Responsibilities:
- Work events as a member of the concessions staff. Handle money and account for register till. Be accountable for concessions area of responsibility including stocking area when necessary.
- Greet facility users (patrons, presenters and/or rental clients) in a friendly manner, accommodate their needs, and handle inquiries, requests and dispute resolution.
- Encourage pre-sales for shows with intermissions.
