- Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state medical marijuana regulations
- Work in close coordination with the Inventory Management
- Utilize the inventory management system to transfer, track and adjust inventory, including inventory audits

Cannabis Dispensary Inventory Control Specialist $20-$25

Responsibilities:
- Receive and quality control Inventory P.O.s, physically and in the online inventory platform
- Complete a weekly physical cycle count and reconcile the inventory in the online system
- In-take deliveries from vendors
- Communicate inventory issues to Manager
- Build and publish inventory reports as directed by the GM
- Analyze inventory on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to maintain goals throughout the company

Role Summary
This individual is responsible for managing the receipt and transfer of cannabis product in and out of the facility, whether through internal or external transfers. In addition, this person manages our internal audit process by tracking, investigating, and resolving variances. Must be fluent in the METRC system.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant cannabis inventory, including flower and processed product
- Responsible for overseeing internal and external transactions, including physical and electronic transfer of product between departments and for sale
- Completes required data entry (logging transactions, transfers, and daily intake/outgoing product) using Excel and Metrc record keeping systems to maintain compliance
- Coordinates with Security to maintain and update vault access list and ensures access is limited only to authorized personnel
- Completes periodic audits for internal and state compliance purposes
- Monitoring and tracking quality control of incoming/outgoing product and packaging
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have experience with Metrc
- High school diploma required or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
