What you will be doing
Applicants will be expected to drive their own vehicles delivering various products to our clients working a minimum of 20+ hours a week, with weekend availability highly preferred. Our company values a strong culture, minimum knowledge of cannabis, balanced energy, team effort, and competitive compensation to qualified candidates.
Skills desired
- Proficiency with GPS, computers, tablets and phones
- Must have clean driving record, pass background check and follow all rules of the road while doing deliveries
- Stay focused at all times during shift to avoid incidents
- Time management, punctuality, working in an efficient and organization manner required
- Handle a high volume of calls or texts during shift
- Multi-taking capabilities are a must with strong decision-making skills
- Keep positive and integrity driven culture with team
- Maintain and boost customer service with excellent communication and knowledge of products
- Communicate proficiently and professionally with team via phone, text, email, chat, task tools or in-person with the team and customers
- Diffuse any escalations that may occur
- Follow step by step instructions on creating accounts, placing orders and processing exchanges
- Have accurate order fulfillment and no inventory discrepancies
- Manage cash drawer and have accurate deposits at end of shift
- Must be able to admit errors if any
- Check ID, Take Signatures and follow other required compliance duties
- Adhere to vehicle check in process before and after shift
- Manage cash drawer and have accurate deposits at end of shift
- Ability to work 7 - 8 hour shifts without fatigue
- Fulfill and deliver 25+ orders in each shift
- Will not pressure customers for tips or delay their order due to lack of tips

Our location
We service the Venice and Santa Monica Area. Our office is located in downtown Los Angeles.
We offer sanitizers, gloves, and masks to our drivers. The office is frequently cleaned and sanitized. Staff have their own devices to avoid sharing.
