We pay by the pound (what you trim, is what you earn) & we pay every Monday.
Buck/Full Hand Trim: 1st pound trimmed is $100/lb, 2nd is $105. If you average 2lb or more per pay period well bump it to 105 flat for all pounds trimmed.

The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.

We are a small family owned and operated OLCC recreational cannabis farm looking for hourly employees to help harvest. Harvest includes: Running trim pro's, Stripping wet flower for fresh frozen production, taking down dry rooms, garden clean-up/pulling root balls, and hanging plants. We may also need help bucking down and clean up of machined flower. We generally work Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm but we may have to work weekends depending on the weather. About This Role
Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. As such our growers, harvesters and trimmers are all called Cultivation Citizens.
Harvest Citizens are a part of the Production Team from plant creation to harvest, and some post-harvest activity. This is a dynamic team, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment. Harvest Citizens rely on each other for support and are accountable to each other.
Hours for this position rotate between a schedule of Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 6:45AM-5:15PM.
What You Will Be Doing
Outlined below is what we see you doing at this point in time. We are a fast-growing company looking for people that are excited to grow along with us.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Always follow Standard Work procedures for all harvest activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products
- Using state track and trace software to track all activities and work performed in the cultivation team: including plant tagging and tracking, waste tracking, nutrient and crop inputs, harvest entry, and harvest batch tracking
- Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest
- Monitor for quality control checks to ensure process and product quality in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and displays a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with other Harvest Citizens in daily cultivation tasks, training, and review of process with a continuous improvement mentality
- Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere
- Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
- Pre-harvest fan leaf removal in the flower room and recording the waste
- Removing trellis netting, cutting down the plant, weighing the plant, and entering the wet weight into METRC
- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying
- After the plant is dry, removing the flower from the stem and store for curing
Post-harvest work, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content
- Trimming and sorting flower for packaging
The Experience You Bring
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment processes and options.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail. Can follow company policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets within set timelines.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift, pull and push 50 pounds and stand for entire 8-hour shift
- Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and squat
- Must be able to work in a highly pollenated environment (kief)

Seeking trim support for OLCC farms in Rogue River, Grants Pass, Trail & various other locations across southern Oregon.
About Us
We pay by the pound (what you trim, is what you earn) & we pay every Monday.
Full Hand Trim: 1st pound trimmed is $95/lb, 2nd is $100. If you average 2lb or more per pay period well bump it to 100 flat for all pounds trimmed.
Lead Pay : 105-110 Per/lb Plus 2$/lb Trimmed by crew incentive. Conditional to checking quality twice daily of the flower and assisting in weight outs.
Lead must be Top Notch trimmer and balance the day to do.
On day one we host a short trim clinic so we can all be on the same page for the farm's standards. Our goal is to help and provide structured insight on how best to fulfill the client's requirements.
We pay hourly for any manual labor starting at $16.50 per hour. There is a bonus pay for 50+ hours worked in a week.
40 hrs = $16.50hr
50 hrs = $17hr
60 hrs = $18hr
*We are also currently looking for people interested in being in leadership positions. Must be capable of running a crew of 4-9 people and have great management and communication skills. Anyone in this position will receive higher compensation for their skills. *as noted Lead Pay
Requirements for Trimmers and Laborers
Trimmers are held to a 1.5 lb per day trimming average over the course of the week.
Everyone must come to work presentable each day.
Trimmers need to have their own trim-bins & scissors. If necessary, we can assist in obtaining your own personal work supplies.
Must be able to work rain or shine.
MUST have, or obtain an OLCC workers permit or reference number.
MUST have dependable transportation.

- Removing the waste fan leaves and hanging the plant for drying
- After the plant is dry, removing the flower from the stem and store for curing
Post-harvest work, including but not limited to:
- Monitoring the curing process and recording moisture content
- Trimming and sorting flower for packaging
The Experience You Bring
- Degree in Horticulture, Biology, Agriculture, or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Experience in agricultural or food safety/handling industry is acceptable in lieu of degree.
- Computer proficiency is a must. Experience with cannabis track-and-trace software such as BioTrack, MJ Freeway, or METRC is a plus.
- Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of problem-solving skills to overcome daily cultivation/production issues.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, as well as plant treatment processes and options.
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior, strong attention to detail. Can follow company policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets within set timelines.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Cannabis Farm in Benton City needs Fast Paced workers to help harvest our Crop. Cannabis experience is a plus. We are using shears to De- Leaf the plants in our Wearhouse. Every Day from 7:00-3;30, Some days will go later, or we may even create an afternoon shift/early evening shift.

This is a year round position. The harvest person will breakdown 50-70 plants each week to support the activities and operations of the cultivation facility while abiding by all rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. If you are not interested in a full-time/long-term position or have been a no call/no show for an interview/first day of work with Stealth Farms, do not apply for this position.

- Operation/Cleaning of Wet Trimming Machine
- General Cleaning

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Colorado driver’s license or State ID card
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must possess and retain a MED Badge
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be dependable with a willingness to work
- Must be on time and able to work a 5-day/8-4:30 shift
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous wet plant breakdown experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 lbs. Walking or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over, and/or crouching.
