As a Customer Success Advisor you will be on point and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Wurk customers. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers drive adoption, move along the maturity curve and derive value from our solution. You will have an integral position within Wurk, working closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure our customer’s success.
Responsibilities
- Ability to provide technical expertise on Kronos WFR functions to support customers, implementation and support team
- Provide expertise and consultation to guide our customer teams through challenging requests
- Recommends changes to maintain the overall business for the customer segment.
- Designs and drives the customer experience strategy and customer loyalty measures/targets to deliver the desired customer experience.
- Devises multiple actions to position the organization for ongoing growth and contributes to the long-term business success.
- Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor.
- Makes recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives, based on an in-depth understanding of the business/group.
- Serves as the internal “Voice of Customer” by regularly sharing product feedback on how we may further our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes through digital and scaled efforts
- Assesses customer data and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and improve our scaled success efforts
- Performs other duties as necessary
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of customers at a SaaS company in a digital or customer success environment
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Ticket Flow management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Enthusiastic about technology and not afraid of learning a product with a high degree of complexity
- Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk
- Supported a high volume of accounts and have identified and bridged gaps to drive adoption, and experience carrying and achieving quota

The Human Resources (HR) Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include: gathering customer requirements, configuring the Kronos solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. This role will entail configuring Benefits, ACA (Affordable Care Act) 1095 reporting, Performance Management, Compensation Management, Applicant Tracking, and Employee Onboarding and system forms/workflow configuration.
Responsibilities
- Provide Implementation Services to Customers
- Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to Würk functionality
- Configure the Würk application to meet customer’s documented business requirements
- Conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutes
- Attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables
- Provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
- Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
- Work with customers to implement Würk best practices in preparation for the rollout of the Würk solution

Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Must have experience with Workforce Management (WFM) systems to be considered
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM) systems implementations with a role in at least 2 of the following areas required: configuration, UAT, QA, internal/external customer rollout, or training.
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change management as an asset
- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices required.
- Understanding of different industries and how Kronos WFR implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel proficiency required.
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL as an asset
- WFM experience with one or more of the following applications preferred: SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage

A successful Banking Specialist at Wurk will manage effective money movement. Working closely with customers, banking partners, Wurk Account Managers, and the Finance team, this person will inform and execute on the transfer and reconciliation of transactions in support of Wurk’s payroll product. In this role, you will process transactions through the ACH system in coordination with multiple banking and product partners’ systems. The right candidate will identify new opportunities to drive growth and build upon the Wurk brand. This role report directly to the Director of Tax & Money Movement.
Responsibilities
- Manage the movement of client funds and ensure accurate and on-time money transfers.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
- Process and communicate ACH returns and NOCs
- Maintain tracking of payment activities across multiple spreadsheets to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and requirements
- Support and troubleshoot all transmission related activity across internal and external platforms
- Investigate and resolve issues that arise independently or with minimal oversight
- Effectively assess and trouble-shoot matters that arise during the routine processing of payments or generation of reports
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address internal or external questions and inquiries related to banking or money movement
- Generate new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strict adhere to NACHA requirements and rules
- Participate and support annual ACH audit
- Assist with internal and external project management as needed.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- 4 years college degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of combined reconciliation and high-volume money movement or transactional experience in the banking, payments, or Fintech industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Nacha, BSA, AML and OFAC guidelines.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Smartsheets.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
- Work well under pressure and consistently meet strict deadlines
- Organized, high standard of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent follow up skills
- Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Strong analytical skills and math skills with the ability to identify fraud and trends while also implementing process improvements
- AAP Certification and Cannabis banking knowledge preferred

Wurk is seeking a Director of Sales who understands HR tech and data landscape and thrives in a fast-paced company environment. They are responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations, including market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and channel strategy. This position may include responsibility for business development. The Director of Sales will drive the company’s achievement of its new customer acquisition, Sales KPIs, and revenue goals. Additionally, the Director of Sales will work with IT and across the company to help strategize how to improve our technical tools and processes.

