Job Title: Shift Lead

Position Objective:
The Shift Lead will provide assistance to the Store Director and Assistant Manager by supporting the activities and operations of the store, enforce policies and procedures, and operational guidelines. The Shift Lead will assist in monitoring employee actions, assist handling customer service issues/concerns, complete attendant duties as necessary and act as the Manager-On-Duty in absence of the General Manager and Manager, including opening/closing their assigned location.
Essential Functions:
Assist in Supervision of Attendants:
- Foster teamwork, including motivating team members
- Provide continuous coaching and training when applicable
- Act as MOD on duty when the Store Director and Assistant Manager are not on site

Position Summary
The Cultivation Manager is primarily responsible for the oversight of the cultivation facility including propagation, vegetation and/or flower. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Cultivation Oversight
- Assure all cultivation procedures are executed properly and efficiently
- Responsible for production and scheduling of all manufacturing duties, including planning from all stages and aspects of growth
- Create and maintain Company cultivation SOP procedures
- Assess requested needs for the facility such as equipment and supplies
- Maintain up-to-date information of all steps and procedures of the cultivation process, and address any issues which may arise

- Schedule all cultivation duties for all stages and aspects of growth Cultivation Support and Management
- Direct and coordinate all cultivation staff activities, including planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, and grading

Position Summary:
Provides manual labor to support the activities and operations of the Cultivation Department, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)
- May perform all tasks in the indoor perpetual harvest grow:
- Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, positive airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, plant transfer from veg to flowering.
- Knowledge of pest and disease control and management.
- Maintain and follow the cultivation department policies and procedures.
- Wash and sanitize all equipment. Scout all equipment, ensuring all tools are free of pests, viruses or disease
- Demonstrate accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner to meet production standards. Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the cultivation facility while performing job duties.
- Uphold quality of finished product through employing attention to detail while manicuring flower.
- Exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills.
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis they are cultivating; adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Ability to walk on uneven terrain.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull and balance up to 60 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and must be able to do so with extreme care and caution when working with plants and product.
- Must not be allergic to or have a fear of insects.
- Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed inside greenhouse facilities exposed to temperatures ranging above a constant 75°F.
- Work is subject to weather conditions, including rain and extreme hot or cold temperatures.
- May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Periodic travel may be required for training purposes or purchasing materials and equipment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent; some college or college graduate preferred.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience processing cannabis or other botanicals preferred.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/laborer experiences a plus.

We have an electronic checklist that must get filled out everyday and are looking for persons who have a good attention to detail in finding any potential issues and alerting the lead growers to the situation. We would like to help you to continuously improve and advance your knowledge of all aspects of cultivation and are not looking for persons who think they already know everything. You must have good communication skills, be respectful to your co-workers at all times, and leave the drama at home. You will report to the lead growers and master grower. Must be willing to work at a minimum of two evening shifts a week which will end at around 8:30 pm so that pesticides can be applied in the dark.

We are looking for a motivated, hard working and experienced outdoor grower to help manage a large outdoor cannabis grow for this season and beyond.
This position requires knowledge of the cannabis plant in an outdoor growing environment.
You must be able to manage an operation, be depended on, and still get your hands dirty in the day-to-day work

Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for implementing a plan put forth by the Project Manager.- Watering, pruning, training, IPM, repotting, and preparing hundreds to thousands of plants for the season.- Ammending/composting soil to prepare for the plants.- Help build and maintain farm infrastructure and landscape.- Monitor systems and fix problems impacting the production of the farm.- Make and apply compost teas.- Other duties and responsibilities to ensure a successful season

Current position available is for either a full time or part time employee to help operate a newly licensed cultivation facility. No experience necessary, but higher pay will be given to persons with relevant experience. Applicant must either have or be able to get(no felonies) a key support badge or trimming badge to help with the plants. We are flexible with your hours so long as you don’t regularly call off or change them last minute. We have both a greenhouse and an outdoor grow and will train you everything you need to know to be a skilled cultivator. Applicant must be able to work hard, be responsible, and must own a vehicle and possess a valid drivers license. The farm is located in Ordway, Colorado.
This position will consist of primarily working with cannabis plants, including watering, trimming, inspecting them, etc.
Our requirements:
-Own a reliable vehicle
- No felonies
- Be able to lift and carry 30 pounds or more
- Be in good physical shape to work long days when needed
-Pass a drug test (marijuana is ok)
-Have positive past work references (they will all be called)
-Absolutely no drinking or getting high at or before work will be tolerated!

Seeking Part Time help harvesting mmj at a commercial greenhouse facility located in Ordway, CO. Must have your badge to apply. Must have either a drivers license and vehicle or a means of transportation to and from the facility. Work will be anywhere from 8 to 12 hour days according to your preferences. You get a 30 minute unpaid lunch break, but we often provide the lunch for you. Work will take place in a climate controlled environment with music played through a serious sound system. You can enjoy a friendly and peaceful atmosphere while working as a part of our cannabis passionate team. Persons who demonstrate good work ethic and motivation may be offered full time positions if they so desire. We would like to get a trustworthy reliable group of persons to help us with our frequent harvests, if you do good work and get along with our crew you will be called upon frequently to help out. We have lots of work onsite as we are a new grow and so there will be the opportunity for lots of work hours through us if you so desire both now and in the future as we expand our business. There will be no obligation to come in on any particular day so long as you’re available every so often to help with our harvests which take place over the course of many days and weeks. This is a great opportunity for persons who either want to get their foot in the door and become a cannabis grower. Farm Manager needed for Large Licensed Cannabis Farm

We are a licensed and established Cannabis Company seeking a full time farm manager for our new cultivation campus in Ordway, CO. The Farm Manager will manage day to day operations of a large scale, outdoor and greenhouse commercial cannabis cultivation operation. You must be a current Colorado resident and currently posses or be able to obtain an Occupational License issued by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Marijuana Enforcement Division.
Responsibilities for this position include:
*Direct and oversee employee activities for all operations including propagation, planting, cultivating, irrigation, harvesting, product processing, production and record keeping.
*Ensure adherence to compliance and safety regulations according to Colorado and company standards.
*Plan and direct operations for optimum success and maximum crop production
*Plan operations based on factors such as crop maturity, weather conditions, pest mitigation etc.
*Inspect crops for Insects, disease and general health.
*Inspect crops, prepare reports and pre-harvest estimates for all crops
*Be responsible for all supply and equipment purchasing.
*Work with the owners to establish and maintain a working budget
*Maintain records for production rates,management practices, compliance reporting, and prepare financial and operational reports.
*Maintain financial, operational, and employment records
*Hire, train and supervise employees engaged in planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting and production and processing.
*Enforce compliance, safety and company policies
Candidate requirements:
*An extensive background and education in management, horticulture, botany, agronomy, soil science or related fields.
*7-10 years experience cultivating in a large-scale commercial, production environment. Experience cultivating in the Colorado cannabis industry is also preferred.
*Extensive farm or agricultural experience.
*Previous experience managing large teams.
*Knowledge of techniques and equipment for planting, cultivating, handeling and harvesting products for consumption.
*Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
*Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
*Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation and production methods
*Ability to monitor, oversee and control company resources to include coordination of people and resources
*Ability to plan and organize specific objectives and prioritize
*Ability to store, record and maintain information in electronic and written form
*Ability to analyze data and problem solve efficiently
*Ability to anticipate problems, troubleshoot and problem solve. Consider relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate resolutions, review related information to evaluate options and implement solutions.
The starting salary for this position is dependent on education, experience and skills.
