This position performs a variety of professional-level work in the administration, coordination, and community relations for the City’s Cannabis Opportunity Reinvestment and Equity (CORE) Program, cannabis equity initiatives, grant writing and management, as well as other related duties in support of the Office’s cannabis regulatory and licensing functions.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding skills in written and verbal communication, including public speaking; experience in working with diversity, equity and inclusion principles, particularly as they relate to impacts from the War on Drugs; experience working with impacted communities and a variety of stakeholder groups; excellent customer service skills; and experience in regulatory compliance and licensing. Candidates must have the ability to lead a project, work both independently and as a team member, and be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. Experience with grant writing, management and reporting, drafting governmental procurement documents, contract management, data collection and surveys, Power BI, and intermediate or better Excel skills should be highlighted in your application.
This journey-level classification is populated with multiple incumbents. Representing the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB); the Compliance Consultant provides technical assistance and education in support of the state’s licensed cannabis industry. The position consults with cannabis producer, processor, retailer, researcher, and transporter licensees, and registered cooperative members and certified laboratory staff, to help them understand the RCWs and WACs that regulate the cannabis industry and attain voluntary compliance.
Supports licensees in operating their businesses in compliance with WSLCB rules and regulations. Seeks to obtain low-level voluntary compliance through education and outreach before greater corrective actions becomes necessary. May issue low-level verbal warnings and Notices to Correct when appropriate.
As a compliance consultant, this position acts independently to plan, prioritize, develop, and implement education and community outreach activities that help and support the cannabis industry. This position, in conjunction with their supervisor’s input, sets and accomplishes educational priorities. Incumbents resolve complex problems and have latitude to determine methods and procedures to complete their work. Duties may include complex activities such as planning and/or facilitating workshops attended by industry members, assisting in the development of educational/outreach materials for the cannabis industry, preparing public involvement plans, resolving and establishing a community outreach strategy, and assisting in developing policies and procedures.

Duties
Some of your primary duties will include:
- Educates and engages licensees, the public, and other stakeholders in addressing issues related to our mission by providing licensee support and education.
- Responds to verbal and written inquiries concerning cannabis laws, regulations and licensing.
- Develops intervention strategies designed to achieve immediate correction and long-term compliance.
- Delivers clear, concise, accurate and factual summaries of results of inspections both orally and in writing.

- Participates in comprehensive compliance inspections to ensure licensees, premises, records, advertising, labeling and devices are within approved minimum guidelines and licensees are in compliance with cannabis Laws and Regulations.
- Conducts pre-scheduled field visits to licensed producers, processors, and retailers.
- Assists the commissioned team members with analyzing and responding to complaints on licensed locations.
- Organizes and conducts scheduled inspections of licensed establishments, registered cooperatives, and certified laboratories to check for compliance with state laws.
- Completes final inspections in a timely manner. Communicates final inspection status and pre-licensure issues with Licensing staff.
- Conducts cannabis license briefings with applicants. Clearly communicates the requirements of the appropriate RCW’s and WAC’s.
- Assists with site verification of discontinued businesses.
- Reviews licensed locations monthly to verify cannabis licenses are current and in good standing. Contacts licensee prior to license expiration per written protocol.
- Testifies in court or at administrative hearings when needed.
- Completes comprehensive reports and data entry into the agency’s record management system.
- Uses a computer terminal to access driver licenses, criminal records, various agencies files, ACCESS, and vehicle registration databases to identity subject for Enforcement Officers.
- Compiles information to be used in bulletins, articles, and publications for the benefit of the agency and stakeholders.
- Composes and/or completes memoranda/correspondence, reports summarizing documentation pertaining to identified topics.
- Plans, conducts and/or attends conferences and workshops that contribute to the development and improvement of the unit or agency.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, police science or a closely related field AND two (2) years of experience working with a regulated industry providing education and guidance to industry members on rules and laws with the goal of achieving voluntary compliance.

