Rebelle is looking for responsible individuals to join our team as delivery drivers. This position is responsible for delivering cannabis products from Rebelle at our Northampton location to customers within the Boston area. You will also act as a communication point for our customers, order fulfillment staff and drivers. You will construct delivery routes, transmit messages and track drivers and vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in high-pressure situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate effectively by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities
- Loading the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day
- Ability to interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering cannabis
- Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc.)
- Capable of completing both cash and debit transactions confidently
- Ability to manage the documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring that proper documents are kept, and manifests are returned completed and ready for filing.
- Assist in other departments to meet production needs while not on the road.
- Driving delivery vehicle
- Must follow the rules of the road and execute defensive driving.
- Complete documentation and reporting as required.
- Help create a positive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude, having integrity and being self-motivated while representing the company brand.
- Ability to maintain positive professional relationships with dispensary staff.

- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Monitor the route and status of delivery drivers to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
- Provide delivery drivers with information about order status’, traffic, obstacles and requirements, address any emergencies and report to appropriate channels
- Field customer calls, recording significant information and liaise between the fulfillment team and drivers providing necessary updates and solutions to issues.
- Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
- Any additional duties as requested
Qualifications
- Delivery staff must have a basic understanding of the cannabis laws, rules and regulations set forth by the state and the D.O.A.; a pursuit to further their understanding and knowledge of the industry and the laws is appreciated and commendable.
- High School Education or GED graduate
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately, keeping in mind management expectations.
- Demonstrate initiative and proactive attitude, as well as independent judgment
- Employee must be able to follow instructions as directed and incorporate constructive criticism from managers
- Delivery experience is a plus
- Dispatching experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant processes and methods.
- Fast typing with experience in productivity applications including, Fleet, Office, Slack, Metrc, Blaze etc.
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license or State ID card
- Clean driving record for the past 3 years
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must pass any and all required background checks

Working Conditions
- Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods of time (10+ hours) while maintaining focus.

Brand Ambassador (Part Time)
This position will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and generating new business for the business at different activations in the Boston area and beyond. As the Rebelle Brand Ambassador based in the Boston area you’ll primarily be responsible for the promotion of our new delivery and wholesale businesses in this region. This involves promotions and activations varying from pop-ups at dispensaries where we are wholesaling and in various locations within Boston as designated by the marketing team. Activities include both scheduled events and working as “street teams”, moving throughout various high traffic areas to meet potential customers where they are actively out and about. Events and activations may be regular or on an as needed basis, with some variance in schedule week to week. These events/activations may also be outside of the greater Boston area at times. This position will report directly to the Marketing Associate on a day to day basis.
This role requires a good working knowledge of cannabis and different forms of cannabis consumption. Additionally, they will need to learn the finer points of our brand and its differentiators, as well as the ability to use this knowledge to dynamically engage and upsell potential customers. This person will need to move about the city on foot and transport a bike and/or printed handouts during their shift. Key brand ambassador traits include being outgoing, vibrant, a fearless conversation starter, engaging with potential customers in a polite manner, respectful, courteous and well groomed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute pop-ups and branded events on behalf of the company from start to finish, owning the experiential process.
Embody the brand values and be able to communicate them to potential customers.
Maintain working knowledge of cannabis production, types of cannabis products and methods of consumption.
Continue to educate oneself as product lines change in order to provide the highest quality of customer service.
Generate new leads and increase brand awareness for Rebelle and its brands/products during your activations.
Communicate actively with the Marketing team to provide insight and feedback on brand ambassador marketing. Including providing regular recaps and reporting on the success/details of the activations.
Transport necessary brand materials to and from events/activations. Including bringing necessary brand materials on your street team routes.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of relevant work experience in a Brand Ambassador or similar role.
Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for the complete accuracy of the store’s inventory, analyzing and resolving inventory issues as they arise. Brand Ambassador (Part Time)
This position will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and generating new business for the business at different activations in the Boston area and beyond. As the Rebelle Brand Ambassador based in the Boston area you’ll primarily be responsible for the promotion of our new delivery and wholesale businesses in this region. This involves promotions and activations varying from pop-ups at dispensaries where we are wholesaling and in various locations within Boston as designated by the marketing team. Activities include both scheduled events and working as “street teams”, moving throughout various high traffic areas to meet potential customers where they are actively out and about. Events and activations may be regular or on an as needed basis, with some variance in schedule week to week. These events/activations may also be outside of the greater Boston area at times. This position will report directly to the Marketing Associate on a day to day basis.
This role requires a good working knowledge of cannabis and different forms of cannabis consumption. Additionally, they will need to learn the finer points of our brand and its differentiators, as well as the ability to use this knowledge to dynamically engage and upsell potential customers. This person will need to move about the city on foot and transport a bike and/or printed handouts during their shift. Key brand ambassador traits include being outgoing, vibrant, a fearless conversation starter, engaging with potential customers in a polite manner, respectful, courteous and well groomed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute pop-ups and branded events on behalf of the company from start to finish, owning the experiential process.

