Job Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and build a successful sales pipeline of CBD customers using traditional as well as inbound sales and marketing techniques.
- Build value for your clients by strategically partnering with them, identifying pain points and offering our products and services as the ideal solution.
- Be a hemp expert and educator with in-depth knowledge of our products and services, training wholesale clients as part of your value proposition.
- Maintain your pipeline in our CRM both ethically and accurately, maintain regular outreach and follow up with customers and potential customers.
- Follow company policy and all other directives.
Job Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience
- Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated
- Use of CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Eager to grow with our company and being willing to pivot/pick up new skills and responsibilities
- Able to pass background check
Preferred
- Well networked in the cannabis/hemp space or prior experience in cannabis sales
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, biology or related fields
- Bilingual in spanish or other languages
- Creative thinker with some experience in marketing concept development

Job Duties
- Develop and manage relationships with clients and prospects through prospecting and networking to accomplish sales objectives
- Build, promote and manage a successful client, partner ecosystem