The position acts as a subject matter expert in certain aspects of the cannabis industry and I-502 regulatory structure, acting as a resource on understanding cannabis production and specified compliance requirements under rule, including cannabis system reporting, medical compliant products, quality assurance testing, package and labeling, record keeping, security requirements, allowable pesticides, soil amendments, fertilizers, other crop production aids, and destruction of waste. The position also acts as the subject matter expert for the reporting system, and conducts data analysis and forensics to assist with research, financial analysis, and enforcement.
The position will support ongoing work and partnerships with other state agencies.
Duties
Some of your primary duties will include:
- Maintain expert level knowledge of the cannabis industry processes and compliance requirements under rule and law.
- Analyze large amounts of data from the WSLCB cannabis reporting system, and provide technical assistance on requirements and use of the system.
- Accompany Enforcement staff on premises checks to provide assistance with inventory verifications and provide Enforcement support for reports and questions related to subject matter expert content.
- Play a role in further developing third party testing requirements, and further development of testing methodologies. Managing the third party lab certification process and quality assurance testing program.
- Play a lead role in further developing cannabis reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field AND one (1) year of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
OR
- Master’s Degree, or above (graduate or doctorate) in Economics, Statistics, or programs with a specific focus on data analysis/use of large unfiltered data sets, may be considered/substituted for the one year of experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field and four (4) or more years' experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience.

The WSLCB Licensing and Regulation Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Licensing Training Program Manager (Administrative Regulations Analyst 4) position in Olympia, WA. This position reports directly to the Senior Policy and Education Manager in the WSLCB's Licensing and Regulations Division. The position serves and complements the WSLCB's mission and goals by overseeing the Licensing Division Training Program. In this role, you will oversee the Training Program by researching and developing education workflows, deliverables, and outreach opportunities; creating and managing educational content for both internal and external customers, and producing and overseeing the production of reports and presentations for use by highest levels of management in the Licensing Division and the Board.

Duties
Some of the duties you will perform are:
Serve as division lead in the research and development of education strategies that strengthen opportunities to further enhance educational resources for internal employees, stakeholders and other divisions.- Develop, maintain and make recommendations for goals, priorities, and policies in regards to education and training for the division, including establishing procedures and work flows.
- Coach and mentor Training Development Specialists that support the work of the Training Program.
- Lead the training on complex liquor and cannabis laws, rules and policies to Licensing Division employees and other divisions within the agency to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Work with other agency divisions to develop and manage online education content for the Licensing Division.
- Utilize and analyze highly complex data from multiple data source systems including agency internal systems as well as systems from outside sources (e.g. US census, county and city websites, etc.) to inform decisions, reports, and recommendations.
- Prepare written proposals and presentations utilizing highly complex data on behalf of the Licensing Division Director and Board Member review.
- Create and provide training and presentations on complex subject matter areas related to liquor and cannabis licensing regulations. Audiences include Board meetings, Board Caucuses, educational forums, Enforcement regional meetings, and other agency public hearings.
- Assist the Senior Policy and Education Manager by providing analyzed, complex data and regulations for utilization in developing and implementing new policies as a result of legislative/rule changes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Option 1:
Seven (7) years of relevant professional, or supervisory, or consultative experience. Relevant experience may include writing or evaluating for compliance with departmental standards and/or legal requirements, overseeing training or education programs, rule and policy development, or designing, implementing, and managing programs within a regulatory or similar environment.
Option 2:
An Associate's degree involving coursework in public or business administration, journalism, communications, writing, social sciences, education, organization development or related fields.
AND
Five (5) years of relevant professional, or supervisory, or consultative experience. Relevant experience may include writing or evaluating for compliance with departmental standards and/or legal requirements, overseeing training or education programs, rule and policy development, or designing, implementing, and managing programs within a regulatory or similar environment.
Option 3:
A Bachelor's degree involving coursework in public or business administration, journalism, communications, writing, social sciences, education, organization development or related fields.
AND
Three (3) years of relevant professional, or supervisory, or consultative experience. Relevant experience may include writing or evaluating for compliance with departmental standards and/or legal requirements, overseeing training or education programs, rule and policy development, or designing, implementing, and managing programs within a regulatory or similar environment.
Option 4:
A Master's degree or higher involving coursework in public or business administration, journalism, communications, writing, social sciences, education, organization development or related fields.
AND
One (1) year of relevant professional, or supervisory, or consultative experience. Relevant experience may include writing or evaluating for compliance with departmental standards and/or legal requirements, overseeing training or education programs, rule and policy development, or designing, implementing, and managing programs within a regulatory or similar environment.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with adult learning principles and theory.
- Strong analytical problem solving skills and writing skills as demonstrated by written work products.
- Strong communication skills including the ability to present to diverse groups.

