Summary
We are looking for a full-time Digital Graphic Designer to join their team. This position is 100% remote with a preference for candidates in the LA metro area. The Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.
The ideal candidate will have aesthetic prowess coupled with a firm understanding of digital best practices and a passion for cutting-edge design. Key Responsibilities
- Design and production for email campaigns, email templates, static and rich banner ads, product graphics, social media graphics, infographics, photo/video manipulation Translate marketing and co-branded needs into effective design executions
- Work with e-commerce team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards
- Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning
- Ensure consistency of brand and creativity across digital customer touchpoints
- Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics

V Syndicate is a lifestyle accessories brand built for the cannabis industry. We create unique rolling trays, and were founded on our invention of the Grinder Card. These products are our current staple pieces in the industry, but we are always expanding to more with our other collections. We offer our collections for private labeling, wholesale, and of course, direct to consumer via our website. This means that we need a candidate with an understanding of how to speak to this broad market. We want to maintain our presence as being fun and relatable, while still being clean and innovative.
This role will begin as part-time but can quickly expand to full-time. The initial training period will require the candidate to be available remotely for at least 24 hours per week.