The Operational Tax Accountant oversees the tax trust account and the activities that take place within the account to ensure that Wurk is meeting its fiduciary responsibility related to its tax trust activities.
What You’ll do:
- Oversee MasterTax bank reconciliation process to balance daily tax collections from clients and daily tax payments to tax agencies.
- Identify control issues impacting the collection of tax funds from clients and create processes to mitigate these issues (IE – duplicate or incorrect tax payments to tax agencies, missing tax collections from new clients, etc.).
- Match and trace trust activity records (inflow and outflows) within the tax trust account.
- Perform client tax balance reconciliations for new clients and clients that are terminating their relationship with Wurk.
- Assist in leading projects related to historical tax reconciliation clean-up.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and execute procedures that have an impact on client tax balances (IE – amendment processes, onboarding and offboarding of clients) and to help bridge the gap of miscommunication that historically existed amongst departments.
- Manage tax consultants working on tax projects, providing workflows, key deliverables and as an escalation point to clear open items as part of the reconciliation efforts.
- Create, maintain, and present dashboards for Tax Finance projects.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with bank reconciliation within Master Tax required
- Kronos UKG experience preferred
- Excel and dashboard proficiency required.
- Salesforce experience highly desired.
- Undergraduate degree required/preferred
- Payroll tax experience beneficial
- Individual client payroll tax reconciliation experience, ranging from simple to complex reconciliations

The Operational Tax Accountant oversees the tax trust account and the activities that take place within the account to ensure that Wurk is meeting its fiduciary responsibility related to its tax trust activities.
What You’ll do:
- Oversee MasterTax bank reconciliation process to balance daily tax collections from clients and daily tax payments to tax agencies.
- Identify control issues impacting the collection of tax funds from clients and create processes to mitigate these issues (IE – duplicate or incorrect tax payments to tax agencies, missing tax collections from new clients, etc.).
- Match and trace trust activity records (inflow and outflows) within the tax trust account.
- Perform client tax balance reconciliations for new clients and clients that are terminating their relationship with Wurk.
- Assist in leading projects related to historical tax reconciliation clean-up.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and execute procedures that have an impact on client tax balances (IE – amendment processes, onboarding and offboarding of clients) and to help bridge the gap of miscommunication that historically existed amongst departments.
- Manage tax consultants working on tax projects, providing workflows, key deliverables and as an escalation point to clear open items as part of the reconciliation efforts.
- Create, maintain, and present dashboards for Tax Finance projects.
What You’ll Need to Have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with bank reconciliation within Master Tax required
- Kronos UKG experience preferred
- Excel and dashboard proficiency required.
- Salesforce experience highly desired.
- Undergraduate degree required/preferred
- Payroll tax experience beneficial

A successful Payroll Implementation Consultant at Wurk will onboard new payroll clients. This person will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of the new client’s Payroll Module and Payroll History and establish a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all client meetings, providing expertise in the Kronos Payroll Module.
- Conduct Payroll Discovery session with clients to understand and document client’s payroll configuration requirements.
- Configure the Kronos Payroll Module to accommodate all client requirements.
- Depending upon client size and complexity, convert client’s employee data and payroll history into Kronos import templates and import.
- Ensure accuracy of client’s payroll history through balancing all historical wages and taxes.
- Configure integrations for 401k for new clients and add ons for existing clients and provide client training on such as required.
- Conduct client trainings for System Overview, Reports & Dashboards and Payroll Processing.
- Provide support throughout the implementation process to clients and team members for payroll related items.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- 2-year degree or equivalent industry experience
- At least two years of experience implementing Kronos Workforce Ready, with expertise in the Payroll module
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employer tax laws and regulations
- Understanding of state overtime, sick time and wage laws
- At least 2 years of experience implementing HCM products in a multi-tenant solution

The Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the ultimate success and integrity of all client EDI Feeds (Benefit Carrier Connections & COBRA Admin), cyclical open enrollment Benefit setup and rollout, and annual ACA filing as well as regular outreach and maintenance for the ACA module. They will work directly with client’s HR Modules (HR Core, Benefits, & ACA, with an opportunity to learn others) & EDI connections and establish a great working relationship with our client contacts and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support to manage the annual ACA filing process for all clients, including the following: establishing key deadlines, creating, and sending communication to clients, holding ACA Year-End Webinars and Q&A sessions, pulling and reviewing data to resolve AIR file errors, complete filing and mailing via our 3rd party vendor.
- Ensure all new and updating EDI feeds are setup with our vendors within the established SLA in addition to managing all production and discrepancy errors with the client and other relevant parties.
- Provide feedback to and partner with HR Implementation consultants, Project Managers, Premier Services team & others on project status, escalations, configuration, etc. to drive milestones & ensure clear expectations are provided to the client and project teams.
- Configure and update UKG HR Module(s) and integrations to accommodate all client requirements for Carrier Connections, Open Enrollment, & ACA.
- Configure any new and developing integrations for new clients and add-ons (i.e. Benefits & ACA) for existing clients and provide client training on such as required in these areas.
- Update all project materials to track completion of tasks and ensure all project documentation is located in shared folders for the purposes of information retention and quality assurance.
Required Skill Sets and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- PHR, SHRM-CP preferred

A successful Implementation HR Product Line Lead at Wurk will provide subject matter expertise on HR implementation technology and processes as well as successfully implementing clients accurately and on time. As a Solutions Expert, you will be a critical player that optimizes Wurk’s Clients' system to support their needs. What You'll Need to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a product management or related role within the Human Capital Management industry.
- Payroll and ACH Knowledge
- Solid understanding of compliance and underwriting.
- Experience with Kronos Workforce Ready is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required, including representing Wurk externally to our clients and the market.