The Position
The Treasury and Revenues division of the Department of Financial Services is looking to fill one position in its Revenues Unit, which is responsible for revenue management including tax and fee collection. The primary focus for this position is to administer and perform all functions as it relates to the enforcement and collection of cannabis tax. Duties may include other tax and fee collection such as transient occupancy tax, franchise fee, and other revenues. The ideal candidate shall have great customer service skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly, as well as being a team player who is willing to help others.
Under direction, performs moderately difficult and complex administrative and analytical work that may involve and/or emphasize the functional areas of: general and administrative support, fiscal and contract management, program analysis and compliance, staff development and training, and/or information systems support; and performs other related duties as required.
This is the full journey-level class in the professional Administrative Services Analyst series. At this level, incumbents use substantial independent judgment to make decisions on work issues, including those that are unusual or fall outside of established parameters. Incumbents often perform duties that are highly specialized to the work unit, emphasizing one or more of the following functional areas: general and administrative support, fiscal and contract management, program analysis and compliance, staff development and training, and/or information systems support. Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of the required experience and education listed below that provides the required knowledge and abilities is acceptable. A typical way of getting the knowledge and abilities is outlined below:
Education: Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, accounting, finance, organizational development, social work, education, human resources, information technology or a closely related field; AND
Experience: Either one (1) year as an Associate Administrative Services Analyst in Yolo County; or three (3) years of professional analytical journey level experience in any of the functional areas required by the position: general and administrative support, fiscal and contract management, program analysis and compliance, staff development and training, and/or information systems support.
Substitution: Additional professional level experience in any of the functional areas noted above may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum of two years.
Experience in the classifications of Staff Services Analyst I/II, Departmental Analyst, Program and Administrative Planner, and Employment Training Analyst in Yolo County may be substituted for the above required education on a year-for-year basis up to a maximum four (4) years.
Background Requirement: Incumbents in this class may have access to Federal Tax Information and are subject to confidentiality and safeguarding requirements of Internal Revenue Code 6103(p)(4). As such, an individual selected for this position is subject to a thorough background investigation as stipulated in Section 5.1.1 of Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075, which includes the following:

Your opportunity at a glance:
This position will act as a liaison between WSLCB and marijuana producers and processors, and other state agencies on non-licensing, non-financial and non-enforcement issues. As the Administrative Regulations Analyst 3 (ARA3), you will act as a subject matter expert in certain aspects of the marijuana industry and I-502 regulatory structure, acting as a resource on understanding marijuana production and specified compliance requirements under rule, including traceability reporting, medical compliant products, quality assurance testing, package and labeling, recordkeeping, security requirements, allowable pesticides, soil amendments, fertilizers, other crop production aids, and destruction of waste. You will also serve as a data analysis expert for the reporting system, and conduct data analysis and forensics to assist with research, financial analysis, and enforcement.
The position will also support ongoing work and partnerships with other state agencies, and external/internal stakeholder groups.

