Job Purpose
The Graphic Designer, CPG is a project-based position and will best suit someone with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and cannabis industry experience. They must have the ability to manage multiple projects at once and work cohesively with other departments is very important.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Create all marketing graphics for email announcements.
- Create all marketing graphics for print and digital advertising (magazines, sponsored emails, flyers, mailers, catalogs, etc.).
- Create marketing social media graphics design (product graphics, infographics, flash videos, video footage, etc.).
- Create and implement all website graphics needs.
- Facilitate product photography editing and clipping for print or digital use.
- Create all sales material graphics needs (selling sheets, flyers, brand takeaways, mailing pieces, etc.).
- Create all company divisional graphics needs (letterhead, business cards, internal guides/manuals, training materials, etc.).
- Create mockups and samples per request.
- Assist with new/changing items production and dieline creation needs.
- Submit all design related departmental reporting per division (to include content type, quantity, etc.).
- Maintain clear communication, timely follow up with teammates and meet all deadlines.
- Maintain departmental organizational procedures (i.e. Basecamp, Google Drive, templates, product photos, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Adobe Suite Illustrator and Photoshop experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and creative aptitude required.
- 2+ years graphic design experience required.
Preferred Skills
- Product Photography and Editing Capabilities.
- Adobe Flash Animation.
- WordPress / WooCommerce.
- Drone / GoPro Video Shooting, Editing/Clipping and Audio.

About the Role
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing our full-cycle recruiting process.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.
What you will do (Essential Functions)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews
- Seek out active and passive candidates on all job boards (LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.)
- Help develop and implement an overall recruiting strategy

Responsible for full-cycle interview process, I.e. coordinate and schedule onsite and phone interviews, gather feedback, update the candidate pipeline, etc.
- Manage internal applicant tracking system (Jobvite)
- Communicate all details with candidates/managers and act as a point of contact during and after the interview process
- Sell/represent the Kush brand to attract new applicants

Perform job task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Research creative job boards/recruiting efforts in the cannabis industry
- Maintain professional and compliant manner

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Design and develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Who you are (Qualifications)
- 3+ years’ of professional/full- cycle recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques

Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Admin., or equivalent experience
- Multi-state recruiting experience a plus
- Proven work experience as a recruiter
- Prior use of an applicant tracking system (familiarity with Jobvite a plus)
- HR Recruiting Compliance knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and follow up with a sense of urgency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of management internally and externally
- Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential matters
- Ability to scan large volumes of resumes with short deadlines

Job Purpose
The Midwest Territory Sales Executive will sit in either Chicago or Detroit and is the expert for their territory, knowing all of the intricacies of local trends and restrictions is a must. The role of Territory Sales Executive is to service existing accounts and generate new B2B business opportunities throughout their assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed territory goals which include but are not limited to: revenue, margin, product quotas, marketing campaigns etc.
- Be prepared to discuss and provide territory insight and strategic guidance on territory growth initiatives when called upon
- Phone and face to face sales calls.
- Open new accounts while actively maintaining current book of business.
- Provide in-depth consultation on brands, products and business strategies for key accounts
- Foster relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Manage and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Ensure account profitability by maintaining margins.
- Occasional travel to represent Greenlane at trade shows and visit accounts.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Four-year degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Strong existing book of business preferred.
- Knowledge of and passion for our products, our industry, and the culture we appeal to is a big plus.
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to follow-up effectively with attention to detail.
- Experience in the counterculture or Cannabis space a plus.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance with coverage limits of $100,000 bodily injury per person, $300,000 total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 property damage per accident.
