Responsibilities:
- Regularly present, promote, and fulfill company products' sales using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing wholesale sales across the state and acting as the face of the company to third-party retailers and consumers. This role will report directly into the Director of Sales and work remotely plus out of our Farmington Hills corporate office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage outside sales calls and pre-plan each week to dedicate resources to our most valuable opportunities.
- Liaise with all members of our retail customers to provide resources and support for joint brand efforts.
- Execute in-store Vendor Days and Budtender Education activities to help leverage our brands and educate staff plus consumers.
- Partner with Fulfillment and secure transport providers to schedule wholesale order deliveries and communicate with customers.
- Manage live inventory (Leaflink) to secure inventory and place orders, without inventory duplication.
- Add inputs to CRM system (PipelineDeals) to track sales activities and keep systematic notes to relay information to other members of the sales team.
- Partner with Marketing team to provide marketing assets to customers and place new point-of-purchase display elements to secure prime merchandising space.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree or relative cannabis sales experience.
- Proven work experience in a comparable role within the cannabis or consumer-packaged goods industries.
- Previous experience with outside sales calls and managing a territory - +2 years.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and triage issues.
- Ability to achieve ambitious targets in a complex, chaotic, and changing environment.
- Experience with CRM tool to manage sales activities.
- Excellent communications skills, organization, and professional demeanor.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing and able to work some nights and weekends, as needed.
- Must be able to frequently move up to 100 pounds.

Position Summary
The Grower Relations Internship Program is searching for an ambitious candidate to support our Grower Relations Department at Mission Bell this summer. Under the direction of the Grower Relations Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with pre harvest and harvest activities including monitoring grower vineyards, sampling, and scheduling of fruit from external grower vineyards. This internship is designed to provide on-the-job experience that will challenge and stretch you. Responsibilities
Support all Grower Relations operations.
Monitors grower vineyards for pests and diseases
Responsible for sugar sampling using established procedures and assisting with coordination of sugar sampling schedules.
Participate in daily grape scheduling activities.
Required to drive to and from varying ranch locations.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.
Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in the College of Agriculture or College of Sciences; OR have a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in the College of Agriculture or College of Sciences.
Candidates for this position must have a valid driver鈥檚 license and a safe driving record. Required to obtain a California driver鈥檚 license or appropriate state driver鈥檚 license within 30 days of hire.
Requires availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Junior or Senior at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Agriculture, Plant Science, Ag Business, Horticulture, Viticulture, or Enology.
General viticulture knowledge.
Grape pest and disease identification.

Bookkeeper
Pincanna is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Pincanna has a 135,000 square foot cultivation and production facility in Pinconning, Michigan, a retail location in Kalkaska, and planned retail locations throughout Michigan.
Pincanna is looking for a self-motivated individual who has recently worked in QuickBooks for a minimum of 5 years. Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Word needed. The right person for this position would have complete knowledge of Payroll, Inventory Procedures along with AP, AR, Collections, Quarterly Reports, and Knowledge of Financials through QuickBooks. A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task is required for this position. Pay commensurate with experience. Some training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Compile financial statements
- Prepare quarterly and monthly reports
- Utilize journal entry bookkeeping
- Effectively use Adobe, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Assist with client communications
- Pro-actively champion an attitude of quality service
- Answer phones, filing, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent, accounting, bookkeeping experience
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Adobe
- Knowledge of fundamental principles of accounting, financial statements and monthly reporting

IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist position will be responsible for understanding, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting computers, printers and helpdesk calls for Pincanna. This position will work from multiple locations within Michigan and is based out of our headquarters in Farmington Hills. The IT Support Assistant position will report directly to CTO.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General computer maintenance (Virus/Spyware removal, HD/Memory upgrades, software upgrades)
- Assist our team with the installation, configuration, upgrade, support and administration of existing Windows Server network environment: servers, PCs, laptops, drives, printers and other peripherals, network equipment (wireless access points, switches, firewalls, DVR) and other environmental resources
- Travel to multiple locations throughout Michigan
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Excellent knowledge of supporting Windows 10, OSX and Android platforms
- Communicating complex information to a non-technical audience
Qualifications and Requirements:
路 Associates Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in the field work
路 CompTIA Certification
路 MCSA Certification preferred
路 Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