Duties
Some of your primary duties will include:
- Maintain expert level knowledge of the cannabis industry processes and compliance requirements under rule and law.
- Analyze large amounts of data from the WSLCB Traceability system, and provide technical assistance on requirements and use of the system.
- Accompany Enforcement staff on premise checks to provide assistance with inventory verifications and provide Enforcement support for reports and questions related to subject matter expert content.
- Play a lead role in further developing marijuana traceability requirements.
- Play a role in further developing third party testing requirements, and further development of testing methodologies. Managing the third party lab certification process and quality assurance testing program.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field AND one (1) year of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
OR
- Master’s Degree, or above (graduate or doctorate) in Economics, Statistics, or programs with a specific focus on data analysis/use of large unfiltered data sets, may be considered/substituted for the one year of experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field and four or more years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience.
- Two (2) or more years of data analysis experience, including but not limited to: descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, modeling, data forensics, and forecasting.
- Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in data analysis. Experience working with databases, including writing queries. Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to summarize and create charts and reports from data. Ability to write clear and concise brief summaries and reports for executive leaders.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Intermediate skills in Excel.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and present results in a manner that is appropriate to your audience.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret, and explain a wide range of complex documents, policies, rules and laws relating to the marijuana industry and regulatory system.

Job Description
The OOC seeks to hire 1822 Permit Analysts. Permit analysts are responsible for processing commercial cannabis business applications. This includes a wide variety of business types, including storefront-retail, manufacturing, cultivation, and distribution.
The cannabis business permit application process is multifaceted. It encompasses a wide variety of tasks, and the analyst will be responsible for comprehending local and state administrative codes, reviewing equity status, zoning requirements, corporate governance documents, operational plans, and premises diagrams, among other duties. The permitting process involves collaboration with many other City departments including the Department of Planning, Department of Building Inspection, and Police and Fire Departments.
This role requires extensive interpersonal interaction with our applicants, other City employees, and our State partners. Our office provides hands-on case management, especially for members of our equity community, to ensure that there is sufficient support in navigating a complicated and technical permitting process.

Qualifications

Notes on Qualifying Experience and Education
A. Qualifying professional-level analytical experience must be in one or more of the following functional areas: complex budget analysis, development and administration; complex financial/fiscal analysis and reporting; development of complex contracting systems and administration of competitive bid processes and complex contractual agreements; development and evaluation of complex management/administrative policy; complex grant administration and monitoring; complex program evaluation and planning; complex legislative analysis; complex economic analysis; or other functional areas related to the duties of positions in Class 1822, where the primary focus of the job is complex professional-level analysis for evaluation, recommendation, development and implementation of major programs and functions of department/organization. Analytical experience equivalent to the duties of Class 1820 is considered qualifying.
B. Coursework applicable to a baccalaureate or higher degree in specialized subject matter areas such as public or business administration, management, business law, contract law, public policy, urban studies, economics, statistical analysis, finance, accounting or other fields of study closely related to the essential functions of positions in Class 1822.

General Duties:
Researches, analyzes, and prepares varied projects and reports for the marijuana licensing project team through the planning, adoption, utilization, and integration phases of Broomfield’s marijuana licensing scheme for retail and medical marijuana. Supports customers by understanding how the application interacts with customers and end to end business processes, and provides coordinated support necessary to ensure the successful adoption of new or modified programs.
Presents findings and makes recommendations to the department/division head or City and County Manager for solving administrative problems and for development and implementation of new or special administrative programs. Drafts non-routine or technical correspondence, City Council memoranda, and staff reports as requested by the department head, supervisor or City and County Manager. Assists department director or supervisor in researching, coordinating and administering programs of various operational divisions of the department. Assists in planning, developing, and implementing department goals, objectives, policies and procedures. Monitors expenditures to assure sound financial management.
Assists in the development of short and long range plans; gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies, reports and recommendations; coordinates department activities with other departments and agencies as needed. Communicates official plans, policies and procedures to staff and the general public. Develops and implements policies, procedures and standards for efficient and effective operation and maintenance of operations. Assures compliance with established policies and procedures.
Assures that responsibilities are performed within budget; performs cost control activities; manages contracts, manages accounting and cash management systems, assures effective and efficient use of personnel, materials, facilities, and time.
Serves as a representative of the department in disseminating information regarding operational and procedural aspects of the department to citizens, community and professional organizations, and governmental agencies. Represents the department and the City and County at meetings and conferences. Surveys community for input on departmental functions and programs. Prepares news releases and articles. Conducts surveys and analyzes data.
Administrative Duties:
Reviews applications and coordinates review efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Assists with the development of communication and outreach plans with the Communications Department.
The incumbent is responsible for effectively managing his or her workload to achieve departmental goals. Assures that responsibilities are performed in compliance with federal and state regulations, Broomfield policies and procedures and the Broomfield Municipal Code. The incumbent may confer with employees, supervisory, and administrative personnel regarding departmental policies and procedures. Contributes to the preparation and review of departmental policies and procedures as necessary to maintain the effectiveness of departmental programs. Advises applicable administrators or departments of potential problems or concerns. Budget/Resource Management:
The incumbent participates in the preparation of the department’s annual budget. Assures that responsibilities are performed within budget and performs cost control activities such as monitoring expenditures to assure sound fiscal control. The incumbent is responsible for partnering with other staff members in planning, developing, and implementing the overall vision, mission, programs, processes and projects of the department. Works with the team to avoid duplication of service and to ensure that customer expectations are recognized and resolved thereby maximizing customer satisfaction. Assists in the development of short and long-range goals including annual efforts to advance the City and County’s mission, goals, and objectives. Public Relations/Communication:
The incumbent meets and confers with customers to explain departmental plans, programs, functions, policies, and procedures. Miscellaneous Duties:

