ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining and enforcing the Company policies and procedures.

- Responsible for opening and closing the store, and ensuring daily coverage (2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays per month, 2 closing shifts per week)

- Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
- Maintain store security, use of the NVR cameras and ensuring all customers are screened at the entrance
- Responsible for assisting and scheduling the proper staff for inventory audits with Ops team
- Responding effectively to customer complaints and inquiries
- Respond to any emergency action items and issues such as pulling NVR footage

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Major Areas of Responsibility include:
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations ensures compliance with all Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program rules and regulations governing the Act, and directly supervises the activity within the dispensary to include dispensary staff training and education in the absence of the Manager and as directed.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations provides management and leadership in the Dispensing Facility to include monitoring all point of sale transactions.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations manages patient specific logs as required, the receipt, storage and auditing of all inventory, and is responsible for ordering new inventory and supplies, maintaining accurate records using BioTrackTHC, the Dispensing Facility’s inventory tracking software program.
- As the responsible party at the Dispensing Facility, this position resolves all inventory discrepancies and patient-staff conflicts.
- The Supervisor, Retail Operations is responsible for the development of the Dispensing Facility’s privacy policies and procedures, the security and confidentiality of all patient information, as well as overall compliance with HIPAA.
- This position acts as a liaison internally between all staff, dispensary management team and the Manager, and externally between the Dispensing Facility and law enforcement, Commissioner of Health, and the local community.
- Directs and monitors department managers to accomplish goals of the plan, consistent with established and safety procedures.
- Establishes methods to follows the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.
- Manages and implements policies and procedures for any retesting of returned approved medical marijuana products, storage and disposal and meeting reporting requirements for adverse events and product recall.

Position Overview: Under general supervision, Sales Associates provide guidance and education to each patient with medical marijuana needs. Associates assist every patient to ensure he or she is receiving the correct medication that will best benefit the patient’s specific illness and medical condition.

Essential Duties
Talent Acquisition and Management
- Manage full life-cycle recruiting process using creative sourcing methods for internal and external candidates. Own and partner internally and externally to create and manage an effective employment brand.

- Works with hiring managers and their teams to define requirements and ensure the recruiting process is fair and consistent and increases the capabilities of the organization one promotion or hire at a time.

- Establishes methods to follow the operating plan in compliance with the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program, maintaining records required by public health law and ensures quality assurance plans, including but not limited to plans to detect, identify and prevent dispensing errors related to product packaging and labeling.

Key Accountabilities
The primary areas of responsibility include:
- Quality Control
- Recordkeeping
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform testing procedures, collect production samples for testing and analyze results
- Testing can occur at job sites or batch plants, must be mobile and flexible
- Prepare test report with concrete physical properties and gradation results of the production samples, compare to appropriate specifications, and submit results for review
- Interact with customers to assure satisfaction with product and service within scope of project specifications
- Perform material and equipment inspections, check and calibrate for accurate measurements, perform stockpile inspections
- Maintain proper documentation of test results, site activities, deficiencies, and reporting requirements
- Report product deficiencies to supervisors or delegate for immediate action
- Enter test data into data management system
- Follow proper company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations including OSHA safety and quality standards
- Report safety hazards and create safety first culture
- Participate in safety meetings
- Other duties as assigned

Summary

Work Experience
* 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of cannabis industry experience
* Knowledge of moodle, Hp5 and cloud-based SaaS offerings is a plus

- Knowledge of relevant industry products and practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation
- Experience with SalesForce or any CRM software

We are looking for:
- Energetic, friendly, positive people who are self motivated and passionate about helping others
- Superstars in customer service
- Experience in the marijuana industry is NOT required as we will train you in this exciting new industry
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet/Check-in all customers
- Product knowledge
- Use of POS station/cash handling
- General housekeeping duties for the store
- Upholding company policies and procedures
- Stocking sales floor
- Maintain store security
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group
- Excellent organizational skills
- Reliable, Professional, and Trustworthy
- High school diploma/GED required
- Positive attitude
- Must be over 21 and have MED badge
Working conditions:
- Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical requirements:
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs, be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