Summary:
The HRIS Operations Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee operations for client implementations. The Director determines how their department impacts company strategy, then develops operational tactics and processes at the department level to support the strategies. The Director proactively performs department analysis and collaboratively works with their staff to set department productivity and quality standards. Proficient in facilitation and interpersonal communication, the Director also consistently demonstrates skills in organization, prioritization, professionalism, and coaching others.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Map out an on-boarding customer journey that provides quick time to value to Wurk's next generation platform customers.
- Own customer implementation and technical services for our customers
- Advanced knowledge of Kronos HCM and at least two other functional areas: Payroll, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Security and/or Reporting
- Manage teams responsible for implementing statement of work (SOW) of clients goals and needs and translate them into actionable directives for project managers and implementation consultants.
- Develop implementation plan the team can follow through onboarding process to completion of a successful launch, while engaging with key stakeholders to ensure we meet our timelines.
- Generate and maintain customer launch timelines.
- Provide weekly updates and status of project progress and any change to timelines.
- Provide strategic insights to internal organizational leaders on areas of improvement to the implementation process that can reduce time to live, remove internal and/or client friction to accelerate time to value.
- Take ownership of outstanding deliverables and ensure they are captured per the project plan.
- Establish business metrics to increase visibility, alignment, and accountability to meet delivery goals.

The Human Resources (HR) Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities. Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Kronos solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks and communicating issues to the Project Manager. In addition, this role will entail configuring benefits, open enrollment setup, 1095 ACA (Affordable Care Act) 1095 reporting, as well as assistance with Talent Management (Performance reviews, performance management, compensation management, and budgeting), Applicant Tracking, and Employee onboarding and system forms/workflow configuration.

The Workforce Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, quality assurance, and documentation around Wurk’s workforce management system configuration and practices. Working closely with the operations and sales teams, you will serve as an expert resource for HR, Timekeeping, and Payroll configuration questions, issues, processes, and documentation. Additional duties and job responsibilities may be assigned or change from time to time, at the Company's discretion.
What you’ll need to accomplish!
- Within the first 30 days, you will learn the ins and outs of the Wurk platform and processes between internal ops and sales teams
- At 30 days, you should be able to own and complete implementation projects, resolve system functionality escalations, and advise internal resources on Wurk’s functionality and best practices
- By the end of 60 days, be testing and troubleshooting Wurk’s configurations, identifying and executing on internal best practice documentation and training opportunities
- Within 90 days, be a self-sufficient workforce management specialist, owning the process of Wurk’s design, testing, problem-solving, and internal resource training

Create plans for incorporating new software features and changes into Wurk processes and client setup.
- Meet with clients to gather information and explain options to them

Assist with configuration design for large or complex projects, meeting with clients to
- Serve as 2nd level support for implementation and client support to provide expertise to Wurk team members
- Conduct product training, both client-facing and internal facing, as needed
- Assist pre-sales consulting team with demo preparation as needed
- Research and maintain up to date knowledge on workforce management practices as they relate to system functionality
- Create and build professional documentation of new process and procedures regarding Wurk’s implementations
What you’ll need to have!
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and Workforce Management (WFM) implementations required
- Experience in business process mapping
- Experience in change management an asset
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
Technical Skills Requirements
- Expertise in overall functionality and configuration of HRIS/WFM software(s)

Technical proficiency and intellectual curiosity of a SaaS / Cloud computing environment
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL an asset
- WFM experience with one or more of the following applications: Kronos, SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards. We will also consider expertise with Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, or Oracle HR/Payroll solutions
- Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
- Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices
- Understanding of different industries and how Kronos WFR implementation best practices apply to the customer’s business practices

The Payroll Tax Specialist is a key member of the Operations and Support Teams. The Tax Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day tax support for all Wurk Clients. Working closely with the Tax Supervisor, this person will inform and execute on generating, balancing and approving tax files timely. Creating payroll clients' profiles inside of the tax software. Generating and providing tax Power of Attorney documents to the clients.
What you'll need to accomplish!

- EA certification preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting functions
- Consulting/customer interface experience required
- Broad knowledge of labor management, HR / Payroll, ERP, Time and Labor or similar domain product/systems preferred
- Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers
- Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction
- Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel
