We have built a premier, vertically-integrated cannabis company that has located multiple stores in Michigan with the intention of delivering high-quality products with strong brand recognition. Talents We Look For:
Yes instead of No: It’s critically important that we live the culture of YES. This is not aligned with every single idea, suggestion or recommendation will ultimately be met with a big YES! To have a shift in mindset is to respond to all with curiosity is having a YES response. Our team goes to Yes first.
Obsession for Better: Our never-ending mission is to find a better way for every process and everything we touch. If it’s good, let’s make it great. If it’s great, let’s take it to an even higher level.
Engaging: Really notice. Listen. Listen to our customers. In fact, listen to everyone. Everything starts with awareness. Being alert. Tuning in to the frequency.
"See the inches": When a company does one big thing better than their competition, it becomes fairly easy for their competition to level the playing field: they can just imitate that one thing. However when a company does thousands of little things better than anyone else, they become nearly impossible to imitate. We are all empowered to find the opportunities to make an impact everywhere; one inch at a time, these inches all add up to greatness.

- You will be responsible for developing your ideas from concept to completion--presenting them to stakeholders for approval, and working directly with developers to bring them to life.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of professional work experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role, preferably on enterprise products.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating a range of artifacts developed in creating a variety of visual solutions.

RECOMMENDED
- Experience with UX design for complex workflows for niche enterprise user bases (e.g. technical users, banking users, medical professionals, etc.).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to provide design leadership-level work independently.
- A bachelor's degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related UX degree is ideal.
