Part-Time Keyholder Job Description
The Part-Time Key Holder will be responsible for product knowledge, the sale of products, customer engagement and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They will take the lead on addressing customer concerns, executing transactions, cash handling, and serve as the manager on duties when management is unavailable. This role will work closely with management and fellow retail staff, in assisting with the dispensary’s standard operating procedures and staying within compliance per legal and regulatory requirements established by the state of Massachusetts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customers with a positive experience in a welcoming and professional manner.
Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints
Verify proper identification and customer information prior to sales.
Dispense cannabis products and process consumer orders accurately and efficiently.
Follow company’s protocols for opening and closing procedures of operating cash register, computer-based POS system, and cash drawer; establishing accountability by ensuring each register is properly funded the correct amount of cash and close out each register to ensure all funds are accounted for, as well as reconciliation
Assist with coaching, supporting, and motivating team members to help meet and exceed dispensary’s sales goals.
Assist with training new employees as well as the re-training of existing employees when needed
Serve as the Manager-on-Duty, in the absence of manager or as directed by management.
Assist in ensuring that physical environment is safe, sanitary, and that all equipment/technology is in good working order
Complete other duties and or projects as assigned by senior management
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of relevant work experience in a retail/hospitality and customer services
Exceptional oral communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
Professional, positive demeanor with customers and fellow staff members
Ability to adapt to new rules, regulations, products, systems and team members at any given time
Well-versed on cannabis products and various methods of consumption
Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions
Must be willing to work weekends and closing shifts
Skilled with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software suites, as well as industry-related software
Must be able to use store equipment appropriately and safely
Proficiency with computer systems and ability to master new software
Knowledge of state rules and the ability to keep the establishment compliant
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a current Marijuana Establishment Agent Registration Card

The Part Time Operations Keyholder will take the lead on all things pertaining to delivery including, customer inquiries, dispatch, order manifests, reconciling all end of day transactions, cash deposits, training new hires, etc at our facility in Northampton. You will also assist with site and security management needs as they arise. This role will work closely with management and fellow delivery and inventory staff, in assisting with all standard operating procedures and staying within compliance per legal and regulatory requirements established by Community Growth Partners and the state of Massachusetts. Additionally, you will be assisting with manufacturing duties from time to time based on the production schedule for wholesale orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as the main liaison between delivery drivers and inventory team.
Maintain quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards and handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email and chat.
Verify proper identification and sign in visitors/maintain visitor log.
Report any onsite security, property or maintenance issues to the proper channels.
Maintain correspondence with delivery drivers and provide any updates for the duration of their shift.
Follow company’s protocols for opening and closing procedures of completing cash deposits, computer/tablet-based POS system, establishing accountability by ensuring each driver is properly funded the correct amount of cash and close out each day to ensure all funds are accounted for, as well as reconciliation or debits and inventory.

The Inventory Associate is responsible for the complete accuracy of the store’s inventory, analyzing and resolving inventory issues as they arise. This position is responsible for delivering cannabis products from Rebelle at our Northampton location to customers within the Boston area. You will also act as a communication point for our customers, order fulfillment staff and drivers. You will construct delivery routes, transmit messages and track drivers and vehicles. Responsibilities
Loading the delivery van at the beginning of the day for deliveries that will happen throughout the day

Brand Ambassador (Part Time)
This position will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and generating new business for the business at different activations in the Boston area and beyond. As the Rebelle Brand Ambassador based in the Boston area you’ll primarily be responsible for the promotion of our new delivery and wholesale businesses in this region. This involves promotions and activations varying from pop-ups at dispensaries where we are wholesaling and in various locations within Boston as designated by the marketing team. Activities include both scheduled events and working as “street teams”, moving throughout various high traffic areas to meet potential customers where they are actively out and about. Events and activations may be regular or on an as needed basis, with some variance in schedule week to week. These events/activations may also be outside of the greater Boston area at times. This position will report directly to the Marketing Associate on a day to day basis.
This role requires a good working knowledge of cannabis and different forms of cannabis consumption. Additionally, they will need to learn the finer points of our brand and its differentiators, as well as the ability to use this knowledge to dynamically engage and upsell potential customers. This person will need to move about the city on foot and transport a bike and/or printed handouts during their shift. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Manager position will be the center point of the marketing team, ensuring all channels, campaigns and team members are in sync and fully informed at all times. This position ensures that all online orders that come in for delivery are packed precisely with correct products & receipts in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate would be self motivated, work well with a team and individually, like a challenge, be detail oriented, have strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize and juggle tasks effectively, have excellent communication skills, etc. This position will be based out of Newton, MA but will have a significant amount of travel within the state and eventually beyond.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale customers providing a high level of customer service via phone, email or in person.
Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
Ability to identify, qualify and generate new business through extensive prospecting and research
Travel within Massachusetts and eventually beyond to meet with wholesale vendors and companies
Forecast weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and effectively communicate internally for production planning
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports while accepting, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues
Execute pre-booking and program sales during key times of year for current and new business

Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as training, trade shows, exhibits, and other events

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Authorizes and monitors facility access for employees, customers, vendors and visitors by checking IDs, providing escorts, answering initial customer questions
Monitors front door access to maintain occupancy limits and provide crowd control
Assists Retail team with incident response, including de-escalation and conflict management. Escalates issues to management and/or law enforcement if appropriate
Conducts property and premises inspections; performs trash removal and ensures all entryways and outdoor cameras are clear of obstruction
Occasional snow/ice removal during inclement weather on the ramp/stair into the building

The Inventory Associate is responsible for the complete accuracy of the store’s inventory, analyzing and resolving inventory issues as they arise.
