Essential Functions
Monitor and manages Metrc and LeafLogix systems to ensure inventory at the cultivation site is accurate and precise. Plans, schedules, coordinates, and analyzes the efficient distribution of products throughout multiple locations. The individual ensures proper inventory management and reconciliation processes are followed, as well as makes recommendations designed to improve business results for all inventory related activities. Coordinates administrative office services such as general business activities for themselves and others, appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities for Stash Ventures LLC. Interprets operating policies within cultivation and ensures they align with current Michigan rules and statues.

Closing shop packets received and purging computer database
Receiving and issuing finished goods into computer database

Preparing monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights
Preparing and participating in yearly physical inventory

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Operate and manage the high-throughput progression of product through winterization, filtration, and distillation of the resulting crude oil using thin film distillate systems, and finally isolation
- Interview, hire and train required extraction laboratory personnel in order to keep up with production requirements
- Consistently achieve quality end products with repeatability
- Create new and improved product formulations
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, including safety, environmental and document control requirements
- Ability to resolve any conflict respectfully and in a timely manner, addressing and resolving problems in order to create a culture of engagement and high-performance
- Ensuring equipment reliability throughout production process
- Supports the organization by ensuring operations efficiency by implementing and constantly improving cost reduction strategies

Our Budtenders / Delivery Drivers are an all-encompassing role working as a team to achieve desired profitability goals. You will get experience with front and back of house operations. You will be responsible for creating the experiences that will drive repeat business with every interaction. This role requires world class customer service, inventory management, and cash management skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Stash Ventures Security Coordinator (“Coordinator”) reports directly to Director of Operations. Primarily responsible as the subject matter expert to identify loss trends, provide safety and security leadership and training, oversee security technology and deployment throughout vertically integrated business (cultivation, processing and retail sites) and manage inventory control losses. Will assess operational compliance throughout the business to ensure the protection of company assets, including employee protective measures. Must be willing to assist outside of the assigned area. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of fostering partnerships with management as well as local and state law enforcement, other third-party partners, and Federal, State and local regulators.
Education, Experience, and Winning Attributes.
o Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Current certification in Loss Prevention and/or Fraud Investigation (or the ability to gain certification within a determined timeframe) is required.
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in cannabis investigations, audit, or operations is preferred.
o Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to accurately recap investigative incidents.

Position Summary
The Cultivation Manager will help to create and implement the vision and best practices as set forth by the Cultivation leadership team. This role will be required to interface with the Cultivation Director as well as the Harvest Supervisor and the Director of Compliance. This position requires an understanding of plant health, genetics, pests, pathogen, company SOPs, automation, and all tasks associated with the growing and harvesting of cannabis. Assists the Cultivation director in leading daily tasks and keeping all parts of production on cadence and up to compliance. This position directly reports to the Cultivation Director.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assists the Cultivation Director in leading and overseeing assigned tasks including fertigation, harvest, propagation and all other cultivation work.
· Lead’s team though daily tasks ensuring quality control and compliance.
· Leads the team in efficiently completing tasks according to SOPs and state regulations. Provide feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
· Have excellent time management skills, above average ability to multi-task proactively and in response to issues as they arise, proven methods to manage self and effectively collaborate with others, able to build and develop reports.
· Assist in all plant care from clone to harvest in indoor grow

· Transplanting/Moving plants

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Degree in Horticulture, Agronomy or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in regulated cannabis cultivation.
- Knowledge of plant cultivation, including nutrient requirements, rockwool medium, light requirements, temperature control, and air flow, etc – Controlled Environment Ag Specialist.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and fungi - as well as plant treatment options
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must obtain or be able to obtain proper cannabis badging required by state law
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position requires a lot of sitting, walking, bending and reaching.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift objects on a regular basis, and perform daily repetitive tasks.
- The close visual focus required.
- This position requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Requires some computer/office tasks such as typing.
- Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE
- Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemical pesticides in the grow facility or greenhouse

