- Set stop or guides to specified length as indicated.
- Set up and operate converting equipment by following established work procedures and instructions.
- Read and understand converting customer specifications.
- Observes machine operation to detect workpiece defects or machine malfunctions. Make corrections to alleviate out-of-specification products.
- Measure work piece dimensions to determine the accuracy of machine operation
- Perform required quality testing on products produced.
- Perform minor machine maintenance such as changing teflon cloth, dies, seal bars, and punches.
- Assist the shipping team to stack, mark, pack, and transport finished boxes.
- Review work instructions and procedures that are applicable to the position.

Essential Duties Procedures, Productivity, and Quality
- Ensure that production is performed by following standard operating procedures.

Job purpose
Support the day-to-day workflow within the Cultivation facility
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints and eighths.
- Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.
- Take instructions and follow direction as delegated by supervisors to meet daily and weekly, individual and team production and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
- Work in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- Place labels for tracking and compliance, and ingredient labels.
- Count and organize product to prepare for shipment.
- Performs basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearance..
