation and compliance is met in all storage locations.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and generating procedures.
- Receive, unpack, and inventory consumable goods.
- Complete miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

- Creates and prints accurate labels for the packaging department
- Analyzes and interprets lab test results to ensure correct cannabinoid profile is presented.
- Uploads label artwork (in-house and third party) to appropriate files.

- Tracks label inventories and ensures packaging quotas are met.
- Communicating with Packaging Manager for daily priorities and tasks

Nature's Remedy Packaging Technician's will work closely with the Packaging Manager to safely and accurately package, label and follow compliance of all products that are manufactured in our facility. The Packaging Technician's will be responsible for maintaining workflow, company policies and procedures as well as state regulations.

- Performs accurate filling of flower products, edible products and concentrate products insuring compliance with all policies and product specifications
- Follows Good Manufacturing Processes at all times
- Able to meet production goals set forth by the Packaging Manager
- Ensure timely completion of production records and reporting tools
- Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating all employees with dignity and respect
- Handles all products with responsibility and reports any potential contamination to a Manager immediately
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Able to pass a background check as mandated by the CCC of MA
- Maintain punctual attendance
- Exceptional hygiene at all times
- High attention to detail and a continuous desire to produce a high quality product
- Can take direction from peers and management
- Able to work independently or in a team setting
- Fast learner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Including the above mentioned items
- Experience in a high volume production facility
- Experience in a regulated environment, labeling rules and regulations
- Some familiarity with packaging equipment
Requirements:
- Must be able to work alternate shifts and weekends
- Sitting, standing and walking will be required throughout the shift
- Constant movement with hands and fingers, great dexterity and coordination will be required
- Operation of filling and wrapping machinery
- Must be able to recognize defects or problems within the system
- Lifting and moving large boxes up to 50 pounds
- Cleaning and breakdown of machinery and packaging room

The Cultivation team member will work as part of a team to help maintain a full-cycle indoor Cannabis Production Facility. This person will assist in daily operations related to growing, harvesting, and processing cannabis through the post-harvest process.
Duties
- Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inspect crops, inventory management, and some post-harvest duties.
- Continue to develop an extensive knowledge base of successful Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
- Implement our existing, robust cultivation SOPs, and nutrient regiments.
- Operate heavy and light horticultural equipment and machinery.
- Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers and Head Growers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.
- Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed using designated software.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.
- Contribute to a fun, team-oriented, and challenging work environment in an innovative and pioneering atmosphere.
- Contribute and improve upon already-existing operations and processes to improve work-flow, efficiency, and provide constructive feedback and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Be able to qualify to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis industry.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- General knowledge of cannabis
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. (A positive test for cannabis will not exclude any candidate)
- May or may not have prior knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation, as well as pH, PPM, and EC counts.
- Preferred knowledge of container systems with soil and hydro, as well as understanding temperature and humidity manipulation.
- Preferred knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.
- Knowledge of large-scale commercial plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, mediums, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc.
- Knowledge of Horticulture equipment and irrigation systems.
- Capable of performing routine tasks and able to make equipment repairs or notify proper personnel when unable to.
- Ability to plan ahead, trouble-shoot, anticipate problems, and problem solve.
- Ability to learn new technologies.
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Harvesting
- Support Staff is responsible for assisting management in harvesting batches on assigned harvest days.
- This includes, but is not limited to: chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalk, weighing and recording plant and waste weights, transporting plants to Trim Rooms, keeping plants organized by strain, license and batch ID.
Trimming/Manicuring
- Support Staff is responsible for trimming and manicuring buds.
- This includes,butis not limited to: removing all fan leaves, trimming buds, collecting trim and buds to be processed, and ensuring individual trim and bud containers labeled and organized.
Pre-Roll Cone Production
- Support Staff assists management in processing cannabis into pre-rolled cones.
- This includes, but is not limited to: grinding up product, operating a cone machine, packing Cannabis in to cones by hand, and labeling processed cones.
Cannabis Packaging
- Support Staff is to assist management in packaging processed cannabis into appropriate containers.
- This includes, but is not limited to: weighing out cannabis in designated increments, removing any stem if necessary, labeling and counting processed containers, preparing batches for delivery
Facility Cleaning/Maintenance
- Support Staff assist management in keeping the facility cleaned and maintained.
- This includes, but is not limited to: zone recovery, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
Other
- Regular attendance is expected and is considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
- Standing/sittingfor extended periods of time.
- Walking long distances and traveling up flights of stairs.

