The Hemp Production Staff Member will support the day-to-day operations of A1 Hemp Supply Co.’s production, including, but not limited to, weighing, labeling, & packaging product, and filling vape cartridges & vape disposables. This role will report directly to the Production Manager.
This is a full-time position requiring occasional weekends when needed to accommodate business needs.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Packages concentrates, vape devices, flower, gummies, tinctures & other hemp products from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state.
- Responsible for weighing, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, cleaning, and polishing off different A1 SKUs.
- Fills vape cartridges and vape disposables and tests, cleans, and packages them.
- Counts gummies and then packages and labels containers and moves to inventory.
- Provides feedback on current processes to the Production Manager to help establish and maintain appropriate systems for measurement of operational effectiveness.
- Communicates with the Production Manager on inventory needs.
- Follows established standard operating procedures set in place for maximum operational efficiency.

We are looking for top talent! All rockstars are encouraged to apply. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with purchasing everything from CBD to edibles and work events. All necessary training is provided. A 90 day probationary period applies. Must be at least 21 years old to sell Delta-8 products.
Pay: $15 hour - $16.50 plus tips (Wage dependent on experience.)
This is a Full-time position with medical benefits to come.
Schedule: 9:30 am- 6:00 pm Tuesday-Saturday, Off Sunday & Monday, 1 hour lunch
Must be able to work Saturdays & Events (some early mornings and late evenings)

Reports to the General Manager
Responsibilities:
· Greets and interacts with customers.
· Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
· Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
· Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
· Assists customers with purchase decisions.
· Retrieves merchandise from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
· Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
· Processes returns and exchanges.
· Process and package online orders, package wholesale orders and update the system accordingly
· Share BA promotional posts to FB groups/other social media platforms
· Update online presence on website and other ancillary platforms (products out of stock, etc.)
· Collaborates with GM and Event Staff to understand the setup and breakdown for events.
· Assists with loading and unloading truck for setup and break down of events.
· Maintain cleanliness of retail space.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:
The Baker will prepare Burning Acre infused baked goods for wholesale and retail customers.
Responsibilities:
· Bakes Burning Acre infused pastries, breads, cakes, and cookies following all food related quality controls and regulations
· Clean and prep all baking materials for the specific job
· Assemble all dry and wet goods for production
· Work alone or with a team to execute recipe
· Utilize industrial equipment to facilitate efficient production
· Handle all hot or dangerous items with care
· Ensure all baked goods are stored and packaged properly
· Adorn all Health, sanitation, and safety clothing
· Ensures food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to specifications or request.
· Ensures kitchen runs in accordance with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards
· Assists with stocking, ordering, and purchasing of ingredients, ensuring that necessary ingredients are available and as fresh as possible while also minimizing spoilage and waste
· Maintains and inspects kitchen equipment and utensils, recommending repairs or replacements as needed
