Boutique style CBD sales, with commission based pay, with potential pay up to $20-$25/hr.

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills, with experienced sales skills, ability to recommend products based on ailments and preferences, and the ability to provide exceptional face to face customer service.

Working with guests that come through our doors is enlightening. You're able to see and hear back amazing testimonies and life changing differences in our guests every day! We worked hard to make sure that not only our guests are happy with the products they purchase from us, but that our team members are excited to show them as well.

Retail Store Associate Job Duties:

• Handling all aspects of the sales process including welcoming shoppers, offering assistance, making recommendations, answering questions and explaining the features of products.
• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand client service requirements.
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by maintaining inventories and assisting with product reorder and product receive processes
• Operates point of sale computer and manages cash drawer, stocks shelves, marks price tags, and prepares displays
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by adhering to store policy regarding continuing education
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Executes marketing strategies and social media in coordination with the CMO.
• Is available for special events and marketing events
• Any other related activities that managers may dictate