Minimum Qualifications
Training – Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or closely related field.
Experience - Three years of progressively responsible professional administrative experience, preferably in municipal government.

Duties
Representing the Liquor and Cannabis Board, the Compliance Consultant provides technical assistance and education in support of the state’s licensed cannabis industry. This position supports licensees in operating their business in compliance with LCB rules and regulations and works collaboratively with other internal stakeholders such as the Licensing Division and the Enforcement and Education Division’s commissioned staff team members to ensure consistency of messaging and the interpretation of rules and laws that influence the cannabis industry.
- Educates and engages licensees, to include consultation visits, licensee education, and employee training.
- Responds to verbal and written inquiries concerning marijuana laws, regulations and licensing.
- Develops intervention strategies designed to achieve immediate correction and long-term compliance
- Delivers clear, concise, accurate and factual summaries of results of inspections both orally and in writing.
- Assists in the development and implementation of an education plan and community outreach strategies including the preparation of the educational/outreach materials.
- Participates in comprehensive compliance inspections to ensure licensees, premises, records, advertising, labeling and devices are within approved minimum guidelines and licensees are in compliance with marijuana Laws and Regulations.
- Conducts pre-scheduled field visits to licensed producers, processors, and retailers.
- Assists the commissioned team members with analyzing and responding to complaints on licensed locations.
- Organizes and conducts scheduled inspections of licensed establishments, registered cooperatives, and certified laboratories to check for compliance with state laws.
- Completes final inspections in a timely manner. Communicates final inspection status and pre-licensure issues with Licensing staff.
- Conducts marijuana license briefings with applicants. Clearly communicates the requirements of the appropriate RCW’s and WAC’s.
- Assists with site verification of discontinued businesses.
- Reviews licensed locations monthly to verify marijuana licenses are current and in good standing. Contacts licensee prior to license expiration per written protocol.
- Testifies in court or at administrative hearings when needed.
- Completes comprehensive reports and data entry into the agency’s record management system.
- Uses a computer terminal to access driver licenses, criminal records, various agencies files, ACCESS, and vehicle registration databases to identity subject for Enforcement Officers.
- Compiles information to be used in bulletins, articles, and publications for the benefit of the agency and stakeholders.
- Composes and/or completes memoranda/correspondence, reports summarizing documentation pertaining to identified topics.
- Plans, conducts and/or attends conferences and workshops that contribute to the development and improvement of the unit or agency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, criminal justice, police science or a closely related field AND two years of experience working with a regulated industry providing education and guidance to industry members on rules and laws with the goal of achieving voluntary compliance.
OR
A combination of college work and experience as described above to constitute the equivalent of six years of experience.
OR
A high school diploma or GED and six years of experience as described above.
OR
One year of experience as and LCB Enforcement Officer
In addition, must have demonstrated the following abilities:
- Able to speak and write in English at a 12th grade level and present information to individuals or in a group setting in a manner that is clear and easily understood.

