The Cannabis Distribution and Packaging Operations Manager will provide the overall leadership and direction over the entire cannabis operations, driving operational efficiencies to achieve revenue targets and sales goals. Primary Duties
The Cannabis Distribution and Packaging Operations Manager is responsible for managing and holding the LB Atlantis team accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, and all other operational objectives of LB Atlantis operations. They must account for operations, processes and staff management and must also manage budgets and timelines. Based on their analyses, they're expected to create and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in production as well as regulatory compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the distribution & fulfillment team: shipping, receiving and final packaging for sale.
- Oversee the entire order receipt to fulfillment process: receiving of goods, verification of accuracy, and inventory of received items.
- Maintain Distribution order and inventory management system (Kanha) in real-time
- Ensure orders are delivered in a timely fashion with the utmost accuracy across CA
