This position requires existing relationships with purchasing managers, owners and cannabis dispensaries in the Palm Springs and/or San Deigo territory. You are a sales professional with a desire to meet/exceed sales goals, listen to the needs of customers and upselling abilities or orders with a friendly genuine approach. This position is paid a base salary plus commission.
Essential Duties
路 Manage and grow current accounts: meet with purchasing managers weekly to ensure accounts are always in inventory and strategize ways to grow monthly revenue.
路 New account acquisition: prospect and onboard new doors; pitch our brand and products to cold and warm leads in person, via email/phone, and at events.
路 Develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities.
路 Receive and place orders on behalf of purchasing managers.
路 Manage and build brand awareness with current and new doors
路 Participate in community and partner events
路 Attend internal sales calls
Experience & Qualifications
路 Bachelor's degree in Business or education through informal pathways
路 5 years in cannabis dispensary sales experience is required.
路 Ability to sell, meet quotas, close sales, and upsell by inspiring people with brand story.
路 Self-motivated and driven to succeed
路 Ability to establish and build strong relationships quickly with new and existing clients.
路 Ability to prioritize workload, with a sense of urgency, and meet deadlines.
路 Independent self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
路 Area resident with reliable transportation.
路 Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written with the ability to present products to owners, buyers, or groups.
路 Excellent time management skills.
路 Valid Driver's license and good driving record and the ability to travel sales territory.*
