As
Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and tracking all finished
products within the state-mandated inventory tracking systems (METRC, or the state equivalent) as well
as all internal tracking systems. Coordinates inventory before and after packaging, testing and sales
fulfillment. Facilitates and assists with all sale transactions including being a point-of-contact for our

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in inventory control based on company standards and state regulations:
- Document and enter all inventory from production kitchen into METRC, or other state-specific inventory tracking system
- Clearly label all inventory
- Perform daily audits of physical inventory
- Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor or Manager on inventory levels and packaging planning
- Log all transfers from inventory items into finished packaged sellable units.
- Fulfill orders, complete manifest documentation, facilitate the intake and outtake of product with sales representatives

Heartland Works LLC (“HL” and “Company”) is currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Part-Time Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! You will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide initiative.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for developing SOP and monitoring the quality processes of our production facilities to ensure the quality assurance of our product regarding filling, packaging, shipping and compliance with CBD safety standards and regulations.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in the e- cigarette and cannabis industry. This position will conduct internal audits, establish verification steps for CBD safety processes and all required record-keeping for Company QA development.
The QA Specialist will work closely with production managers at contracted facilities, establishing specifications and monitoring the production processes to ensure they meet quality, standards and requirements of HW and the CBD safety regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- 3+ years of QA experience.

Exciting position now available for an Event Specialist to source, coordinate and work out-of-store events with Asheville Dispensary, while also being part of our flagship store team. We’re an independently-owned plant medicine shop and community wellness lounge on Haywood Rd. in West Asheville, and we exist to help people FEEL BETTER.
We’re looking to add a bright, enthusiastic team player with experience in event planning and coordination to help us get involved with the many external event opportunities about to open up.
This would start as a multifaceted position, not only helping customers at these diverse and rewarding external events, but also on the main store sales floor, so a well-rounded candidate with both event and retail experience would be the best fit.
Compensation includes solid base pay, a very lucrative tip program and some fun & valuable perks. You’d start out with a guaranteed 20-30 hours/week, with event activities supplemented by store shifts and/or satellite location shifts as needed to ensure your hours. Once the events start cranking again, the available event shifts will expand exponentially, and you’d be able to bring in help as needed, essentially making your own schedule while fully managing all external events.
