The Free Agency is looking for qualified and experienced Brand Ambassadors to help support a pop-up/demo informational program at dispensaries throughout the state of Michigan. Work Schedule:
Thursday - Sunday: 3.5 - 8 hour shifts. Travel required and reimbursed.
Responsibilities:
Be the face of the brand at dispensaries and events, exuding confidence, personality, and friendliness towards consumers. Become an expert on the brand and product, be able to answer many different questions consumers may have.
Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times, adhere to uniform guidelines, and refrain from cell phone usage during activations. Work with the
TFA Program Manager and other team members in a respectful manner, contributing to the overall success of the team and program. Willing and able to transport themselves to/from locations, transport and setup/teardown an asset kit, hand out swag and promo items, interact with dispensary contacts, and create detailed recap reports. Attend brand training to learn about brand and product, stay up to date on product and industry trends/news.
Qualifications and skills:
At least (2) years work experience in a similar Brand Ambassador role, sales role, or similar position. Current driver's license. Must be 21+ and be able to pass a state background check including no prior history of felony convictions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Michigan. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shifts that vary from morning to night. Interest in marketing, advertising, culture, or product influencing. We are currently looking for brand ambassadors in Los Angeles county. Some travel to surrounding counties might be required at times.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create an environment that educates patients about our product line with in-depth knowledge of how our product is made
- Serve as an ambassador for Presidential by engaging and educating with customers through 1:1 interactions
- Bring the Presidential vision, culture, and values to life in every interaction by sharing deep expertise and enthusiasm for Presidential products
- Ensure interactions and transactions feel simple and seamless
- Maintain merchandising presentation and ensure displays and demo products are to standard
- Stay up-to-date on company events and products
- Share feedback and ideas about the customer or employee experience with your supervisor
- Follow all policies, processes, and relevant government regulations
- Complete tasks as directed by the support office and leadership team
- Perform other responsibilities as required by the business
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older with valid drivers license
- Must go through Live Scan process if hired
- Must have basic knowledge of cannabis and go through product training
- Must provide own transportation
