This position will work as a member of the Green Check Verified Support team which is a part of the broader GCV Customer Success team. The Support team is responsible for providing application support to GCV’s Financial Institution customers and their corresponding portfolio of Cannabis Related Businesses, ultimately driving complete resolution to complex issues. This is a remote position and all support interaction is done via phone, email and web and measured by specific support KPIs established by the Director of Customer Success.
To be successful, you should be self-motivated and eager to help shape the future of the Green Check Support team. You should be flexible, detail-oriented and highly skilled at working with customers. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly, and identify and fix root causes of technical issues.

- Secure and coordinate meetings between sales-ready leads and Green Check’s sales team
- Work with new potential clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Pitch qualified new potential clients on the value of Green Check and our key differentiators
- Provide campaign feedback to the Marketing team to improve lead quality
- Consult with and update sales and company leadership on progress and action plans
- Track lead activity and follow up actions in Green Check’s CRM
- Analyze and report on the success of prospecting efforts
- Strategy planning, both individually and as a team
*The Person
- 2+ years exposure in prospecting for business-to-business (b2b) inside sales position
- Experience calling and representing technology companies
- SaaS selling experience preferred
- Must be a highly persuasive and artful communicator
- Demonstrated sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated and coachable
- High comfort level communicating on the phone
- Well organized and flexible with effective time-management skills
- Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly goals
- Knowledge of CRM or marketing automation software (Hubspot CRM preferred)
- Self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as on a team
- Bachelor’s in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
- Ability to be a brand ambassador for Green Check Verified