Summary:
The IT Manager will help maintain Nature's Remedy's network, software, email, desktops, and telecommunications systems. Duties will also include technical and administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and efficiency of computers and telecom systems. This position will be asked to provide timely and accurate troubleshooting for hardware and software issues for all departments in the organization.
A successful candidate should have some experience in IT project coordination and a solid technical background, together with good organizational, teambuilding and analytical abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage state users, email accounts, and domains
- Set up, configure, and install new devices such as PCs, printers, and access points
- Resolve requests remotely and on-site for software, hardware, and network issues
- Configure management servers, door controllers, IP cameras, and analog encoders
- Map, configure, implement and/or support access control and surveillance solutions
- Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution
- Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the company
- Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
- Perform QA tests to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved. Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for all users
- Develop help sheets and other technical documentation for end users

Qualifications

The Inventory Manager is responsible for of all inventory, both cannabis and non-cannabis related consumables within the production facility.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Monitor and maintain inventory, ensuring data is entered and accurate.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and notify the appropriate parties.
- Conduct detailed inventory audits.
- Maintain and record all cannabis inventory transfers, both physically and via tracking software.
- Establish policies to ensure organization, sanitation and compliance is met in all storage locations.
- Report fulfillment needs to the appropriate parties.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry and generating procedures.
- Receive, unpack, and inventory consumable goods.
- Complete miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Qualified to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis Industry
- 21 Years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, including: iCORI and Social Media checks.

Job Summary:
The Production Compliance Officer will assist in implementing and auditing compliance programs and initiatives in Nature's Remedy's cultivation and product manufacture facility in Lakeville, MA. The Production Compliance Officer will conduct daily and periodic internal audits and inspections to ensure corporate initiatives and activities abide state and local cannabis and safe workplace regulations. The Production Compliance Officer will be responsible for drafting and filing internal audit and incident reports for delivery to the Director of Compliance. The Production Compliance Officer will report to the Director of Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and periodic operational, inventory, security, sanitation, and safe workplace audits and spot checks in cannabis cultivation and product manufacture facility.
- Draft and file audit and incident reports for submission to the Director of Compliance.
- Report employee, agent, visitor, or vendor policy violations to managers and Director of Compliance
- Coordinate with state and local regulatory bodies for facilities inspections, equipment inspections, and scale calibrations.
- Provide first-level incident response and reporting.
- Understand Massachusetts regulations pertaining to the cultivation and manufacture of Cannabis
- Assist in revision and development of operational and compliance production and manufacture SOPs.
- Coordinate with HR for required licensure and responsible vendor training for employees in the cultivation and manufacture facility.
- Ensure the correct use of safety devices and protective equipment as required and report any hazards, accidents or injuries as required by company policy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the legal Adult Use or Medical cannabis cultivation or product manufacture.
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance, cultivation/extraction management, inventory auditing, loss prevention, risk management, or similar position
- Analytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with safe workplace standards in industrial settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Detail oriented with an eye for process streamlining
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission

The Cultivation team member will work as part of a team to help maintain a full-cycle indoor Cannabis Production Facility. This person will assist in daily operations related to growing, harvesting, and processing cannabis through the post-harvest process.
Duties
- Perform cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, waste disposal, inspect crops, inventory management, and some post-harvest duties.
- Continue to develop an extensive knowledge base of successful Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
- Implement our existing, robust cultivation SOPs, and nutrient regiments.
- Operate heavy and light horticultural equipment and machinery.
- Track environmental factors and record data to provide to Managers and Head Growers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform water, media, and solution sampling and testing procedures.
- Adhere to industry standards and waste disposal procedures set forth by regulatory agencies.
- Aid in oversight of the completion of operations in timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs as directed using designated software.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and employees.

Qualifications
- Be able to qualify to work in the Massachusetts Cannabis industry.

- May or may not have prior knowledge of soil and hydroponic growing methods including micronutrients, beneficial bacteria, and nutrient implementation, as well as pH, PPM, and EC counts.

- Preferred knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment options.

Harvesting
- Support Staff is responsible for assisting management in harvesting batches on assigned harvest days.
- This includes, but is not limited to: chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalk, weighing and recording plant and waste weights, transporting plants to Trim Rooms, keeping plants organized by strain, license and batch ID.
Trimming/Manicuring
- Support Staff is responsible for trimming and manicuring buds.
- This includes,butis not limited to: removing all fan leaves, trimming buds, collecting trim and buds to be processed, and ensuring individual trim and bud containers labeled and organized.
Pre-Roll Cone Production
- Support Staff assists management in processing cannabis into pre-rolled cones.
- This includes, but is not limited to: grinding up product, operating a cone machine, packing Cannabis in to cones by hand, and labeling processed cones.
Cannabis Packaging
- Support Staff is to assist management in packaging processed cannabis into appropriate containers.
- This includes, but is not limited to: weighing out cannabis in designated increments, removing any stem if necessary, labeling and counting processed containers, preparing batches for delivery
Facility Cleaning/Maintenance
- Support Staff assist management in keeping the facility cleaned and maintained.
- This includes, but is not limited to: zone recovery, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
Other
- Regular attendance is expected and is considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of the business.
- Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.

We are looking for a Vault Manager to join our team in Tyngsborough, MA! The Vault Manager reports directly to the dispensary General Manager and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all cannabis and non-cannabis inventory in regard to NR policy and procedures and to ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations.
Primary Duties:
- Inventory management and compliance with CCC regulations.
- Present to receive product from wholesale vendors and internal transfers to inspect for compliance and prepare for retail sale.
- Oversight of vault team, scheduling, and direct communication with dispensary General Manager, Operations Manager, and Marketing/Wholesale Directors, and Retail Compliance officer.
- Reports directly to dispensary General Manager.