Timber Cannabis Co. is an innovative start-up company in the emerging cannabis industry. Founded in 2019, the Company will operate provisioning centers inside the industry. The Company intends to expand its business model to multi state operations through 2022.
Timber Cannabis Co. is a family owned and operated business with a purpose driven culture and long term forward outlook. Currently, the Company is provisionally licensed in Michigan for one site in Muskegon. There are several other sites in Michigan that are at later stages of development. Construction for this facility is scheduled to be complete August 1st.
The Director of Sales and Operations will provide strategic leadership over all sales and operational functions in the Muskegon market. This role is a cross over role that will span all the way from customer facing to reporting into the CEO and everything in between. The role is being constructed for an entrepreneur/owner mentality and will require similar skills.
Responsibilities Will Include:
SALES
- Work with the CEO to create and hit store level sales targets on a quarterly/monthly/daily basis
- Track and communicate store performance priorities and company changes to store employees through daily and weekly huddles
- Manage and follow-up on escalated customer service inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is met
- Host sales trainings as needed with your team to ensure sales best practices are being utilized
- Conduct daily stand up meeting to ensure all current promotions and daily sales targets are understood
- Work with the digital team on customer retention promotions are being created and executed
OPERATIONS
- Responsible for leading all initiatives in relation to a store opening, closing, acquisition or relocation.
- Responsible for ensuring all inventory counts have been completed per company standards.
- Ensure stores are fully equipped with supplies
- Course correct inventory, cash deposits and any other potential loss situations.
- Maintain store appearance inside and outside, determine vendor and submit request as needed (lawn services, snow removal, etc.).
- Follow and manage employees to ensure all operational procedures are followed for each shift (open/close/mid).
- Follow and manage employee to ensure all POS guidelines are being used to process transactions.
- Develop and maintain a biweekly schedule for all positions in the location
EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT
- Coach, develop and prepare retail personnel regarding all sales and operational procedures.
- Lead and facilitate motivating team meetings and calls with store personnel.
- Conduct monthly meetings with all store employees to provide company update, sales review, development, best practice sharing and teamwork.
- Complete individual trainings and hold all employees accountable to complete trainings through online learning management system and any additional trainings required.
STAFFING
- Responsible for ensuring recruiting and staffing levels are maintained in compliance with direct labor thresholds.
- Review store headcount reports to ensure stores are staffed effectively and send weekly staffing reporting to the recruiting team.
- Responsible for submitting all PSC’s in relation to transfers and terminations that occur within your stores.
LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS
- Responsible for overseeing, communicating, meeting and reporting on all sales and operational standards.
- Always Build and maintain a positive relationship with business partners and vendors.
- Serve as communications lead regarding company-wide or departmental rollouts, promotions, updates, etc.

Currently, the Company is provisionally licensed in Michigan for 3 medical Class C Cultivation licenses, (up to 4,500 plants grown under cover), as well as multiple medical cannabis provisioning center retail locations throughout Michigan. Construction for all facilities is underway.
The Director of Finance and Compliance provides strategic leadership of the financial operations and regulatory compliance for Stash Ventures LLC, and leads fiscal and financial functions, provides financial analysis and insight to the leadership team, and provides general leadership and direction to Company staff.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Implement and manage Company’s ERP system, including financial reporting and inventory management functions.
- Analyze and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans for the Company.
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the Company’s plan for growth and expansion.
- Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models.
- Implement policies, procedures and processes as deemed appropriate to ensure financial and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss by division, forecast vs. budget by division and cash flow by division.
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations.
- Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and new lines of business as the Company expands.
- Manage financial planning and analysis directives.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for the Company’s board of directors, executive leadership team, and applicable third parties, including state regulators, auditors and the Company’s tax advisor.
- Remain up to date with impending and new regulatory changes, including in state and federal cannabis operating and licensing regulations, and communicate any changes effectively.
- Develop and implement action plans to proactively respond to changes in state and federal regulations.
- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and participate in round table discussions and planning meetings.
- Communicate, engage and interact with the CEO, COO and executive leadership team. Act as a strategic business partner to the senior executive leadership team.
Qualified Individuals Will Be Expected To Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics and 10 or more years of progressive financial experience within the manufacturing and ideally retail industries. A Master’s degree, combined with a CPA, CMA, or CFA designation are highly desirable.
- Experience and skill in supply chain finance, financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, financial reporting, GAAP knowledge, and finance and accounting compliance. Experience working in the cannabis industry is preferable.
- Experience with ERP system implementation, including set up, standard operating procedures, and ongoing system management.
- Self accountability, high standard of performance, productivity and initiative to effectively lead the strategic financial direction of Stash Ventures LLC.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex numerical data effectively, and clearly relay information to ensure an understanding to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to effectively operate in a fast paced environment conducive to a start-up business, and quickly adapt to change, including as a result of both market and regulatory drivers.
- Ability to produce financial and compliance related deliverables, both internally and externally to regulators and third party auditors.
- Advanced Excel skills, high degree of computer literacy, ability to learn new softwares, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
