Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities):

Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the general manager, the Dispensary Associate will be involved in daily dispensary operations including but not limited to opening, closing, patient check-in, patient communications, patient consultation, order processing and fulfillment, product packaging and labeling, point of sale transactions, inventory tracking, inventory receiving, dispensary organization, and dispensary cleaning.
The ideal candidate will have two years of experience working in a retail setting, providing stellar customer service, tracking and maintaining inventory, and conducting point of sale transactions.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
· Conduct dispensary Opening and Closing processes.
· Receive patient documentation and perform patient check-in process
· Communicate with patients and consult patients regarding cannabis medications

Position Overview:
The Dispensary Manager will oversee daily dispensary operations including but not limited to opening, closing, cash handling, employee training programs, compliance with state medical cannabis rules and regulations, patient check-in, patient communications, patient consultation, order processing and fulfillment, product packaging and labeling, point of sale transactions, inventory tracking, inventory receiving, dispensary organization, and dispensary cleaning.
The ideal candidate will have two years of experience working in a state-regulated retail setting, managing employee schedules, managing employee training programs, providing stellar customer service, tracking and maintaining inventory, and conducting point of sale transactions.
Major Areas of Responsibility include:
· Ensure proper dispensary Opening and Closing processes
· Ensure proper patient check-in process
· Communicate with patients and consult patients regarding cannabis medications
· Oversee and conduct point of sale (POS) transactions
· Maintain inventory system and complete daily inventory counts
· Comply strictly with state medical cannabis rules and regulations
· Comply strictly with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
· Manage and oversee cash handling processes
· Manage and oversee physical security processes including alarm systems and video surveillance systems
· Manage and oversee inventory management purchasing processes
· Maintain cleanliness of the dispensary
· Must be able to work full-time hours according to dispensary working hours including weekends.
· Will be required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time, use hands to perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 20 pounds (or more with assistance).
· Provide excellent patient care.
· Respond to calls or emails from patients requesting product, training, and general information.
· Management of patient records through the use of software platforms.
· Maintain and update product and patient databases as needed.

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment

Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience

- Consistent demonstration of excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience with POS systems
- Desire to continuously learn (more) about cannabis, cannabinoids and the endocannabinoid system, GTI products, and cannabis therapies – previous knowledge a HUGE plus!
- Ability to listen well and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
- Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications and email
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures

Director of Medical Cannabis Extraction and Processing
New Cannabis Medical
The Director of Extraction and Processing performs extraction techniques on cannabis plants and directs manufacturing of medical cannabis products. The Director of Extraction and Processing is responsible for ensuring the quality of all products. The Director of Extraction is responsible for coordinating internal medical cannabis testing during the curing phase, production phase, and testing phase.
Skills and Qualifications. Master’s degree in chemistry required. PhD preferred. Hands-on experience in a laboratory setting with familiarity in all aspects of cannabis extraction and preparation of cannabis medications. Experience operating a medical cannabis extraction lab, including experience with extraction equipment, including CO2 supercritical machines, hydrocarbon extractors, solvent evaporators, and fractional distillation equipment.
Required Skills, Responsibilities, and Expectations.
· Produce high quality cannabis-based medicine; Perform analytical product testing; Operate and maintain lab equipment used in the production of cannabis-based medicine;
· Continually improve standard operating procedures;
· Complete quality assurance activities on completed products;
· Manage recalls and proper store of retention samples;
· Interact with software vital to production processes;
· Keep organized digital and notebook records of laboratory processes and result
· Prepare equipment and plant materials for extraction
· Process concentrates and extracts;
· Maintain strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the laboratory;
· Maintain inventory records of supplies, materials, and equipment, and preparing requisitions as needed;
· Store supplies and equipment, disposal of waste per state-approved methods guidelines;
· Perform clerical work related to laboratory activities such as word processing, record keeping, filing, and answering telephone inquiries;
· Maintain material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow approved procedures for receiving, preparing, storing, arranging, and manicuring product to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection
Move product to work surfaces for further inspection and processing
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
Accurate counting, quality control, and attention to detail are essential
Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, or electronic marking tool or other labeling equipment. Labeling is a large part of the job
Maintain quality of product
Handle damaged and waste products per company policy and assist in controlling the level of damaged goods
Utilize and maintain equipment as required by department; report any equipment problems immediately
General labor throughout the facility as needed (clean up, light maintenance, etc.)
Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, utensils and equipment in accordance with SOP and QA sanitation standards, keep floor clear of debris and spills
Clean the grow rooms including floors and walls
Other duties as assigned
Full Time: $16 an hour based on experience and successful interview, plus full benefits and great growth opportunities.

The Assistant Store Manager pays close attention to sales records as well as state and local regulations to make sure everything at the dispensary is always up to snuff.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service
- Lead the Patient Care team in accordance with GTI's mission, vision, goals, and objectives
- Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring an assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the GM or Store Manager
- Assist all patients and customers in making the right product choices by being knowledgeable of how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently. Suggest dosage starting points and upward titration for inexperienced patients
- Complete and appropriately delegate (if applicable) tasks assigned during scheduled shift, including:
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients
- Accurate use and maintenance of the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles in both the POS system and the regulatory electronic verification systems
- Assistance in verifying order deliveries for accuracy
- Security measures and safety compliance
