Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual client support through search and placement, follow up communication and back end administrative tasks

Job Summary:
Tyler Bloom Consulting is currently in search of a service-centered Talent Management Consultant interested in joining a rapidly growing, and industry leading firm. The successful candidate will have a true passion for the turfgrass and club industry, helping connect great people to great opportunities, be entrepreneurial and relationship-minded, and is driven to help make positive change. As the firm continues to evolve, our primary business model is search and placement, but support our clients through organizational and workforce consulting.
Our team of four is looking to expand with executive leadership representation in a regional model beginning in 2023. This position will help support talent management functions of our firm, and consultative support with our clients and affiliate partners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual client support through search and placement, follow up communication and back end administrative tasks
- Works in collaboration with industry associations from the GCSAA, CMAA, PGA and local affiliate chapters to create awareness, outreach and workforce development support
- Participates and actively seeks to present in industry education, management consulting and workshops
- Helps onboard and support clients with proprietary tools and services.
- Compile, record, and code results or data from interviews or surveys.
- Meet with the owner and other team members to submit completed assignments and discuss progress.
- Comfortable using technology such as CRM systems, ATS, spreadsheets, digital software
- Meets with local industry representatives to plan and implement workforce initiatives
- Assesses the business organizations and provides comprehensive evaluation of employment and training needs.
- Develops and maintains relationships with training providers in order to develop necessary and responsive workforce solutions.
- Provide opportunities for business and industry to assist with the development of training programs to include: apprenticeships, internships, job shadowing and work-based learning.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with public-sector, private-sector and non-profit employers to create career pathways for future talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with economic development entities, chamber organizations and other workforce development agencies to ensure alignment and execution of collaborative workforce strategies to include: Talent Pipeline Management.
- Provide oversight and management of industry sector partnerships “clusters” and any workforce solutions and/or outputs that result from “Cluster” input.
- Gather information for additional funding opportunities to support workforce solutions and programming.
- Gather labor market information, talent demand and skills requirements and translating data into meaningful information to create workforce development strategies.
- Develop and manage a database of employers and/or industry representatives and maintain regular communication through appropriate channels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a Human Resource Director, Talent Acquisition Manager in a club environment or related field
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or industry-related field is preferred
- Human Resource certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Knowledge of applicable federal/local/state laws and HR best practices.