The City of Grand Rapids Planning Department is seeking a highly-skilled professional that will be responsible for coordinating all cannabis-related activities of various City departments, including employees and boards/commissions that work with the cannabis industry.
Examples of Work
The purpose of this job is to coordinate administration and enforcement of City codes and policies, including license and land use approvals related to cannabis. Additional responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to:
- Plan, organize and direct the activities of the Planning Department related to recommending, administering and implementing medical and adult use cannabis policies.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a clear understanding of the City’s mission and how it may coincide with and differ from stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the systematic application of City ordinances.
- Prepare and present reports to City Commission and committees as needed.
- Collaborate, monitor, and oversee compliance with local, state and federal offices by coordinating regulatory and policy efforts, communicating, evaluating and implementing best practices, and establishing collaborative relationships with state and federal agencies as well as external stakeholders and the community.
- Coordinate interdepartmental workgroup meetings to check in on current issues and determine appropriate action steps.
- Track and enforce applicable social equity commitments.
- Perform inspections of all licensed facilities within the city to determine compliance with local ordinances and conditions of approval.
- Lead and participate in internal meetings, statewide agency and external stakeholder workgroups.
- Develop performance measures for the Department to achieve stated objectives.
Minimum Training and Experience
Possession of a bachelor's degree in business or public administration, government or related field (a master degree in public or business administration is preferred) and four years of progressively responsible professional experience in public sector management, preferably in local government; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY
You will have the chance to perform advanced, challenging, and complex analytical assistance in the administration of assigned operations, programs, and projects; may serve as a lead worker over subordinate professional staff supporting in the Planning & Building Department.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to:
- Lead, plan, organize, assign, and may supervise and review the work of technical and administrative support staff, operations, and activities of the assigned area, which may include budget/finance, training and staff development, facilities, contracts and procurement, and/or program analysis.
- Discuss analysis findings with management staff, make recommendations, and coordinate the implementation of procedural, administrative, and/or operational changes after approval; prepare comprehensive technical records and reports.

Duties
- Maintain expert level knowledge of the marijuana industry and compliance requirements under rule for such things as traceability reporting, quality assurance testing, packaging and labeling, record keeping, marijuana production and processing methods, medical compliant products, allowable pesticides, soil amendments, destruction of waste, high risk products, allowable hydrocarbons and other solvents, professional grade closed looped extraction systems, and POS Systems.
- Analyze new legislation and WAC to determine impacts to traceability and rule requirements on all aspects of the marijuana industry.
- Works on cross-departmental projects related to traceability and reporting requirements for marijuana producers, processors, and retailers.
- Serves as a subject matter expert on understanding traceability system requirements under the rule.
- Analyze large amounts of data from the WSLCB Traceability system, and provide technical assistance on requirements and use of the system.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field and one year of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
Additional experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations can be substituted year for year for education.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field and four or more years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations or comparable combination of graduate education and experience.
Two or more years of data analysis experience, including but not limited to: descriptive and inferential statistical analysis, modeling, data forensics, and forecasting.
Advanced skills and demonstrated experience in data analysis. Experience working with databases, including writing queries. Advanced skills in Excel, including the ability to summarize and create charts and reports from data. Ability to write clear and concise brief summaries and

Experience working in a liaison capacity representing an organization and working with a diverse group of other government and private organizations. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to build mutually beneficial relationships within and outside the Liquor Control Board. Ability to speak publically and prepare and give presentations and trainings.
General knowledge of the marijuana industry at the producer, processor, and retail levels. General knowledge of I-502 and requirements in rule for traceability, quality assurance testing, packaging, processing plant material into extracts and infused products, and pesticides. General knowledge the medical marijuana industry, WAC 246-70, and SB 5052, and HB 2136.
