This position offers untapped earnings capability, landing new clients in industries that include industrial manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, cannabis, medical device, and consumer packaged goods. You will be selling products and services to client organizations that need to replace outdated eCommerce platforms, as well as providing solutions to companies who are new to the online selling world. You must have the ability to prospect and develop relationships at the highest levels in the target companies. Additionally, you will be communicating and directing a tight-knit pre-sales team of front and back-end project managers and web developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Prospect on target accounts through cold calling, trade shows, and referrals
Manage all opportunities for closure
Monitor and report all activities in CRM
Call on companies with average revenue of $100M+
Travel required to prospects and customers
Requirements
Experience Required:
Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience, including selling digital services.
Experience developing relationships with directors, VP, and C-level marketing stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Problem-solving and providing consultative solutions
Knowledge of/familiarity with ecommerce.
Proven ability to communicate & sell across wide demographics.
Ability to lead engaging conversations over the phone, Zoom, and email.
Knowledge and previous usage of CRM.
Ability to share detailed information with the team for business management.
Ability & willingness to travel (estimated several trips per quarter).
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, HubSpot, etc.)

In a Nutshell:
Prospecting-focused sales position
Compensation: $75-85k base salary + uncapped commission; first year OTE at $100k+
Fully remote permanently. Must be in the Eastern or Central time zone.
Domestic & (occasional) international travel required.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Understand Shero’s:
Clients & prospective clients. Get to know their goals, challenges, pain points, & needs.
Services & business approach. Know what Shero offers and how we truly partner with our clients. Understand the benefits of the Shero approach and services, and fluently articulate those benefits to customers.
Team. You don’t need to be a front-end prodigy or a data migration whiz. You do need to know what our services are and who to go to for each.
Bring all of the above together with strategic, value-driven, solutions-based sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Create and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
Prospect on target accounts through cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
Establish initial relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, events, networking, & social media.
Introduce prospective clients to the Shero approach & value proposition.
Qualify leads by gathering information about basic requirements, needs, budget, stakeholders, & other prerequisites.
Pursue leads and, with support from the Sales team, move prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, managing all opportunities for closure.
In-person and digitally, call on companies with average revenue of $100M+
Monitor and report all activities in CRM
Collaborate with the Sales team to shape solutions, quotes, & proposals for prospective clients.
Travel will be required
With the Sales team, contribute to the maturation & growth of Sales at Shero:
Set & achieve Sales goals & metrics.
Identify best practices & refine Shero’s lead generation approach.
Keep the CRM updated & accurate. Report on the pipeline.
Create, improve, and streamline processes, best practices, SOPs, etc. Share valuable discoveries across teams & business areas. Practice Shero values, collaboration, teamwork, tact, emotional intelligence, and professional vulnerability.
