The Account Executive – Wholesale Cannabis reports directly to the Head of Sales and is responsible for generating new and expanding existing buying accounts within the Massachusetts cannabis ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Working closely with the Wholesale Ops Manager to evaluate process and procedure, continuously looking to identify potential improvements.
- Working in conjunction with the Wholesale Development Manager, the WAE works to meet or exceed all monthly and annual sales goals through effective partnerships, planning, lead generation and continuous improvement.
- Monitoring CCC communication in an effort to identify all new and soon to open retailers.
- Ensuring that new processes, efficiencies initiatives and improvements are executed in a timely way.
- Traveling to current and potential accounts to distribute and implement training materials and open new accounts.
- Monitoring all monthly recurring sales orders to provide guidance on potential targets as defined by our sales strategy.
- Managing internal CRM platform (Salesforce or similar platform).
- Partnering with Wholesale Inventory specialist and finance to execute Accounts Receivable collection efforts.
- Maintaining and communicating inventory levels to the sales team in order to identify menu gaps or opportunities.

Job Description
Rebelle (Community Growth Partners) is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Wholesale Manager/Account Executive. The position would require you to explore, create and maintain positive working relationships, to keep our wholesale customers informed on Rebelle brand development, drive Rebelle revenue and margin, and effectively manage and communicate the product pipeline. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Cannabis and industry wholesale best practices and general cultivation and manufacturing knowledge. This position requires the ability to adapt and learn new sales approaches and responsibilities which involve emerging channels and other rapidly-growing opportunities in the competitive cannabis market. You will use your creative and analytical expertise to help propel the business forward. Our ideal candidate would be self motivated, work well with a team and individually, like a challenge, be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and juggle tasks effectively, have excellent communication skills, etc. This position will be based out of Newton, MA but will have a significant amount of travel within the state and eventually beyond.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers providing a high level of customer service via phone, email or in person.
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
- Ability to identify, qualify and generate new business through extensive prospecting and research
- Travel within Massachusetts and eventually beyond to meet with wholesale vendors and companies
- Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and effectively communicate internally for production planning
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports while accepting, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues
- Execute pre-booking and program sales during key times of year for current and new business

The Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for identifying outbound sales opportunities within the Massachusetts market, initiating and documenting correspondence with potential vendors, as well as partnering with the wholesale team to generate revenue through outbound sales. The Wholesale Account Executive (WAE) will have an integral role in managing our CRM platform.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Working closely with the Wholesale Ops Manager to evaluate process and procedure, continuously looking fto identify potential improvements
- Working in conjunction with the Wholesale Development Manager, the WAE works to meet or exceed all monthly and annual sales goals through effective partnerships, planning, lead generation and continuous improvement
- Monitoring CCC communication in an effort to identify all new and soon to open retailers
- Ensuring that new processes, efficiencies initiatives and improvements are executed in a timely way
- Traveling to current and potential accounts to distribute and implement training materials and open new accounts
- Monitoring all monthly recurring sales orders to provide guidance on potential targets as defined by our sales strategy
- Managing intrnal CRM platform (Salesforce or similar platform)
- Partnering with Wholesale Inventory specialist and finance to execute Accounts Receivable collection eforts
- Maintaining and communicating inventory levels to the sales team in order to identify menu gaps or opportunities
- Assisting in onboarding new accounts
- Assisting in distribution of testing results (COA’s) to support outbound sales
- Partnering with the Wholesale Development Manager and Marketing Team to coordinate promotional events
- Overseeing organization and archival of all associated deal paperwork
- Preforming other duties and tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- Age 21 or over (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License or State-Issued Photo ID (Required)
- Must be mobile with the ability to travel in-state up to 60% of the time
- Strong Cannabis product knowledge
- Must have the experience and ability to respond quickly, and shift focus and priority to support NETAs needs while keeping an efficient operational flow (Required)
- Knowledge of basic computer skills including LeafLogix or relevant POS systems
- Knowledge opf CRM platforms
- Able to work a flexible schedule that will vary as operational needs change
- Excellent interpersonal, follow up, follow through and multi-tasking skills

Job Description
Rebelle (Community Growth Partners) is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Wholesale Manager/Account Executive. The position would require you to explore, create and maintain positive working relationships, to keep our wholesale customers informed on Rebelle brand development, drive Rebelle revenue and margin, and effectively manage and communicate the product pipeline. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of Cannabis and industry wholesale best practices and general cultivation and manufacturing knowledge. This position requires the ability to adapt and learn new sales approaches and responsibilities which involve emerging channels and other rapidly-growing opportunities in the competitive cannabis market. You will use your creative and analytical expertise to help propel the business forward. Our ideal candidate would be self motivated, work well with a team and individually, like a challenge, be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and juggle tasks effectively, have excellent communication skills, etc. This position will be based out of Newton, MA but will have a significant amount of travel within the state and eventually beyond.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers providing a high level of customer service via phone, email or in person.
Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
Ability to identify, qualify and generate new business through extensive prospecting and research
Travel within Massachusetts and eventually beyond to meet with wholesale vendors and companies
Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and effectively communicate internally for production planning
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports while accepting, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues
Execute pre-booking and program sales during key times of year for current and new business
Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research
Attend sales and marketing meetings to present our brand value proposition and identify new opportunities
Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as training, trade shows, exhibits, and other events
Effectively communicate and represent brand identity and company culture
Any additional tasks assigned to you by the Chief Commercial Officer
Qualifications:
