The Dispensary Manager ensures that the dispensary department operations are in compliance with the DOH and internally approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). The Dispensary Manager collaborates with the VP of Retail Sales and leadership team to develop, document and implement practices, policies, and strategies that support a performance and results-driven culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains highest level of presentation, customer service, and compassion to all patients
- Responsible for managing the dispensary department in a manner that supports the organizations mission

Purpose
This Advanced Farmer position is responsible for executing their daily role within the Propagation department at a highly productive and efficient pace to achieve the weekly objectives. Essential Duties
Procedures & Tasks
- Follow the instructions to complete duties and tasks asked by the leadership of the department to maintain the mother plants and clone from them.
- Supporting the maintenance of the Propagation areas as instructed by leadership of the department. Cleaning and maintaining all areas, equipment, and material throughout the work area.
- Ensuring accurate and legible logging of a variety of paperwork and labels.
- Supporting the organizing and securing of all METRC tags.
- Manicuring and defoliating plants to maintain health and optimize yields.
- Preparing and loading tables as necessary. Ensuring the accurate scanning of METRC tags for newly loaded plants.
- Other duties as assigned, including, but not limited to assisting other departments to help facilitate the additional and/or supplemental work, such as, harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning and light maintenance as needed throughout the facility.

Experience Organics in Benton City WA is now hiring for an entry level grower.
We are a licensed I-502 facility and have a cutting edge indoor facility.
Duties of entry level growers will include but not be limited to, checking plants for water, watering, cleaning, washing pots, etc. The work is manual labor and you must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly all day if needed, as well as be on your feet all day, every day. The grow rooms are hot and humid, that must be taken into consideration as well. Grower applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed. Our shifts for growers and processors is 8 am- 4:30 pm.
Trimmer duties will include but not be limited to, hand trimming cannabis, hanging the harvests, making pre-rolls, preparing jars for orders, scaling, leadership and more.
All applicants must possess basic math skills and computer skills, be self-starters and hard workers. You must be 21 years old or older to work at Experience Organics.Our current team works hard and only people with the same want and drive to improve themselves in our company will fit.
Previous experience is not required, but if you have any leadership experience that is very helpful, we will train the right people who work hard and focus all their energy on just that.