Job Summary:
Director of Compliance will assess, design, implement and evaluate compliance programs and initiatives in Nature's Remedy facilities, which include three retail dispensaries, a cultivation facility, along with processing and packaging facilities. The Director of Compliance will conduct internal audits and inspections to support corporate initiatives, as well as state and local regulations, with an emphasis on understanding and implementing all state regulations pertaining to the sale of cannabis. This role will be required to interface with regulators, executive management and Nature's Remedy employees. The Director of Compliance will develop a Compliance team to support our Cultivation and Retail operations. The Director of Compliance will report to the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop policies, strategies and procedures related to regulatory compliance in coordination with department heads and organization leaders and implement policies, strategies and procedures as directed.
- Understand all aspects of Massachusetts regulations pertaining to the sale of Cannabis, and remain continually educated on Cannabis Control Commission regulations, guidance, and policy changes.
- Implement preventative measures and corrective action in the event of compliance concerns.
- Lead and conduct audits including development of SOP's, perform audit work steps, document and report findings, and develop and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Be available at all times for compliance questions from all Nature's Remedy departments.
- Take a proactive compliance view of the organization and provide preventative measures to ensure the organization is compliant with all regulatory requirements
- Collect and analyze data to define and understand problems and perform research to identify root causes
- Evaluate and perform alternative procedures to make timely and appropriate recommendations as necessary
- Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure organization is in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
- Motivate team members and represent compliance department across entire organization with effective communication
- Establish and develop strong relationships across the organization, providing a consultative approach to communicate compliance initiatives
- Participate on regulatory stakeholder, industry and other relevant work groups

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree as well as experience in the cannabis field in Massachusetts.
- Prior experience in a regulatory compliance position, familiarity with state regulatory entities
- Prior experience managing a team
- Legal mindset, ability to read, understand, interpret and communicate laws, ordinances and regulations
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to positively influence people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high stress situations , and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it
- Detail oriented with an eye for process streamlining
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in cannabis is a plus
- Prior experience in a paralegal or legal administrative position is a plus
Working Conditions
- The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree
Physical and other Requirements
- Ability to drive from site to site around Massachusetts, which includes locations in Lakeville, Millbury, Worcester, Tyngsborough and Westborough.
- Throughout extended periods must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday
- Must be capable of working in front of a computer for extended periods of time based on job duties listed above
- Occasional lifting, positioning or moving items up to 50 pounds if relevant to the job duties listed above

We are looking for an enthusiastic Dispensary Sales Lead to join our team in Millbury, MA!
The Dispensary Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the General Manager with managing the day-to-day operations of a dispensary facility in accordance with all applicable regulations. The Dispensary Sales Lead provides clear and direct leadership to the dispensary staff at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides support and assistance for all dispensary employees, including but not limited to:
- Daily cash and inventory reconciliation
- Training
- Policy and Procedure implementation
- Product information updates and education
- Weekly observations and feedback
- Participation in Division of Responsibilities (DOR) program;
- Works closely with GM/ASM on employee development including:
- Employee morale
- Leadership
- Coaching
- Assists with the ordering and receiving of all inventory and products.
- Arranges deliveries while maintaining facility compliance and cleanliness.
- Completes a daily warm-up with staff members.
- Ensuring the best possible patient service is provided by aiding in the oversight of the employees under management's supervision.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one to three (1-3) years of high-volume retail experience with one to two (1-2) years being directly in a management capacity.
- Proficient in Excel, Point of Sale and inventory management.
- A proven ability to fairly and consistently provide leadership to a varied team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task..
- Knowledge of inventory processes and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including CORI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.

Nature's Remedy Label Technician will work closely with the Packaging Manager to label and follow compliance of all products that are manufactured in our facility. The Label Technician will be responsible for maintaining workflow, company policies and procedures as well as state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Creates and prints accurate labels for the packaging department
- Analyzes and interprets lab test results to ensure correct cannabinoid profile is presented.
- Uploads label artwork (in-house and third party) to appropriate files.
- Perform label checks to ensure each label is correct before printing.
- Tracks label inventories and ensures packaging quotas are met.
- Communicating with Packaging Manager for daily priorities and tasks
- Able to sit for long periods of time designing labels and stand for long periods of time when packaging needs arise
Qualifications
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product.
- Must be able to meet production goals within an established timeline.
- Must be 21 years of age or older as required by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
- Able to pass all background checks as mandated by Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.
- Must be comfortable with a high level of responsibility.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working with various design software packages
- Graphic arts knowledge required.
- Ability to accurately perform basic math.
- Familiarity with multiple types of printers.
- Experience in a high-volume production facility/supply chain environment.
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Experience in labeling rules and regulations.

Nature's Remedy Packaging Technician's will work closely with the Packaging Manager to safely and accurately package, label and follow compliance of all products that are manufactured in our facility. The Packaging Technician's will be responsible for maintaining workflow, company policies and procedures as well as state regulations.

- Follows Good Manufacturing Processes at all times