The Digital Designer position at Rebelle (Community Growth Partners) will function as a member of our marketing team, primarily responsible for the execution of all design projects. The Marketing Manager position will be the center point of the marketing team, ensuring all channels, campaigns and team members are in sync and fully informed at all times. This role is additionally responsible for ensuring the functionality of retail and field marketing initiatives, as well as maintaining current and brand-right imagery across customer facing channels. This position requires a high level of communication and an understanding of our brand identity and voice as you will be working closely with store management, retail, and purchasing teams among others in order to conceptualize and execute campaigns and new initiatives. It is important to have the ability to identify, assess, and predict market trends intuitively. Reporting directly to the CMO, this person is responsible for following the dispensary’s standard operating procedures and staying within compliance in regards to the legal and regulatory requirements established by the state of Massachusetts.
Somebody who will naturally succeed in this role will have a keen eye for style and an adept understanding of branding. They will be a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously and proposing their own ideas but also is an effective communicator, as they will be responsible for keeping the team in sync at all times. Additionally somebody who would succeed in this role would be able to adapt to new directions quickly and problem solve in creative ways to overcome obstacles. This position will be a combination of remote and in person work from our Dumbo location with possible travel to our other locations in MA occasionally.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide visibility on the performance of our marketing campaigns and channels, inclusive of compiling and submitting regular reports on these campaigns and channels.
- Management of the marketing team’s calendar and ongoing campaigns, inclusive of ensuring all campaign deliverables are executed accurately and in a timely manner
- Continued prospecting and market research in order to identify potential new leads and opportunities for growth in the market.
- Responsible for supervising and implementing DTC marketing. Inclusive of SMS marketing, Email marketing and additional consumer programs.

This position ensures that all online orders that come in for delivery are packed precisely with correct products & receipts in a timely manner. - Receiving orders - making sure to consistently check for new incoming orders via the online system
- Efficiently filling and packing all online orders

- Monitor product expiration dates and process expired or waste products according to proper compliance procedures.

This position is responsible for delivering cannabis products from Rebelle at our Northampton location to customers within the Boston area. You will also act as a communication point for our customers, order fulfillment staff and drivers. You will construct delivery routes, transmit messages and track drivers and vehicles. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in high-pressure situations. You must be able to multitask as well as take appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate effectively by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Responsibilities
- Loading the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day
- Ability to interpret and execute state laws and regulations required when delivering cannabis
- Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to complete routine maintenance tasks (changing tires, check and add fluids, etc.)

The Weekend Safety & Security Associate is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operation of our dispensary retail facility. This person must provide an orderly and secure environment for employees, customers, vendors and visitors alike.
We are looking for an individual who will work weekend closing shifts, Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 11:00am - 7:30pm.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Authorizes and monitors facility access for employees, customers, vendors and visitors by checking IDs, providing escorts, answering initial customer questions
- Monitors front door access to maintain occupancy limits and provide crowd control
- Assists Retail team with incident response, including de-escalation and conflict management. Escalates issues to management and/or law enforcement if appropriate
- Conducts property and premises inspections; performs trash removal and ensures all entryways and outdoor cameras are clear of obstruction
- Occasional snow/ice removal during inclement weather on the ramp/stair into the building

The Weekend Safety & Security Associate is responsible for ensuring the safe and secure operation of our dispensary retail facility. This person must provide an orderly and secure environment for employees, customers, vendors and visitors alike.
We are looking for an individual who will work weekend closing shifts, Saturday 1:00pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 11:00am - 7:30pm.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Authorizes and monitors facility access for employees, customers, vendors and visitors by checking IDs, providing escorts, answering initial customer questions
- Monitors front door access to maintain occupancy limits and provide crowd control
- Assists Retail team with incident response, including de-escalation and conflict management. Escalates issues to management and/or law enforcement if appropriate
- Conducts property and premises inspections; performs trash removal and ensures all entryways and outdoor cameras are clear of obstruction
- Occasional snow/ice removal during inclement weather on the ramp/stair into the building
- Assists with inter-facility receipt of deliveries
- Monitors parking lot area to provide traffic control, makes sure no one under the age of 21yrs is on the premises
- Assists Retail with customer service responsibilities if needed
- Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday work

JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is responsible for orchestrating all operational functions of the dispensary, including purchasing, receiving, tracking, and documenting all processes related to inventory control and compliance with efficiency and accuracy. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a staff of Inventory Associates who will perform and document all inventory-related transactions and daily reconciliations.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to ensure compliance with all company procedures and required legal/regulatory requirements, particularly with regard to product intake storage and fulfillment procedures.
- Work closely with the General Manager on forecasting and wholesale functions to ensure excellent service levels and in-stock position of all products in all segments, including flower, pre-rolls, tinctures, edibles, etc. as well as products to accessories and non-cannabis items.
- Maintain an accurate Daily Sales Report to provide feedback on sales and submit to the General Manager on a weekly basis.
- Maintain an accurate Daily Inventory Log and provide a weekly report on product trends.
- Manage the Inventory Reconciliation Process for Inventory Associates.
- Provide the General Manager with a weekly report describing strategic initiatives to increase profit margins.
- Work with the General Manager to improve vendor relations and leverage discounts on product purchases.
- Manage daily inventory reconciliation and other required reports as directed.
- New product introductions including timing and merchandising.
- Maintain complete accuracy within METRC and compliance systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting within inventory management and POS systems.
- Acquire purchasing, including assortment and pricing for all vendors.
- Oversee all inventory audits.
- Supervise intake management and assess sell-through for improved profitability.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve sales and customer experience; support all functions as may be required.
- Provide support to the General Manager as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the establishment. The GM plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the dispensary while fostering a world class experience with customers. They will also ensure that the dispensary is meeting its revenue goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop expertise in all state-specific cannabis rules, regulations and laws. Execute and enforce compliance, according to state laws.
- Develop and drive proactive internal compliance controls and processes.
- Work with Sales Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all employees are up to date on regulatory changes.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with key regulators, inspectors and law enforcement personnels.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Operations Manager to ensure diversion/theft/loss prevention security policies and practices are being followed.
- Review and improve SOPs to optimize dispensary operations.
- Measure and monitor project productivity, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of project metrics to the executive team.
- Identify root cause of inefficiencies/errors/delays and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist with hiring a diverse and highly talented staff.
- Review and improve consumer education and provide consistent training and coaching for employees on cannabis products and terminology.
- Present each employee with job evaluations annually and as needed.
- Be responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the premises.
- Maintain complete accuracy within METRC.
- Maintain complete accuracy within POS and inventory management systems.
- Ensure accurate management of all hardware and software systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- Review and audit inventory and provide analysis on the success of each product sold within the establishment.
- Help the Sales Manager with scheduling sales staff and approving timesheets.
- Support the Sales Manager as needed, especially with sales floor management and customer relations.
- Support the Operations Manager as needed, especially with compliance reviews for product intake and fulfillment processing.
- Provide additional support to any department within the establishment as needed.

JOB SUMMARY
The Inventory Associate is responsible for the complete accuracy of the store’s inventory, analyzing and resolving inventory issues as they arise. This role will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all of Rebelle's policies and procedures, as well as all compliance requirements as set forth by the state of Massachusetts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct inventory audits daily, weekly, and monthly while ensuring audits are done accurately and recorded appropriately.
- Ensure all product availability and testing results are accurately reflected in the physical store, POS, inventory management systems and online menu.
- Oversee inventory levels of current stock in real-time and replenish inventory when necessary.
- Execute order fulfillment cycles with accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor product expiration dates and process expired or waste products according to proper compliance procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Work collaboratively with sales staff to educate them on new product offerings and advanced consumer education.
- Maintain complete accuracy within METRC.
- Maintain complete accuracy within POS and inventory management systems.
- Assist with the store’s intake and storage processes, as well as administrative tasks related to purchasing and product merchandising.
- Collaborate with staff to improve standard operating procedures and strategies to increase sales and better customer experience.
- Provide assistance to management as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in a retail/hospitality and customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Problem solving capability and integrity
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, heavily regulated environment.
- Communicate effectively, be extremely organized, and can multi-task and stay on point in an environment susceptible to disruption.
- Exceptional teamwork and time-management skills.
- Possess active listening skills and ability to take direction.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software suites, as well as industry-related software.
- Must have flexible hours/availability; willing to cover shifts as needed
- Must be reliable and honest
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays)
- Must be able to use appropriate equipment safely including but not limited to computers as consistent with this position.
- Knowledge of state rules and the ability to keep the establishment compliant
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a current Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree preferred.
- Cannabis retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control systems, especially in the cannabis industry, preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Long periods of prolonged standing, sitting and use of hands
- Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment, including computers and phones
- Ability to observe and assess material that deviates from established company standards
- Some crouching, stooping, balancing, or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time; repetitive motions
- Requires bending and lifting 25+ pounds for distances of up to 100 feet
- Ability to work in store and office with fluorescent and other lighting exposure.

The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for product knowledge, the sale of products, customer engagement and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They will assist customers with their purchases, recommend suitable products, address customer concerns and ensure that the sales floor is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. The Senior Sales Associate will work closely with the Assistant Manager and fellow sales staff, and is responsible for following the dispensary’s standard operating procedures and staying within compliance in regards to the legal and regulatory requirements established by the state of Massachusetts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the Assistant Manager with training and knowledge transfer for new hires and sales staff
- Provide customers with a positive experience in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of cannabis products and pricing.
- Recommend appropriate cannabis-related products based on company training, consumer education and customer needs.
- Dispense cannabis products and process consumer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify proper identification and accurate customer information within the POS prior to completing sales.
- Accurately process transactions and order workflow operations within the POS system.
- Follow company protocols in regards to opening and closing procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
