Position Summary
The receptionist is the first impression of the store to our consumers. The receptionist is primarily responsible for: greeting customers in a friendly manner, compliantly checking IDs in accordance with MED laws and regulations, scanning customers into the POS system, organizing customer queues, signing in visitors to the guest log, communicating product assortment to consumers, upholding Schwazze SOPs, and maintaining cleanliness of the lobby and front of the store area. The Receptionist role is a fast-paced, high-performance position responsible for answering phone calls, coordinating, monitoring, verifying identification and POS check in operations of a Cannabis Dispensary. Position Summary:
As a front desk receptionist, you are responsible for verifying identification in and out of the system, ensuring the patient profile is up to date and correct, informing consumers about deals and events while maintaining high energy. In addition, you will assist with updating Weedmaps and Leafly. It is a position that entails specific requirements such as strict state guidelines, product knowledge, and working well individually, or as a team.
