We are a cannabis company seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team. We offer very high commissions.
The candidate must have wholesale cannabis sales experience with a book of business in Denver, Colorado, and well-established existing relationships with dispensaries in Denver and surrounding areas. This territory is solid and holds a wealth of untapped potential for the sales person with quality dispensary relationships within the territory.

This is an opportunity to join a small but fast-growing company with a increasing share of the Colorado cannabis vape market, and an meaningful share of the cannabis edibles market. Licensing and expansion into other states is in progress. We offer a full line of distillate and full-spectrum vape products, gummies, and chocolates.
Candidates must be enthusiastic and organized. The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for representing our company and our products to licensed cannabis retailers. They will work as part of a sales team to execute sales strategies, brand position strategies, and business development strategies to maximize sales. The role reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Primary Responsibilities
- Grow the retailer base and overall sales volume in your territory by generating new leads and increasing existing retailer sales
- Build and manage relationships and develop strong rapport with customer retail buyers, management and sales staff on behalf of the company
- Promote product placement and work with retailers to secure high visibility placement for products and displays
- Implement sales plans and coordinate sales efforts with marketing plans
- Daily maintenance of CRM tool and ordering platform
- Host in store pop up events for in-store consumer education and promotional events
- Host budtender training events
- Coordinate with sales team to develop and execute promotions and sales contests
- Maintain expert level knowledge of our brand, products, and technologies
- Maintain expert level knowledge of our competitors’ products and brand positions
- Grow our community profile by representing company at trade/industry events to promote products
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Experience and Core Competencies
- 5+ years of relevant professional sales experience, and 1+ years of experience in Denver.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and present ideas
- Proven ability to effectively work as part of a sales team
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of various company products
- Proven ability to position our products against competitors

Other Requirements
- Must have an MED Badge issued by the State of Colorado
- Must comply with all cannabis rules and regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have a valid driver license and use of own vehicle for frequent travel
- Travel may be required within all regions within the state of Colorado depending on business needs
- Ability to use advanced features of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive and Outlook
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days will vary due to business needs. Some holidays and weekends may be required. Will be required to be on call and to respond to urgent situations at any time.

Expected Compensation
The Territory Sales Representative with the requisite qualifications is reasonably expected to earn between $40,000 – 100,000 annually the first year.
