You Will:
- Assist with all aspects of vegetation, cultivation, and harvest of cannabis plants including cloning, transplanting, trellising, de-fanning, and harvesting
- Inspect plants to assess health and quality; check plants for pests and/or deficiencies to detect the presence of insects or disease and report accordingly
- Check cultivation rooms for anything out of the ordinary including mechanical failures and report accordingly
- Execute weekly harvests of 400+ plants
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company's safety program; maintain tools in accordance with sanitation standards
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks as required to support overall business needs.

Rosin Technician
The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail but passion for this ever growing industry. You must also be able to adapt and problem solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Rosin Team with prep work
- Organization of Water Hash and Rosin
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Sanitize work station and tools
- Work in a cold room for long periods of time
- Identify and report any issues that need to be addressed by Production Manager
- Clean and maintain equipment used in the processes
- Assisting with other departmental tasks such as rosin pressing, cleaning, ect.
- Assisting in other departments as needed
- Pay range: $17.50-$20

- Experience packaging cannabis - particularly gramming/handling of concentrates

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced, data and strategy-driven Account Manager with a proven record of success in fostering business to business relationships to achieve both quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives, has a passion for flawless execution, is hands-on, and interested in being part of a team building a best-in-class cannabis operation to support our flagship operations in Colorado which serve as the model for our expansion states.
The Account Manager for Denver/Northern Colorado will be responsible for sales and distribution of our product portfolio and the execution of marketing initiatives within the assigned geographic territory. You Will:
- Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Execute weekly harvests of 400+ plants.
- Execute all post-harvest flower processes – dry, cure, trim – and prepare product for sale or transfer.
- Assist with the production of pre-packaged marijuana joints and eighths.
- Accurately package and label marijuana products; accurately document your production output.
- Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
- Competently follow directions from supervisors.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
Qualifications:
- Unquestioned integrity required
- Current MED badge
- 1+ year cannabis industry experience
- Willing and able to consistently work at a fast pace
- Team player who is flexible and responsive
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy level required
- Able to lift 50lbs; stand or bend for long periods of time

This highly organized, detailed, and collaborative individual will support our growing organization by ensuring thoughtful and thorough execution of HR, payroll, recruitment, and administration of state- and industry-related licenses.
The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience to help Summit better organize and maintain employee information, benefits, and licenses, with the confidence and collaborative approach for working in a new, complex, regulated, and constantly evolving industry. Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Onboard new employees implement basic training, manage forms, coordinate IT needs
- Input all new employees into payroll provider platform and set up applicable and necessary deductions; maintain physical backup files
- Collect new employee healthcare forms (application or waiver) and transmit to benefits provider
- Add new employees to company Life Insurance policy; remove employees when ceasing employment
- Update healthcare provider of any changes in employee status
- Address employee benefits questions
- Keep track of employee changes on an Employee Change of Status Form (e.g., raises, promotions, department changes, address changes, direct deposit changes)
- Assist with personnel issues / discipline
- Maintain Employee Handbook
Payroll
- Process payroll
- Audit employee time-sheets at least twice a day, review in/out punches looking for discrepancies. Address discrepancies
- Update the attendance record sheet daily, showing when employees were tardy, absent, or left early
- Process all Time Off Request forms in a timely manner
- Handle all tax / wage garnishments / disability / workmans comp / unemployment claims, appeals, and hearings
- Distribute paychecks to each manager
- Assist employees requesting copies of pay stubs, or with related questions (e.g., time off, deductions)
- Make appropriate changes in payroll platform when an employee resigns or upon termination
- Liaise with payroll contractor daily on inquiries and changes regarding payroll processes
- Suggest improvements to payroll process and work with vendor to implement
State Compliance
- Ensure that all new employees are set up with the appropriate state-mandated appointments
- Maintain an accurate census of all employees and subcontractors
- Keep track of license renewal dates for all employees; ensure licenses are current
- Inform the state of any employee change in status
- Request new badges for all new hires
Recruiting
- Help prepare and post job listings
- Help coordinate job fairs / events, including finding locations nearby that would be suitable
- Assist with recruiting tools and screening administration
General Administrative
- Maintain a company telephone directory with all employees numbers
- Attend monthly staff meetings
- Research, interview, and evaluate new staffing agencies
- Manage temporary employee time-sheets and communications with temporary staffing agencies
- Other tasks as requested
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Bachelor's degree and/or at least 2-3 years of HR experience
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Strong computer skills, especially Word, Excel, Outlook
- Thrives when performing job duties in a fast-paced environment; stays even-keeled during stressful times
- Facility with math; comfortable compiling and organizing number data
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25-30 pounds
- Can physically tolerate cannabis-related odors

Overview of Position
The Member Liaison is the welcoming face of Summit Medical Compassion Center members. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, a constant desire for self-improvement, and attention to detail. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the Company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time.
Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the Member Liaison include interacting with, educating, and advising members face-to-face and by phone; record-keeping; assisting with inventory and cash management; interacting with local service providers; and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility inside and out.
- Greets members in person or on the phone; schedule appointments; oversee member intake and renewal procedures
- Maintains member records in compliance with State law and Company policy
- Answers questions about the law and the Company from members and others
- Assists members in selecting medicine; advises and educates them about safe dosage and other aspects of this medicine
- Assists Dispensary Manager or Assistant with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
- Maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
- Other duties may be assigned by the Dispensary Manager or Assistant according to Company needs
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; two years of post-secondary education in a related field preferred
Work Experience
- Two + years experience in a fast-paced client-service intensive industry; hospitality and retail background preferred
- Work history showing progressive responsibility, willingness to accept, lead, and complete additional projects or challenges
Knowledge
- Computer and equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word, Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)
- Thorough understanding of Rhode Island State law governing medical marijuana
- Arithmetic necessary for basic inventory and cash management
- Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred but not required
