Position: Inventory Fulfillment Specialist
REDI is an Adult Use Cannabis Dispensary that operates a retail location in the City of Newton, Massachusetts. REDI operates in a highly regulated environment and must be oriented toward regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and assisting with maintaining the smooth flow of cannabis from intake to point-of-sale.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct inventory strategies and provide feedback for continuous improvement and best practices. Support cycle count programs to maintain inventory balance in all Mellow Fellow LLC departments.

- Responsible for Manifest builds and coordinating problem-solving tactics as needed
- Ensure Distro Drivers have their completed folders
- Maintain COA folder to ensure efficient processing of orders
- Manage/maintain Asana Fulfillment Dashboard
- Monitor Distribution Slack Channel for any issues with deliveries - partner with cross functional
groups to rectify as needed

We are looking for a fulfillment team specialist for our cannabis facility to keep our awesome team running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude; strong organizational skills, solid written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and customer-focused. Also proficient in MS Office /EXCEL. Typical hours are Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm, but this could change based on demand. Experience in METRC is preferred, but not required.
